I had a great experience with this company and I highly recommend ordering from them! I found their salt lamp prices to be very fair compared to pretty much all the other online options that I found. The lamp itself is absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Upon plugging it in to try it out, the light bulb shorted out. Im speculating that the lightbulb may have been damaged during shipping (at no fault of the company as the lamp was obviously packaged with the utmost care and clearly labeled fragile before being shipped). I did email the company about it as I was unsure if it was an issue with the lightbulb itself or perhaps a wiring issue. They promptly emailed back within the same day and offered to send me a new bulb and power cord! I was so pleased with their customer service and dedication to providing a quality experience/product.*Side Note* If you need to contact the company, be sure to use the email on their website! Initially I responded to the email I got my order confirmation from which is a no-reply email! I saw some other reviews mentioning a lack of response from the company, which leads me to wonder if they may have made the same mistake I made. After sending a message to the correct email, I received a response in 6 hours!

Worst company ever. I had bought one one for my nephew for Christmas and had it sent to his house that is not close to mine. It was not working and I tried emailing them calling them and they never got back to me. I disputed with PayPal and they wanted me to send it back, that was going to cost me $15 and by the time I drove all the way to my nephews house to pick it up it wasn’t worth the money or time. Or dealing with them. Terrible terrible customer service

I have emailed and called regarding two lamps I ordered before Christmas. Neither lamp has been received or even show as shipped. Im beginning to wonder if Ive been scammed? I just wish someone would get back to me.

Ron & his team shipped a beautiful 110 lb salt lamp to my house that arrived 2 days after I hit the order button. exactly the color and height I had requested.the bulb/fixture for the lamp was shipped separately and stolen from my NYC mailroom, Ron immediately shipped a replacement at no charge.genuinely confused on the negative reviews. from my experience, they are without merit. product is beautiful and customer service was prompt.

Great experience with natural salt lamp

Extremely unimpressed with this company, their service, their product and their shipment techniques. I ordered an XL original salt lamp a month ago (which I was promised would come in within 14 days) got my salt lamp today and for one they sent me the small size rather than the XL AND the bulb was shattered due to lack of packaging. Ridiculous company that I will never purchase from again.

I got the order and very excited. I ordered Himalayan Salt Lamp Natural Pink Mini, I like the fat and short shape, when I put the light on, its so beautiful, it made my bedroom is so stunning. I know it has many benefits such as air purifier ( I have kids and it will make my room more fresh). I love it at the first sight.

Completely not satisfied with this company. Ordered product on 12/17 and I have not received it yet. And now their website states it’s not available try again later. 5 voicemails and 3 emails with not one response. I assume I have lost the money I spent but will try to contact my credit company and see what they will do. Website showed for 7 weeks processing. When I was able to check last it said shipped. That was almost 1-1/2 weeks ago. Never again! I’ll stick with amazon they are much more reliable and caring.

This natural salt lamp is so amazing. Now i feel like my room is a spa, so relaxing. I would definitely buy 1 more for my moms upcoming birthday. Highly recommended.

I placed a simple order on Sept 30 2018 and have yet to receive it, though they took my money right away! No response to several emails for status of delivery and my response to email of today, Apr 7 2019, is a Mailer-Daemon failure notice. Messenger has been out of operation for some time. Thinking they have shut down their business. If I could rate with negative stars, I would give them a -5!

Bought a lamp and a backup bulb on Black Friday. Was super excited as I had been wanting a lamp for a while and thought I had found a good deal! Unfortunately it is now nearly 8 weeks later (states 4-6 weeks for shipping when you order). After no responses to several emails and phone calls I did some digging. They are a scamming company. If you look up the address they have posted, you’ll find it’s a townhouse that is up for rent. Will be calling my card company and hoping we can recover the money that has been stolen by this fraud company. Hopefully others can read this and beware! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!

I have mixed reviews/feelings about the salt lamps. I really love the salt lamps and have two - the salt crystal wavy lamp basket and the wavy pillar salt crystal nightlight. Ive also purchased two more of them as Christmas gifts. What I just found was a puddle of water with the salt crystals scattered throughout on my glass table from the basket and when checking my nightlight, I found that my baseboard heating under the nightlight was rusted from water/salt dripping as well. Ive only had both of them about 4 months or so. Why is this happening? Is it safe? I put them both on only in the evening so they arent on all day all the time. Im concerned about this. Wondering why this would happen and if it happened to anyone else......appreciate hearing from someone - the company in particular. Please - Thank you.Spoke with an employee who called me very quickly - and informed me that you should not have the lamps in an area that would be affected by moisture. I guess it causes the salt to sweat. I have since moved them out of a window area and so far things are better. Not sure if their information sheets tell you this - dont have mine anymore. But its good to know. They were very prompt with contacting me. Thank you.

Ive heard good things about Himalayan Salt, and became interested in Himalayan salt Lamps when I came across these products. I was not sure if I made the right decision bringing more stuff to my little home when I ordered the pink mini lamp, cause I was in the process of purging and tidying up my house. Even after the first time I turned it on, I was still not sure about it. I kept the lamp on, and placed it at my reading corner. Its now winter in Boston, and I really need some warmth. Just 5 mins afterwards, walking into the living room, seeing how beautifully it was shining from my reading corner, I felt so good and now Im glad I got the lamp.Theres something special about this lamp that I cant clearly describe. It might also be because I love natural stuff, and knowing its pure natural salt, seeing its beautiful natural color is enough to make me feel good. The light indeed is very warm and energizing. Im usually a very friendly-to-environment person, but I guess Ill have to turn this lamp on pretty often, even in daytime.

I ordered about a month ago and have not received the product. I went to the reviews and seen that I probably have been scammed as well. I went on this site because I thought why not go to a source that would give you a 100% authentic salt lamp. But its been a month and still NO product, no answer, and no returned email. I also will be reporting to the BBB and to my bank. I will also be filing a petition with a lawyer to see if we can get a law suit started with this company so those who dont know about a this to be a scam are protected and hopefully this site will be killed. As for getting robbed by this company and getting my money back I possibly wont see. Lesson learned!

Ordered the lamps two weeks ago. Product description says items ship within 4-6 days. It has taken way too long so I called customer service to cancel order as well as emailed them. No response. Horrible communication I haven’t received one call or email back. Do not buy!! Will be reporting.

I ordered a Himalayan Salt Light back in January and never received my item yet. They took the payment out and never shipped my order yet to this day. I have tried to contact them and never got a response from them either. If I don’t get my order or my money back I will contact the Better Business Bureau andmy Attorney General.

We have waited, nine days.It hasnt come.Too slow.seller told us they are too busy and just shipped it today! Hope such big delay never happens again!
