I am not even their customer (I’m in North Carolina) but I’m having issues with the Retrax bed cover on my 2014 Honda Ridgeline so I did a little searching and was directed to their phone number. I called and asked for advice on the problem I was having. They didn’t hesitate at all to offer some things to check and other recommendations. If you are considering PSG I would recommend them. Very professional and helpful. 5 stars for sure.

Great experience! Had hood protector, mud flaps, tonneau cover installed on new 2020 Silverado. We had also asked for a center hood decal to be installed and left it in their hands to design the decal. They picked our truck up from our work place and dropped it off when completed. First time seeing it was when we walked out after work. They could not have picked a better choice for the hood decal. Fit and finish of the installed products were perfect. Great job everyone at PSG!

Deleted my original comments. Ended up not being bad shocks but someone that installed them put them in upside down?? Thats correct people, UPSIDE DOWN!!!. Totally destroyed the shocks. PSG stood behind them anyways and replaced them. Kudos to Brad. They turned out to be a standup group. Yes, I did apologize to Brad and I did offer to pay for them.Thanks Brad. Bought brand new nerf tubes for my truck 8 months ago. Tubes already rusting through. Bad product. Still like PSG though. Only one bad experience in my years buying things there.

Wish I could give them a half star. I furnished the plug for my trailer pigtail. They hooked up 6 wires and furnished 1 little bulb. $70.00. Ill never go in there again. They probably had a half hr. labor. Ridiculous.

I have walked into PSG three times to purchase Truck accessories. All three times they bent over backwards to help me with quick, quality installations of my purchased parts. The only place to go in the Sidney area for truck accessories!!!

Great place to buy truck parts

Ordered a FASS pump from FASS, they shipped me two pumps from two different suppliers. One just happen to get shipped from this great company. Being local I dealt with these guys in returning one of the FASS pumps for a cummins kit. I called them up, Explained the situation on how I have two and I was ultimately giving one to a buddy. They went ahead and ordered the correct kit for his application. I received a call two days later when the new one came in. I made the trip up there the next day. They swapped out the pumps, and credited my card the remaining amount. Absolutely zero issues. and the lady at the desk was very pleasant. As well as the tech guy I spoke with over the phone. Ill definitely bring my business back to this joint I just happened to stumble upon.

What a great place to take your truck! My wife bought me new tires and rims for my 2011 F250 I couldnt install till summer no room in my garage with all my old cars! Looked on line found PSG called told them my situation they said sure we can help! Chris advised me that I would probably like to put on leveling kit and new front shocks. No pressure gave me a price on the phone out the door. Waited went shopping and web surfing to see if I could get kit cheaper! Nope there price was still cheaper installed then I could find online! Took truck in on Tuesday December 28 2016 said anytime after 8:30 I was early 30 years in the military its programmed in me! Met me at the service desk said no problem call when she is done! Chris called me mid way thru install said one tire was not balanced said it would be 60 bucks to rebalance all four said go ahead! Called later in day said come get her she is done! Pulled up to the shop wow what a change! I will take my truck here for any mods I need great people! Not only is it hard to find a good 4x4 shop but also one you can trust! Well I found mine! Bought a gas tank an it leaked an they dont want to fix it when I call they say the owner is out of state an will call me back but I havent heard from him. Guess they wont have my business anymore

They have many car and truck supplies. If you dont see what you need they will work with you on trying to get it.

Have not made a purchase yet but they have been very helpful in my shopping, did not rush me or seem pushy.
