Friendly customer service everyone always helps look for things that I cant find. The lines are always going by fast and you dont have to wait. There is even a Starbucks to get a drink and enjoy while you shop.

Jules was an amazing employee. She was very helpful and extremely kind with me. She has a very warm heart. Best cashier !

Dont try calling the store number. Itll be an absolute waste of your time. I spent 30 minutes trying each extension and each time no one picked up and the line ended after 5 minutes of ringing. If youre going to take the time to record such a LONG automated message, please have someone pick up at the end. Or let the caller know the person on the other side of things is busy and put them on hold. Very rude and disappointing that customer service has stooped this low. Only giving them 2 stars because this is my closest Target and I really do appreciate the few original employees that remain.

I did an online order for pickup, in the target app I clicked on my way, once I got to the store, I clicked on the target app to let them know what stall I was in, after a minute, my merchandise was being brought out, and put into my trunk,, quick service, very satisfied.

Asked a worker if an item was in stock, they said it was discontinued and so I asked a customer service worker, and they were nice enough to ACTUALLY check if it was in stock (which it was). Some workers here are just lazy!

Products are of quality and there is also a variety of products. Returns are reasonable.

Selection, price, convenience and safety. Walking thru Target stores and there are 3 in my market area, the stores are clean, tidy with good selection on the shelf. There are notable exceptions during COVID. That said, Target is a go-to retail for our familys weekly shopping.

I selected drive up because I didn’t want to get out of the car having not been vaccinated and having a baby at home and when I pulled up they had me go inside to get my order from the pick up station. Very inconvenient and confusing ordering online and will most likely never use the service again.

I Would Be Extremely LIKLY To Recommend Target To A Friend Or A Family Member, So That Is Why I Gave A Scorre Of 10. Because, Everytime I Go To Target, I Am Able To Find The Products And The Items That I Want In Stock And I Always Receieve Great Customer Service.

Store hours on Google show this store is open until 11 PM. Came late to get Vicks vaporizer for my son, only to see closed doors. If you were going to change your hours, it might be wise to make sure that all platforms are aware. My sale will be getting canceled and I will order this on Amazon. I also doubt I’m the only one to be disappointed by this. Update your hours or you will continue to lose customers at this location.

I used to love this Target. Until they decided to screw me over on my items using drive up. And don’t you dare try calling them. They hang up on your every single time..I’ve tried multiple times, on different occasions.

I was not refunded the full amount of my order, even though the item was unopened and unused. Target did not give me back my shipping that I paid for, even though the package and item was unopened. I am furious and will look elsewhere before I order online with target again. Also, I tried to cancel my order minutes after ordering it, because I found a better deal elsewhere, and I could not cancel it, so now I am out the cost of shipping. I would like a FULL REFUND. The cashier did not tell me what amount I would be receiving and there was no screen so I could not see it for myself. I did not see the amount until after the receipt was printed.

I love how clean and helpful all of the employees are. their Drive up order pick up is smooth and fast.

Went to this target location yesterday, and all I have to say is that ALFREDO in the electronics section needs to learn the meaning g of customer service. Through my whole transaction the look on his face gave the impression that he either hated his job or didnt want to be there. Not once did he greet me or even say thank you at the end, never asked me if I wanted a bag for all my items, I had to ask for them, just really bad customer service skills I DEFINITELY will not be going back to purchase any ele tonics from this target if ALFREDO is whi I have to deal with.Target, please teach your employees about customer service. I work in customer service aswell and even if Im not feeling g it I still put on that smile and and be polite.

