Brooke is the most helpful person Ive ever encountered at Verizon. She is always so nice and fun. She makes Verizon a good place to visit instead of a chore. Would recommend her to any and everyone

So every time I go to a Verizon store, I make sure Haley is there as Im aware she travels to different stores. Shes always so helpful and knowledgeable. She really makes the experience quite enjoyable which is unusual to say about a Verizon store. All in all, I love working with her, the service and efficiency is always amazing, and Haley is as honest as it gets. Thank you for hiring her!!

I went in here to purchase my new iPhone. Allyson W. helped make the process seamless! From preordering the new phone to setting up and transferring everything over from my old iPhone. She made sure I was familiar with all of the features of my new device. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing her for your phone needs!

Alice is a trash humanWas in hold for 45 mins with customer service... No answer. I then proceed to call the Sidney Ohio Verizon wireless store, Was greeted On the phone by a woman named ALICE. (Trash human)I tried to explain to her what was wrong. Not even 1 sentence into my issue, she cuts me off. Trying to dismiss what I had to say. I proceeded to try and explain anyways. I told her what was wrong after she finally shut up. I tried to explain to her that, i pay almost 400$ for a watch and phone that dont work properly. After a long pause on her end, she said sounds like you need to just buy a new Sim card. And then hangs up the phone on me. I tried to call her back and see if it was my phone messing up and the phone was then hung up again on me.

Brooke was super helpful to help set up a phone replaced by insurance, even though that phone was taking a long time to download. She kept us entertained the whole time. 10/10

So, Ill be honest. I was dreading my visit to this Verizon store. On my last visit our clerk was so hyped up on his Monster drink that he couldnt sit still and it was so distracting. I literally prayed that this would be a better experience. I had to take my 2 teenagers in to get phones. Well, Brooke H was the answer to my prayers. She got right to work, finding out what we needed and printed us a couple quotes in no time. She answered my questions with authority, not arrogance. She explained what was happening every step of the way. We enjoyed nice, natural conversations while we waited and she helped the kids find what they needed as far as accessories. She was not pushy in anyway. I witnessed other clerks being patient and helpful with their customers as well. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this store.

Brooke was really helpful getting the switch from sprint to Verizon. She helped me call sprints customer care for my account info so I could switch my number. She also saved me 800 dollars on my new s21. Even got me a great deal on accessories and applied them for me so I didnt have to worry about it. Would come back over and over thanks so much Brooke.

I honestly followed Allyson West from sprint/tmobile to Verizon. I will NOT deal with anyone else to buy anything or to assist me with any issues I have unless its something she cant help me with. My family has stayed with sprint/tmobile but they refuse to go into their location now that Allyson works for Verizon. My dad would much rather come in and spend his money at the Verizon store and have Allyson help him than go anywhere else. She is definitely an asset to their Verizon family!

The young lady was very helpful. She fix my wifes phone when l had at two other places that couldnt fix it. Sorry I did not get her name but she started work at 11:00 I think.

I went to this store to switch from another provider to Verizon and from the moment I walked in until we left, the customer service representative Allyson was nothing but rude. We were the only ones at the store, she had her drink and phone out the entire time and acted inconvenienced the entire time. I probably will never be back to this location.

When you go to this verizon, you better hope Ally is working, she was one of the best workers i’ve ever been helped by, in any costumer service, she helped me get my plan figured out and informed me of so many hacks about my phone that I had no idea about!

Brooke is the best in the business and always gets you a great deal. Save me 680 dollars on a new phone. Im excited to use the new cameras features. Highly recommend asking for her if you need anything!

Employee was not knowledgeable on current technology. Did not have Motorola phones in stock and could not tell.me when they would be available. I believe you should be able to order them, no option given to me for anything. Just Hello...no... good-bye.

Allisa was excellent and I did eavesdrop on the other customer/team member interactions and it seems there is good team assembled at this location. I would not go anywhere else. I drive almost an hour just to go to Alyssa for my Verizon needs. She’s very informative & gets me taken care of quickly. She’s been my go to for my Verizon questions & needs for over 6 years now. My husband & I won’t go to anyone else.

My daughter and I came in for an upgrade on her phone on 11/29/2020 and the employee was overwhelmed with customers and by herself. She really handeled the store very well and multitasked very professionally. Even though people left because they got tired of waiting, it wasnt her fault and she kept acknowledging everyone in the store and saying she would get to them as soon as she could. She had non stop people coming in and even tried to get herself some lunch delivered and didnt get to eat a hot lunch. Point of story, she wy professional, knowledgeable and most of all friendly and helpful.

Brooke is the best in the business and I highly recommend her for all of your phone buying needs really great customer service will be back to her again just for her service!

I highly recommend making the drive from anywhere to work with Cassidy- I went in the store with lots of questions about a new phone. She walked me through everything, answered the list questions I had and was even able to save me some money!!! Do yourself a favor and ask for Cassidy!

Crooks, sold me a splitter for my phone that died. Told me I had to contact the manufacturer to replace it. Ludicrous, I bought it at the store and it was defective. Watch out for these crooks a d return policy.Also tried to sell me the wrong charger manager instead of coming to address my concern just casually apologized from across the room.

We went to the store and bought two new phones.when we got our bill it was $15 a month more than what it should have been from what we were told originally. We were also charged for an upgrade the store told us that the bill was right so we called Verizon they told us what we were originally charged was what it should have been and we should not have been charged for the upgrade and they corrected the mistake.. I dont know who messed up but they did..
