I called on the phone and spoke to Michelle who was extremely helpful.This place is wonderfully located on route 9 Right across from the Christmas Tree Shop.Once inside I met with Aj who was Very knowledgeable and professional to talk with about their product lines. I Specifically went in to look at the 3/4 inch round decorative brown stone. It was exactly what I was looking for. The cost per yard with competitive.What was most helpful about their store was their selection with lots of examples of how it can be used on your property. Highly recommended place to visit for your landscaping needs.

I just want to say that this is an amazing establishment. Came here for the first time with a home owner to figure out what they wanted to use for a material and Glen was a huge help with his product knowledge. If you are looking to have some hardscaping done this is the place to go especially if you live in the Shrewsbury Northborough Westborough Southborough area!!

Wed May 20 noon. Parked in lot. Two girls outside tanning buried on phones. I called and asked for pricing. She said they were so busy, 1.5 hour wait,to order online. I drove to Zecco, loaded up for cheaper.

A bit pricey, but quality. Conveniently located right off of route 9. They have free coffee with their services. They have a variety of quality material for lots of projects. They also provide yard waste dumping in the back.

Everyone here is really helpful. And product selection is pretty good. The location can get busy with the landscapers in the am.

I Read the reviews and hoped for a good experience. We Asked how much beach rocks were And he told us $50 for a 5 gallon bucket full. Once the rocks were picked out put in the car the price jumped to 58 plus change. Then I was told he gave my wife and I an about price. We both know what he said. I Feel cheated so just beware pay in advance. If wife had not taken care to get the rocks she wanted as they were marginal at best for our needs I would have gotten my money back.

Im a DIY, not a contractor, so I need a little extra guidance, and the patience that is required to deal with a homeowner and not an expert.I went through the design, product selection, delivery,installation and billing of a 70 foot blue stone walkway for my home. The location manager John Cummings and his co worker (Jay?) were, simply put, exceptional! At every step of the way, they both offered advice and consult to ensure the job was done correctly. They provided a sample walkway design, (which I used), hand selected the stones I preferred, loaded and delivered them on a date, time and location that suited my schedule, helped me out in the middle of the project when I had questions, accepted returns I didnt need, and produced accurate bills - all with genuine care for utmost customer satisfaction.I seldom take the time to write reviews but this is much deserved! These two gentlemen are what make Landscape Depot Westboro, MA a success!
