The worst experience I have ever had in over 40 years of boating. In and out 4 times and the end result is that my tune-up which started in February and ended mid July has left me with most of the boating season with a motor that is unusable. After almost $2500.00 later, it came back ready to go in far worse condition than when they started. Andrew has not addressed my issue nor has he returned any of my calls. Be very careful!

I have been dealing with Seapower for almost 10 years now. The quality of the work is excellent, attention to detail is one of their trademarks. Ive even taken to leaving them with a key to our boathouse and boat, no need to supervise these folks. Parts are offered at only a modest markup and the labor rate is competitive as well.In particular, Brian as the fellow in charge of the service area is very good at communicating and making sure that work is done right and on time. He always answers my questions fully and takes calls when I reach out. The rest of the staff are always happy and easy to deal with too.If you choose this company to have work done on your boat or yacht you will never be disappointed.

I bought my new Mercury 5hp outboard motor at Sea Power Marine Center in Sidney, BC and I won’t be going back. The motor was difficult to start, was a few months old, 60 hours on it. I asked Sea Power to have a look at it, even give it an annual maintenance service since I wanted to take it on a longish trip. They had it for about a week and gave me a bill for over a thousand dollars. I did not expect that. They took apart the lower end, replaced the impeller, not sure why. It was still very difficult to start. I paid the bill, talked with them about it, but they never got back to me, even though twice they said they would.

Just purchased an outboard motor from Brendan. Was VERY impressed with the time spent to determine the right engine for my needs; and with the attention to detail at pickup. Feeling very confident that this was the right place and the right motor! Would highly recommend Sea Power Marine.

I had a good conversation with the Manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, they offer a good selection of parts. Good overall experience. Highly recommended.

Avoid this place at all costs. I spent $40,000 on an engine that failed at 75 hours. They billed me $9,000 that they said Mercury would not cover under warranty. The drain plug was not tightened and the replacement failed at 4 hours. They sent me another invoice. Every invoice has grossly inflated hours. Litigation now. Save yourself the pain, go to a reputable dealer.
