Great workmanship, and helped clean up the piece prior to nickel plating. I took an AR-15 here to get nickel plated. They really know their way around guns, and I’d trust them with any project. They even offer silver polishing.

Warning!!!! Beware!!!!! This is for you, the consumers.My personal experience with this company (artistic silver plating) Greg and Sally!!!Was the worst I ever had.My motorcycle parts were there for 9 weeks!!!!!The day I called I spoke with Sally first and then I spoke with Greg.They sound friendly and appeared to be professionals.I noticed that after I sent my parts there was no call to follow up upon receiving them.I called and like it was no big deal, Sally told me my parts were mixed up with other boxes and she had not open the box and examined the contents.She offered no apologies. I thought it was very unprofessional but since I waited 2 weeks for that and she said she can have the parts done in a week, I decided wait.The next few days I received no calls. I called again and again I got another lame excuse and no apologies.I finally got a quote 3 weeks later and I accepted it right away so they can start working on my parts asap.Another 3 weeks went by and I still received no calls.I called and Sally told me That Greg had not go to work for 2 weeks and she did not elaborate. Again she promised to call and she did not.I senced I was being lied to all the time.This people acted like amateurs.They did not even gave the parts the oem finished we discussed over the phone.I highly recommend not to take a chance sending your parts there.There are so many chrome plating places to go, why taking chances? I am very sorry I sent my parts there. Never again.Good luck.

Rude and overpriced. But if youre on their A list you get better pricing and really nice work. Too bad Im not rich and famous like many of their clients. Quoted $500 to re-chrome antique bike handle bars and brake lever with simple linkage. And that was 10 years ago.

I took my stuff 02/24/21 they told me 10 days and it 04 17 21 and still give me the run around and no Communication what so ever dont bring your stuff here

I had a couple of car parts plated 24K gold. Both parts were in terrible shape prior to them being plated. They did a fantastic job. I can not describe the excellence of work that was performed! Sally and Greg were very responsive. I would encourage new customers to ask for a realistic delivery schedule and then follow up with them as the delivery date gets close. I will be a repeat customer!

Greg is a true Craftsman and does beautiful work Sally is very friendly and knowledgeable about the plating and polishing business, thanks again for the great job you did on repairing my grandmothers old silver teapot and for polishing the rest of the tea set it looks brand-new my grandmother would be very pleased.
