I came here after my mini cooper was hit from behind. I was greeted by friendly staff. Everyone here had great customer service. Didi was awesome she helped me from start to finish. She was amazing. Car was ready as promised and they assisted with arrangement of rental car. I would definitely return back

Great customer service and repair work. I had my catalytic converter stolen over the weekend and on Monday afternoon Caliber Collision towed my truck for repairs. And by Friday my truck was repaired and delivered to me. Not only was it dropped off, Angel,and his crew fix a issue I had with my driver side door at no extra charge. Thanks Angel and Gabby.

Glad we went here! Good customer service, quality work, and price was within $60 of insurance company estimate.Fortunately the accident was minor and we were not at fault, but the good service started with how they greeted us, asking if we were OK from the accident in a kind but not invasive way. They have helpful pamphlets for people dealing with more serious accidents.They were quick on intake, had good COVID precautions, and got it taken care of within a week.The only hassle was that our initial online appt didnt go through, but they take same-day appointments via phone so we were still able to go in when planned.Car body work is never cheap, so might as well get it done right with good service at still competitive prices rather than trying to shave a small fraction of the cost off at the cheapest place possible.Would recommend!

Honestly, Ive been to a few body shops and collision centers, unfortunately. However, this has been one of my best experiences. they do go above and beyond to keep customers happy and stand up to their motto restoring our rhythm of life. I love the constant updates and communication methods and the fast turn around they have. Usually, in past circumstances, Ive dropped off my vehicle in other collision centers and it takes them days to reply and get back to me however at Caliber its instantly. Thank You so much Im honestly happy with the outcome.

Did an outstanding job on my body work

They did an excellent job repairing my 2016 Corvette Stingray! The whole experience was easy and they inform me what was going on step-by-step. The woman at the front desk was very pretty, welcoming, and informative. Angel the manager went out of his way to make sure I received all original parts. Definitely recommend. Car came out perfect!!!

My poor car was hit in the middle of the night by what I can only assume was a drunk driver while I was out off the state. Worst thing every to come home too. Thankfully caliber, from beginning to end, provided me incredible service and helped me feel at ease with the whole repair. Jessica was very communicative and I felt like I was in the know the whole time. The repairs look amazing and the interior/exterior detail was a nice surprise. I hope I never need further service at a body shop but if I do, I know where I’ll be headed.

Got into a minor accident I looked up shops near my home in Bixby knolls area. Caliber collision was one of the many shops that came up and they happened to be within the repair network of state farm they had the highest rating so I decided to give them a shot. Angel the manager walked me through everything that was going to happen and assured me I would get updates on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and my Jeep would be done within 11 days. Well they where done in exactly one week and as promised the communication was there and they delivered ahead of time bonus for me. They honestly did a great job taking into consideration the shop was completely full of cars every bay there was had a car in it and someone working on it. Thanks for delivering ahead of schedule!

This is my second time working with Caliber. I am not a regular reviewer so it has to be excellent to get me to jot some things down. This place is terrific! I remember them a couple of years ago when I took my daughters car in and was VERY pleased with the excellent customer service I received pre-COVID. Now, with all the COVID stuff, theyve really stepped up the excellence in providing customer service. Gabby is excellent to work with but Angel takes the cake for his terrific and on-time communications, his reliability and he relates to each of his customers at their respective levels. Thats hard to teach that quality and Angel really scores high with his ability to relate exceptionally with the customers. A+++++ place! It is always a pleasure working with this awesome crew!

I went here after an accident because they were reputable. They somehow didn’t catch that I had a leak from my oil and here I am a few months later and noticing none of the things they fixed are flush. Wouldn’t recommend

What a mess! They called me three (3) times to come get the car - all three (3) times the car was not ready. You would think that someone would double-check the work. There are so many body shops available, I would avoid this place.