This shop is terrible. On my last shopping visitS I saw many people with masks around the neck, not covering nose and mouth, employees did not reinforce the law. First it was one or two, yesterday I counted more than 10 costumers not following the law of face covering.I asked a manager why they do not say a word and she told me that she knew about it but they can not do much.Also empty many empty shelves.... So obviously they do not want costumers since they do not take care of us.I am out

Have got a knee injury and no vehicle so its not like I can jump on the bus and go to target and go shopping. This service makes it possible for me to browse online/ pre order my groceries and at the same price as if I was browsing for myself. (Currently non perishable items. Id love to be able to see them allow for fruit, bread, etc). As long as I have a ride to the store, I pick them up get them back home with a minimum of hassle. they really fill the orders quickly and are accurate.. its just the best service, thanks target

REVIEW FOR STARBUCKS INSIDE TARGETOn Thursday, October 4, 2018 at about 09:30am, I was helped by the Amazing Jesus! He was handling multiple guests (about 4) by himself. He was very polite, and had a cool, laid back disposition. I found him to be skilled and professional.I changed my mind from a Comfort tea to a Defense tea and he made me feel like it “was not a problem”.I got honey and he rinsed / wiped my packets to ensure they were not sticky. He definitely went above and beyond with a great attitude and pleasant demeanor too!He did such a great job, I asked him if he had a tip jar. He said “no” and I was shocked! He mentioned a review would be nice.I came only for Starbucks and I didn’t even want to stop at Target to do so but thanks to Jesus, I am so glad I did!THANK YOU JESUS! YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!!!

Extremely dirty dining area (Food and garbage all over the floor and tables). 3 available tables but no chairs (So me and my family had to eat our dinner outside on the parking lot). I love Target stores and have visited alot of them, but this must be the dirtyest yet. And yeah, the Pizza Hut inside didnt even have pizza... All they had was 3 pastas which my family of 4 had to share. And the Starbucks inside was also closed

Its a bit messy in some aisles, and hard to find prices on some of the furniture items, but the associates are nice.

Sometimes I find stuff at this location thats sold out at other Targets. Not sure why, but sometimes driving from Target to Target yields results. Great store. Take advantage of the sales and do the rest of your shopping elsewhere.

The parking is ample but can be tight close to the building. The store is cleaner than last time. That was in February now it May. I didnt want to go back after what I saw in February. The change is welcomed. You can get coffee while you shop or while you mate shops. The spacing is a bit tight, so patience is in order if you go. The staff is helpful and friendly, although, they could use more cashiers during the rush.

Well, first off Target is not what it used to be. Not enough things a person needs to shop. Target hardly has anything anymore. Sad...!!!!

Everything went so smooth.. and I literally didn’t have to wait almost 2 days for my online order like I do at Walmart.. I ordered it about 10 minutes before closing and ready the next morning by opening..

Many of the deals that they have on food is better than stores. The target branded food is just as good as name brands. I also buy the preseasoned chicken, ready to cook, yum.

There was an item on the shelf that said it was sold out and I had to get the item from a different store. There were 6 units of the item and the cashier would not add the item to my order when I picked up the other items. She said she couldnt because it was not fulfilled. So either someone didnt bother to check if the items were on the floor or just didnt care.

This is one of my favorite Targets to visit. They are always pretty stocked with the things that I need and think the things that I think that want. The employees are always friendly and they just added drive up as a pick up option which is super convenient!

I went the morning after black Friday, as the employees were re-stocking. I needed help to find a mini keurig machine. One employee went out of her way to totally help me. Beatrice was phenomenal at her job. Their should be more employees like her. I can be a bit pushy when i want something and not once did she have attitude or was rude. I would just like Beatrice to have some recognition on her GREAT attitude and job performance. Thank You Beatrice.

This Target, in particular, is a mess! Even though this is the closest Target location to me, I prefer to drive to the Torrance location, on Sepulveda near Hawthorne Blvd. That Target is always nice, neat and clean, and they are always fully stocked. This Target cant even get it together to fix their sign outside. They should be embarrassed!

Amazing customer service from Lewis who was assisting at self checkout at aprox. 2035. The stock was as expected with the Covid situation, but the merchandise on hand was beautiful and unlike most of the Target stores locally. I will travel 40 minutes just for the service alone. Thank you. **** Also.... the taco truck outside has the BEST meat ever!!!!!!!! YUMMMMMM

I use to live near this Target and it was a very helpful for my family and I that there was a Target near our home. The employees are good and I love how there was one employee that can do American Sign Language! I really appreciate the male employee even though he was not talking to me but someone who was signing. This is a convenience Target store.

