Was stuck between a car they had on their lot and one in the middle of the country. This has to be one of the worse experiences with a dealer. I called and made a very clear interest for a vehicle with a trade. Two phone conversations and an expected time of arrival with said trade. I show up and was immediately presented with an attitude that I did not have a schedule. Then we very quickly discuss my expectations of my trade. I gave them a very fair offer for my trade, actually $1500 below trade in value. Before they “appraised” my trade the sales guy almost immediately asks if I’d be willing to go lower, after I specifically said I was firm.At this point look at my vehicle of interest, he starts the car, pulls it forward. They have this car listed for 18k and it’s missing the front grill. I question the missing grill and the sales guy tells me, the aren’t a body shop, they wouldn’t replace the missing grill. But they were also firm on the car and wouldn’t budge in price. They also would not allow a test drive and said the car would drive the way it should.They check my vehicle which has a CarFax for slight fender work nothing related to an accident. From the second I showed up, the dealership was rude, and treated me with utter disrespect. Undervalued my vehicle and refused to run off of a true valued index.I have not seen a dealership like this in a long time. They have a very crooked mentality when dealing with used vehicles and their customer base. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Recently purchased a Toyota 4runner through Ray and his crew. I highly recommend checking these guys out, especially if you were initially looking in the Boston proper region. Its worth going just outside the city to find vehicles that more than likely have had less abuse- which is also accompanied by a beautiful dealership with high quality vehicles. This isnt your average used dealership- there is clearly a passion for high quality vehicles, and a dedicated staff to ensure the process goes smooth. I worked one on one w/ both Ray (the owner) and Lenny (one of his sales associates) and both were honest and genuine to a point where if Im ever in the need for another used vehicle, this is where my wife and I will go.

Bad experience with those people! Extremely rude and don’t know know to treat and talk to customers. The general manager can’t hold his temper and is very hostile. With their overpriced vehicles and terrible business practices!The manager will try to tell you other bad experiences about other customers. Be sure to carefully read EVERY document because they will not disclose everything verbally.

Buying a car is a huge investment, so feeling like you got a good/fair deal is important to me. Ray and Shayan were very honest and they have a great staff. I purchased my 2018 Audi S4 from them, paid under carfax value, and Ray split the cost of 4 new tires for me (the tires passed inspection but would need to be changed before the next inspection). I shopped around for weeks and felt that I was offered a fair price for my trade in, and that the asking price for the S4 was fair. Ray even offered to service the car when I brought it in for tires, but I passed on the offer since the S4 was serviced only 300 miles ago. Great experience overall, I never felt pressured, there were no hidden fees, I love my new car and will go to choice first when shopping for my next car.There’s a lot of unfair reviews here, mostly from people who didn’t even buy a car, or can’t drive well enough to navigate their small lot. Lots of people with unrealistic expectations when buying used luxury cars, ignore them and go see them for yourself. They even offered me and my wife a slice of pizza!

Terrible!!! Sold me a car that ran for one day then died. Car was not in the condition their in-house inspection certified. I called my Salesman, Shayne and he promised to pay for a re- inspection, but now wont return my calls. Spoke with his boss Ray, he was rude and combative and hung up on me. Wont answer my calls. STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Jeremy helped me look at and purchase a low mileage used truck and Frankie their mechanic made sure everything was done right with some outstanding customer service. They stand behind all of their sales and have been a pleasure to deal with. I thought these guys were great. I have not purchased a car from them, but I had a great experience at their dealership. I inquired about a car, and I received a fast response. I met the owner Ray and I definitely didnt have a great experience. He bad mouthed west lake financial and say that they dont believe kelly blue book opinion of what a used car is worth. And want top dollar for everything and will not negotiate price. And the car I was looking at had its modeling gone on one side and they dont wanna deal with you. And they are looking for top value when the car has this problem. When I could have had a negotiable price and had it fixed either by them or definitely by my mechanic.

This dealership is simply the best youll ever experience The cars are some of the most prestigious available -- no run down Jettas - only nice Audis and BMWs and other world class cars all at breathtaking prices. I ended up with a 2016 A6 Sport -- MSRP around $78,000 three years ago - and $21,500 three years later when I purchased it at Choice. I am as frugal as the day is long -- every penny counts -- and I checked everywhere. No one came close. You owe it to yourself to take a ride down to Shrewsbury, see Ray, and save probably $4,000 or more over what other dealerships might have the exact same car for and $57,000 over what it would have been new just three or four years ago. Why buy from any other dealer? Especially big advertisers like Bock or Herb Chambers that charge top dollar because they are paying $20,000 a week or more to advertise. There is no status in over-payment. Check this place out - youll be glad you did.

Wonderful used car lot. I was coming from Michigan to pick up a 2013 Evo X that they had. My sales person was Ryan. He was nice and helpful. He picked me up from the train station and took me to see my car. Got all the paperwork done within 10 minutes and I was on my way home. Car drove 800+ miles in one day and had ZERO issues. I recently bought my 2008 Audi S4 from them and the process of buying the car was good overall. I’m giving them 3 stars because everything they told me they would fix were not. For example I was told they’d replace the battery but it still has the same old one in it. Thankfully I’m a mechanic and can fix any issues they ignored.

