Been awhile since this has happened took modem a and a wifi system from spectrum to send it back because went with a new carrier gave the gut the postage return and the devices didnt have a box so I was going to buy a box and he said they would take care of it he took the wires off and thru the device into a US postal container like it was nothing if he did that in front of me what is he doing with othe customers stuff theres always fed ex at Walgreens in sidney becareful of this place

I worked for a company for 44 years that pushed customer service above all. I have used this store a few times and always had great service. This time I had a new fellow. Needless to say I sure did not get that service this time. I believe he either needs some customer service training or find another job .

Wanting all my friends to know that if you need help in the UPS store in Sidney Ohio, just ask for Mitchell. Hes helped me several times with making copies for my class reunion. You can tell him what you want and within minutes hes completed the task. Huge thanks to Mitchell!!

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Carla, who works upfront, became immediately hostile with me and my partner when I came to pick up a package. She had a horrible, vile attitude and when my partner told her that she didnt need to be disrespectful, she started yelling at us to leave the store. This is, by far, my worst experience at any establishment whatsoever. Carla does not deserve to work at this location, or any location whatsoever. I will be putting forwards a complaint with the UPS company. It was unbelievable.

Excellent Customer service . I shipped a butter dish with this store and when the woman received the package she commented on how excellent the product was wrapped .

The UPS Store in Sidney has always been Great to us! Weve never had a problem with our packages being delivered or packed up for us. If they say its going to be delivered on time, it is!! Love Rick and Sarah. Theyve been wonderful to us. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

They charge for handling and packaging( not included when you by a box and postage) and they are way overpriced.... and rude.

This is the best store for helping me get ALL the copies I need for our business. Each and every worker is the greatest; always so kind and has my copy projects ready so quickly. They are the best. I live 40 minutes away and still have them do my printing. I know that when I send it to them by way of email it will be done and done correctly. If they question anything they call and we discuss. There are 5 stars to score them with on this review. I give them 10

The service is always excellent. Suggestions for packaging, saving money on shipping, insurance for the product, and anything else they think a customer should know and anything a customer asks about.Great place, saves me so much time. I dont have to drive downtown to mail packages, make copies or special projects. I love it.

I have used this UPS Store extensively in the last ten years for every conceivable type of low volume and high volume printing and mailing requirements, with emergency deadlines necessary many times (At least two hundred jobs, both personal and business). The prior thirty years, again personal and business, I used the best available services in Atlanta, GA, and Tampa, FL (more than five hundred jobs). Rick, Martha and Gina in this UPS Store in Sidney, OH, beat em all in sheer competence, quality of products, timeliness and friendliness. We are so lucky to have them. No kidding.

I went the UPS store today 11/9/2018 to get something notorized. I’ve never had a problem with any of the business I’ve done with this store until today.The guy or owner who does the notary was busy with another customer and I was asked to wait by the two other ladies working. So i waited patiently at the desk.The guy was finished with his other customer and as other customer came in they took care of them including the owner or the man that was in there. After they was caught up, he went to the back, I’m assuming to his office. I don’t know. Another lady came in and got a product laminated so I’ve stood there about 20 minutes now. As I’m still waiting patiently a lady came in needing something notarized. I swear on my life the one female worker went back and got the owner or guy who does this and he began to notarize this lady forms.The lady worker that was I front of me ask the other worker if she told the guy who does notary I was still standing here. Nothing said, so I said Nevermind and walked out. I was standing there roughly 25 minutes at the front desk.I can’t believe that. I’ve never been treated like that when I’ve went in there for business.

The owner is incredibly rude and disrespectful to his UPS drivers that pick up from his store. I am not a UPS driver but I have witnessed this bad behavior toward his drivers! Not a nice man at all.

We use UPS to ship to our grandchildren and the staff are always very helpful. UPS store also helps us out with our Relay For Life printing, sometimes on short notice, and always has it ready on time!!