Because today is my grand daughters birthday and she lives in Long Beach, CA and I live in Augusta, GA and I was able to have her mom pick up her gift from yall with no problem.

I went in, had no problem finding what l needed, was pleasantly greeted by all staff, especially the young lady giving out free 1/4 sandwiches to promote the sale of Natures Harvest bread which is a very good Whole wheat bread which l have tried a couple times and it was a nice snack after Church. I checked out at the self checkout w/ no problems. My overall visit to Target was excellent!!!😄😄😄

The self check out is great but people abuse it. Some customers have full carts of groceries and customers like me, who only have a few items have to wait for them. I think the company should only allow customers with no more than 15 items to go to the self check out. When a customer was done, I finished my transaction, left and they were still there. An employee was there but, didnt tell them to go to the cashier to be rung up. I know the customers didnt want to wait but, I thought self checkout was for people who only have few items. That;s why I scored the service so low.

Very organized, clean and kept. Customer service is top notch. Also has a Pizza Hut and Starbucks inside if you need a snack or wanna take a quick bite home. For socialites, theres a location to snap a few photos with a statue of the dog seen in many target ads. Great experience overall.

Conveniently located just off the 405. Just need to turn off the main road, Atlantic, right away to get to it. Because its not on the main road, getting in and out of the parking lot isnt too bad. Big store. Lots of stuff. Good prices. Friendly staff!

There were some issues throughout the store but the cashier saved the day. She erased any bad experience I had in the store and helped put a smile on my face as I left the store. She offered the Red Card and correctly gave me the benefit of the doubt and corrected the price without question. I am a lifelong Target shopper and I understand that there are some issues with some team members but there are other gems like my cashier today. Great job and keep up the good work cashier. I am sorry I forgot her name.

Love the fact that Target opens bright and early at 8 am. Although its hard to getting to this one with all the cars driving slowly around the mall, the store is spacious and well stocked inside. Their food section is split up into two areas though making some items hard to find.

It always has the best selection. Very clean and everyone is very friendly.

I order an item online to pick up at the store. I placed the order at 11 am and went to pick it up at 5:30 pm and it still was not ready. when I placed my order it stated that it would be ready with in 2 hours, as you all can see it wasnt. I know that because of the holiday rush there may some delays it just would have been nice if Target would have notified me of the delay, thus avoiding the extra trip.

Great selection at this Target

I have been going to this location for over 5 years, and today April 8, 2016, a team member very eloquently grabs a lipstick and puts it on and then puts it back on a different location to make it look like it was not used. It is unbelievable. I am completely disturbed by this. This is not the respect that people deserve. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Huge selection of stuff.. especially womens clothing.. however, its very poorly organized. The regular racks (non sale items) are arranged more similar to the sales racks. I love that they have so many options though. Definitely is better than some targets where the options are so slim. They also are pretty well stocked on makeup.

Very helpful staff, very organized shelves, clean store overall, not super crowded so it’s a pleasent shopping experience and I always find what I need at this Target, very convenient since it’s 5 minutes away from my house! Great prices too! I would warn people though that I go in for one thing and come out with 100$ more worth of stuff! Target is addictive and they have a Starbucks and Pizza Hut in store :)

This is a good Target because the items are always stocked well and the store in clean. The home decor section is not as large as some others, but Im always finding great items on clearance here. Ive always had great interactions with the employees and customer service team - but if they ask me to sign up for a Target RED Card one more time...Im going to explode. Use the Cartwheel app to save some $$$ - its not much but some discounts are actually really great!

I DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR. i ordered 6 chairs and only got 4. Online indicated inventory was available. I paid for 6 got 4 they said they would refund the difference. It was inconvenient for me to travel across town to another Target to get the other 2 chairs. I did online ordering because its suppose to be convenient but you failed at customer service delivery. I should of been informed prior to my pick up. Target Online Sucks!