I came to Choice Auto Center to inspect two specific roadsters I had found listed online in his lot. A few minutes within my presence he walked out of the building and introduced himself humbly and we conversed openly about the history of the car I am especially interested in. He was very transparent and shared his knowledge in dealing with banks versus doing direct business with his family and expressed how welcome I am no matter the financial route I take. I tried to get a loan for the car I want and my bank would not give me the amount needed and it directly reflected the conversation we had. Ray knew EXACTLY what he was talking about yet, I still gave it a shot. Now I will say this. It is very easy to be misjudged by a salesman nowadays being a younger Hispanic male looking for a new sports car, its happened to me plenty of times. But, the respect and knowledge given to me was beyond appreciated and I needed to share that as there are negative reviews here saying otherwise that dont fit this dealership. At the moment I am waiting for another paycheck or two to increase my down-payment amount for the car he knows I want.. Choice Auto Center I am very hopeful and anxious to do business with you. I really liked everyone who works here. They were friendly and there was absolutely no pressure. I felt like they were transparent and even though I did have some problems with the car I feel like they did care and really worked with me. Sometimes problems happen with cars and we as customers wish we could be treated like kings and for them to assume all liability. What they came up with was not a total match to our wish list, it went beyond what we had hoped. These guys are great. Bought a 2011 Audi S4 in great condition with all the bells and whistles. A hard model to find in a 6 speed but they had it. Price was a little on the high side but it was worth it, as mentioned finding an s4 with these options can be difficult and Ray, his son and the sales team worked with me to make sure the buying experience was nothing but positive. Even when I had to bring the car back to address a small issue with the 3rd brake light intermittently coming on and off they went above and beyond to accommodate me and make sure everything was taken care of. I recommend anyone in the area give these guys a chance. If you are a serious buyer and not a tire kicker they will absolutely take care of you, Ill be back for sure. A+++

Not only was I taken well care of during the purchase of my new vehicle, but he has checked in with me several times over the following week! To the point where he even sent a selfie of himself hugging my overly loved “old” 11 year vehicle I traded in. It meant the world to me that the transaction and care didn’t end right after I drove off the lot. I bought my 2007 Trailblazer SS from Ray a couple of years back with a 4/48 bumper to bumper warranty and he and his team have handled every issue including a major engine problem with 100% customer care. I had a great experience there, i purchased a truck somewhere else, but i had the service done there, my cousin is a car salesman there and because of his recommendation, i had a rebuilt transmission work done there, they called me before any work was done, let me know how much and they called me if any trouble arose while they were doing the work, for the ammount of money i spent, they were honest and accurate about cost and they did a fantastic job. I thank my cousin Wally, and my next vehicle id purchase there, because they would stand behind what they sell, they stood behind the work done on my truck and i didnt even purchase it there. In this world its hard to trust car dealers, but these guys are trustworthy and honest, which is a rare combination in that profession.

Very unprofessional. Poor service. I inquired about a vehicle was told I would Receive a call. Never did I had to call 3 days later then to be told I would be called back. Going on 3 weeks now. I would never buy a car here. Just look at the prices. Nothing more then a scam artist company . I will be reporting this company to the BBB.... After 4 days of this review being up “Bobby” called my phone at 730pm to try to intimidate me to remove this comment.. saying he has “ hand written “ proof i had no money .... Now how could there be “ hand written” proof if I never even had a call back to begin with... on top of that do you really think I would try to buy a car without money.? I own 2 vehicles outright. Was just looking to purchase another.... this place changed my mind on that...... 1 day later the “owner” wrote a comment that is 100% false. I understand my credit and take full ownership to it. But 1000 cash was lie and so wasn’t a “ conversation “ about a loan on a 2000 car.. what a joke. Proofed my point of scam artist. I have all the emails between us... Nice try BOBBY... Also notice how I was the only comment in the past year to get a “ response “ ..... Absolute Fraud

Just purchased my Evo X from them. Its a nice family owned business. Ray and Shayan were genuine people.No drama, no games. Very straight forward process. No salesman going back and forth with a sales manager 15 times to play around with numbers.If youre a serious buyer, theyll take care of you and give you good deals on maintenance.

Stay a way from this dealership. Bunch of Crooks. Just remember you have a CHOICE to walk away.

Chm engine light was a simple switch h and I am returning to dealership today to get resolved ....they worked with me and my credit and got me in car I wanted....excellent service...

I bought a great car from this place and i thought it was going to be the best purchase of my life, as a teenager. Pierre, who is a great man, helped with everything and was awesome. Soon after i bought this car i had a little issue with it, turned out that i apparently was not letting my car warm up long enough and it would go into safety mode. I thought okay no big deal ill let my car warm up longer. Now, i just had to spend $950 because ALL of my brakes, ALL of my rotors, and my two back calipers failed. OKAY ill deal with it. Just fixed that today. An hour later I find my car rolling every time i put it into park? funny. Come to find out i need to pay THOUSANDS of dollars to fix what is called a pawn which is a pin in my transmission that stops the car from moving in parked position. I pay way to much money for this car to be spending thousands to fix it after two months of buying it. not to mention it still goes into safety mode even though i let it warm up every time for over 10 minutes. Next time you are selling a car, have the decency to make sure it is in top condition so youre customer doesnt have to spend her whole savings account on a car so you could save some money. Cheapskates. Very disappointed. Love you Pierre, sorry i had to write a bad review after everything you did for me.
