Went here on Sunday to buy a recliner and not one person offered to help me until I was about to walk out the door. They were on their phones or computers and lost my business. I have bought a sofa and a loveseat here before but I guess Ill take my money elsewhere from now on.

Bought a $3,000 mattress along with a $70 bed cover that we can’t even use. Can’t return it, which we were never told, and of course they give us the “ manufacturer won’t take them back” excuse. They say that customer satisfaction is their “highest priority” but apparently not in this case. Not sure if we’ll make any further purchases from this store ... ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU SIGN OR SWIPE YOUR CARD!

Well organized store with great, courteous staff. So many options to choose from! Pricing is reasonable and affordable. They can even set up a 12 month payment plan and have a protection plan available that covers so many things that could go wrong for 5 years.

Quick and easy! Nikole was helpful with answers to our questions but at the same time gave us space to wander on our own.

Evan was super helpful in our search for a less trendy style of formal leather couches and tables. They didn’t have what we were looking for in stock so he helped us search for a suitable product through several manufacturers. The price was very competitive and the service top notch. Due to Covid 19 it will be months before we have it in our home but that is true of all manufacturers currently and not in control of Goffena. Good people to work with.

Amazing customer service. Call today in desperate need of a lift recliner for my husband who broke his leg on the ice. They sent me pictures so I didn’t have to get out in the snow. Delivered it that same day! I amSo thankful for local caring businesses!!!

Bought a chair from them then two weeks later they dropped the price on the same piece and offered no tax and zero delivery fee. We paid 69 dollars to have it delivered about a mile. We contacted the store and asked them to honor the sale price and give us a refund on the delivery fee we paid. There reply.... the chair you saw on the circular was not exactly the same chair you purchased. We offered you the best price on your purchase. I originally gave them a good review but since their business practices are deceitful I chose to edit my view. Buyer beware, shop around and do your research before you buy. Unfortunately they have lost our business in the future due to their position on our purchase.

We had a very positive experience when looking for two new chairs and eventually purchasing them. The only thing we didn’t like was the length of time for the delivery of the chairs. It was 8 to 10 weeks. The two young men that made the delivery were very nice.

I’ve been shopping Goffena Furniture for over a year since I purchased my home. Zoe has been wonderful and patient with zero pressure. Mike, her sales manager, was also considerate. They even gave me a cold beverage after I was contemplating for over an hour!So many times in the Furniture stores one encounters harshness and rudeness but not here! We stopped in the Sidney store Monday 7/13, we have purchased a lot of our furniture there, we were looking for a flexsteel recliner to match the sofa & recliner we bought there. We were in the store for a while before anyone TRIED to help us, when they did they were not very helpful, didnt explain what options we had just, thats what we have in stock is about all they said, we wanted to match what we had we explained, never asked to look up what we bought to see if they could match it. We got frustrated & left.We parked beside the front doors, when we were in the store they washed the awning & splashed soapy water all over the side of the car I just cleaned. Goffena, this is the first place we go for furniture, you lost a customer, your not the only place to buy flexsteel.........

Buyer beware! Was explicit of what I wanted in a $10,000 purchase. A $300 item was incorrect. Called several times to resolve the issue and only received excuses. Salesperson was not knowledgeable in the merchandise she sold. So the customer pays the price for their mistake. Very unprofessional.Update to my original review I failed to mention the positive, I absolutely love the Daniel Amish furniture and the tempurpedic mattress! It is the height of foundation and poor customer service that is the issue.Funny, how youve twisted the situation in your response to my review. Oct. 29th I called salesperson and told her of the issue, which was I received something that I was adamant about not wanting several times during initial purchase. This would not be an issue if I never said anything about the height of bed. After receiving merchandise and looking on tempurpedics website, I told her tempurpedic has an ultra low foundation and thats what I needed. Salesperson stated she did not know they had an ultra low foundation. How is the customer suppose to know of the products you sell if salesperson doesnt even know? Said shed call tempurpedic rep, then call me. I never heard back from her. I had to call 3 more times. I got excuses as to why she didnt call me. She stated I would have to purchase another foundation. Seriously, for her mistake? Called sales manager on 11-11, he stated the foundation was standard in what they order and that he would talk to the owner and tempurpedic rep but it would be a few days. How is a standard order now a special order? On 11-14 manager had salesperson call me to say they are still waiting to hear from tempurpedic rep. Salesperson states the rep doesnt recommend ultra low foundation. Thought she was still waiting to hear from rep? The ultra low foundation isnt in the catalog. Why is ultra low foundation on tempurpedics website but not in your catalog? I never did hear back from anyone. Your resonse to this review is the first Ive heard from anyone since 11-14. Not once did I ever demand anything or did I ever ask for anything for free. All I wanted was to resolve the issue and how we could resolve it. You could have given me options on how we could resolve this, work with your customers so they return. Unknowledgeable salespeople, not returning phone calls, giving customer the run around/excuses and fibbing about the situation isnt how ethical businesses conduct themselves. Sad.
