Love this store! Lots of kitchen gadgets. A little on the pricey side.

There was one worker, maybe Indian. She was the only helpful person spotted. Bumped into another worker who seemed to be a manager and she brushed me off like i was in her way. Then being polite i said sorry and got no response. Rude. Not the kind of place to go if you need help. Staff availability and helpfulness is not on par with any other place Ive been to in a while.

This is one of my favorite places to shop and it never disappoints 😊 found shower curtains, cookies, odor eating sponge, and heel callous removers, ended up using coupons and saved over $40 Love Shopping here, so glad they are open again👍

This place is huge with sooooo much stock. I could spend hours here because you never know what youre going to find. Parking is easy. Prices are decent. Nice staff.

I love this store! I could stay here for hours, honestly. Prices are a tiny bit above what Id prefer, but the frequent 20% off coupons make up for it.

I could spend hours here. Take a list and dont look around if you are on a budget. You find lots of things to love.

When in looking for new pots and pans. Got those plus so much more. They have very close to everything that you may need.

Their customer service is really unfriendly and unwelcoming!! I just go there occasionally to find good deals! Otherwise, I would not set foot in that store!!😥

A little disappointing, merchandise was great displayed however, price check machines around the store in a no working conditions and if you ask an employee about the price i got someone coming their eyes on me...Got to the register to ask a question and i got the same plus processed a return before my purchase when its supposed to be the opposite so i was able to use my credit towards the new purchase.... bummer!!!!

Really enjoy this store, however prices are very high - do your due diligence and check prices- dont just shop here because you got a 20% off coupon!

So we are regular shoppers at this store and the reasons are definitely the variety and regular discount offers that are being texted and mailed..But today’s review is about the Key Machine behind the cash counter. I have been to Home Depot, Lowe’s and many other places to get a duplicate key made and none of those have worked,but the machine at bed bath and beyond did the magic for us... thank you..👍👍

Got some drapes and a block of Himalaya salt for grilling. Apparently different stores discount same products at their managers discretion. Never new this...

The young lady that cashed me out at the service desk was very personable, even though it is the last of the holiday rush she was very cordial.

We were not happy with the customer service. The clerks were extremely rude and we felt very insulted. We do not want to go back and shop there.

I had to return and exchange a toaster oven that did not shut off. Problem with the timer. Exchanged no problem.

Clean, organized and all the staff is ready to help you promptly.

I shopped online for three items I really want. At checkout my credit card was not accepted for some reason, so I tried again with the credit card I always use when I shop at the store. Also not accepted. I called the phone number that was suggested for help and all I got were 2 scam ads and a hangup. I quit!

Helpful and friendly employees. Found all but one thing we were looking for on our list.

I visited the store for a bed frame, not found, customer service answered maybe in online i could find it. The store name is unique, and not seen a bed frames at the store. I seen new products of drape rods, kitchen usages, and bath accessories. I purchased a bath product, really a reasonable price and i liked it. Also ordinary kitchen utensils were found for cheap cost with moderate quality. I visited in the evening at the some minutes to closing hours.Meanwhile, One of the poor discrimination trend was motivated and participated by the store staffs with quite excitement. Yes, A stranger (indian woman with a man) rapidly meeting other customers in the store and passing a signal message in eye tacits. (Well i know that cheap motive game and walking off). The shop knows this going on and allows with excitement.It is very disappointed after knowing those utter behaviors participating over me, further the counter person aged over 50+ showing a very smart attitude, and being loud to only person (me) for bringing the attention of others to her. Providing an insulting embrassment to the customers at the counter, after instructed participation (noticed). I meet the same policing attitude before in from continuous stalkers.The point is bed beyond bath store staff behaved against the anti-discrimination policies to the customer. It is a Unethical and poor responsibly showing at their simple work, must be warned by their supervisors. I must take sometime to forward this to concerned team by this weekend.
