Nice and kind staff.. I needed some materials for sewing but Michaels wasnt stocked up (they got more art and craft stuffs I guess). Deals and coupons are often available so I use JOANN app. Wish there is one near my home so I dont have to drive for 30 minutes to get there.

Came last Monday (March 2nd) around 6 pm, and was helped out by a wonderful worker! Sadly my memory isnt so great and I cant recall their name, but they were working the station to cut fabric, and were amazing helping out my friends and I figure out a way to get a ton of fabric to use for a very large costume (7 ft tall cloak). They were very friendly, and we appreciated them taking so much time to help us out!!

Love this Joann! The staff is very nice. Fabric is my number one purchase here. It does get expensive but if you go when They have the big sales its worth it. Also stacking coupons is a good option to get good merchandise at a cheaper price. I also bought yarn, sewing supplies, crochet hooks, and I did get some households decorations that were beautiful! I shopped online for some fabric and picked up my order at this store and they had it ready the next day. I ordered it on a saturday night and they were closing in 10 minutes. I recommend this store. Its also near Yankee candle, Christmas tree shop and some other stores. Its a nice little plaza! It has plenty of parking space also.

Always a great place, but they have been especially wonderful during the pandemic with online orders and efficient curbside pickup. The young woman who has been doing the job of bringing things out to people’s cars is really super, and consistently pleasant, cheery, and helpful, even in the pouring rain.

Its a large fabric store with a decent selection of fabrics, especially quilting cotton. Fabric is often thin. Moderate selection of yarn as well, mostly acrylic blends from national chain companies. It is hard to find help on the floor if you have questions; usually there is 1 person cutting fabric and 1 at the register, leaving lines in both places.

I shop here only because I prefer to feel what Im buying rather than shopping online. I dont like that the cutting counter doesnt honor the ticket system nor use it properly. The regular staff that has been there for years know the store well and are helpful. I enjoy seeing them. The newbies not so much in most cases. It feels like theyd rather not be bothered.

Always love Joann! Got my kid great fabric paint and a t-shirt so she could be in the Galaxy costume contest at camp. Easy layout, helpful staff, and her shirt came out great!

Dont place an order to pickup yet as they dont have this down pat. I placed an order, gave my credit card information, received confirmation they were filling the order. Then received an email later they had not fulfilled yet, had to call the store. The woman said, yes, we have it here, but one item is missing, someone must have purchased before they fulfilled the order. When were they going to let me know this? Ive placed orders with Target and never had this issue.Its the responsibility of the people working each store to fulfill the order or call, text, email them what the issue is. I would have substituted what I ordered with something else, but the woman on the phone said she would not not know to substitute it with. I would have had to go online again, therefore, I canceled the order completely.Ill order through Amazon Prime and have all in a day or two.

Went in for yarn. Most of the bins are empty. Selection was not great. Had a 20% on line or in store coupon, was told I could not use it in store.

My wife recently decided to start a new hobby of sewing. She only has a couple of projects under her belt so she is, understandably, still unsure of the right path to take for various projects. She was helped by Cleo there and was promptly helped decide on the correct pattern, color, fabric decisions for the baby blankets she was making for a friend. I would recommend this place as a great spot for help and products related to sewing.

To say its a little weird is to say its Joann Fabrics. No one was particularly helpful or nice...or mean...minimal communication got me what I needed. A customer in line shared a coupon with me. Employees were not absent.

Soo many kinds of fabrics and fixings for whatever project you want. just get inspiration by browsimg. Also very helpful staff who know a thing or two about their products.

Sometimes have a hard time tracking down items in this store but staff are helpful. My friend had an issue (and long wait time) when waiting to return an item- issue was resolved after sometime had passed and she was able to make the return.

Great for sewing and quilting supplies including fabric. But also has quality seasonal home decor.

Joann is one of my favorite chains. First time visiting this one. Its cramped, dark, and there is no public restroom. I had to use the restroom super bad and my only option was to wait until an employee could escort me and they were very busy. No thanks. So I just put my purchases down and left. They are too big of a chain to not have a public restroom.

Small size space, employees are of great help, they seem to know a bit about fabrics and colours. The sales are very good. They have a wide variety of sewing accessories and all types of fabrics.

Love this store! Great fabric selection! It can he slightly expensive but if you get coupons from their app, then they are reasonably priced.

Great national chain fabric and craft store. Very well stocked and there are always coupons! Some prices a bit high but it is balanced by the wide variety of items stocked for sewing, crafting, painting, jewelry making and a whole bunch of other stuff.Only place that competes if you sew is a fabric discount store aka sewist heaven.

Its a fabric store nothing special The stock is not kept well, they are always out of things. I am editing this review, I went there today looking for rayon fabric, I was there about a week ago and I asked the girl where the rayon was, and she sent me to the polyester silky fabric 100 % poly at that, I didnt have a lot of time and just left, anyway today I asked a girl at the cutting table and she sent me to ... you guessed it the 100 percent polyester. Maybe its just me but I think that if you are an employee in a fabric stire yiu should have some idea as to what the different fabrics are. I am so tired of going to this store and not being able to find what I need 😒 they do have a large craft area, so I thought I would get some stencils... you guessed it they didnt have them they were out of all but 3 very large sizes. 🤔 Once again stock not reordered. They do have a lot of cottons if your looking for cotton.
