Ehhh... Its a liquor store... I really dont drink, so Im not really the best person to take a recommendation from but Ill tell ya what I see when I do stop in here.The prices are reasonable.They DO have a redemption center.The store is clean and well laid out.The employees are almost all very cool.The location is pretty good.

Austin has a tremendous selection of local, national and international beers, wines and liquor. They offer wine tastings, and educational type classes for those who may want to learn more about wine. The staff is friendly and if you are not able to find something theyll special order it for you. Wicked awesome local packie.

Good selection of beer, liquor, and wine. Some local beers as well cold in the cooler or on the shelf. Conveniently located in White City Plaza. Wine selection is pretty good as well and they provide their staff favorites which is nice.

They wouldnt give me credit for empties that they didnt sell, beverages I bought at Aldis, Trader Joes & Cumberland Farms. Hey Ill just go to total Wine next time,No problems there & better selection & prices. Who needs another customer anyway .

Great selection, and LOVE that well-behaved dogs on leashes are allowed in the store because Austin Liquors is next to Petco. I’ve gone completely outof my way to shop here a couple of times just because it’s more fun to run errands with my dog!

When my husband and I first moved here we loved shopping at Austins. Its close to our home and had a great selection of all of our favorite beers. We are both in our late 20s (28 and 29) and have never had a problem when carded....even though we had NY state licenses. Then suddenly I was carded and denied simply because my license was out of state. The person didnt even look at my birthdate or anything...even when I offered up multiple other forms of ID. And the people were very rude about it. For months I was a loyal customer, and now...forget about it. Even with a Mass license I refuse to shop there and I encourage my friends and family to shop elsewhere as well.

WORST CASHIER DELILAH. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW SHE IS EMPLOYED. TODAY I ENTERED THIS STORE AND WAS NOT GREETED BY 2 CASHIERS WHO WERE TOO INVOLVED IN THEIR OWN CONVERSATION AND FACEBOOK. I ASKED WHERE I MAY RECEIVE ASSISTANCE AND DELILAH STATED OVER HERE. I WAS SHOCKED SHE WAS EVEN AN EMPLOYEE AS SHE ACTED AS IF SHE WAS VISITING HER FRIEND AT WORK SHARING FACEBOOK STORIES. RUDEST CLERK IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I MAY GO BACK SOMETIME AS IM SURE SHE WILL NOT LAST LONG WITH HER ATTITUDE AND INNATENTION TO PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! I DONT NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR SOCIAL STORIES, IM A CUSTOMER, YOU SCAN BOTTLE, ACCEPT MONEY, GIVE CHANGE. Save your time - go to Total Wine across the way. My boyfriend and I decided to go here for convenience because it’s right next to Shaw’s, we both recently moved here from New York and haven’t transferred our ID’s yet. The older woman cashier checked our ID’s and compared them to the example New York ID’s in a state license book and scanned them, she said they didn’t scan and she didn’t believe they were real, which they are. She then claimed it was store policy to not accept out of state ID’s, but then why would they have an out of state license book to compare?Like I said earlier, save your time and money and go to Total Wine across the street, it is much cleaner, the prices are much lower, and the staff is friendlier.
