I ordered a motorcycle battery online for pickup in the signal hill store. The staff followed up with a call to tell me the order was ready for pickup. answered questions about core and other batter recycling. When I came in to pick up the process was smooth (id confirmation) return of core charge and they had gone to the effort of filling and charging my battery for me. The store is clean and easy to get in/out. I will definitely return when I have a need.

I had a really good experience. Employees were friendly and made an extra effort to get my battery installed correctly, where an auxiliary power cable to my sound system came loose. They soldered it back, conscientiously. I was in/out quickly. Id recommend.

The store is very well maintained, and cleaned to a military standard. I was helped out by David and he was able to provide me with great customer service. He was able to fix my cracked phone within minutes! He was also able to provide me with knowledge for a solar battery bank I plan on doing in the future.

Came in here, just chose a random pack of light bulbs and went to check out. The cashier immediately stopped me an asked me if I was sure I wanted those. I was curious so I asked why, then he showed me the display that they had up showing the difference in lighting. He then helped me choose the actual light bulbs I wanted and I checked out. I even managed to get a 2 dollar rebate, so all in all it was really worth it.

Best customer service Ive known. My motorcycle battery failed on PCH about a mile from their store. I called them up, they had what I needed and drove it to me. Not only that, Tim the manager stayed with me to make sure it fixed the issues with my bike. I was going to use AAA Battery Service (since I am a member), but while inquiring about their stock of batteries, AAA did not have any batteries that would fit my Mazda3. I came across Batteries Plus Bulbs in a search, and found a battery that fits my car, and at a great price. If my battery lasts longer than my warranty, Ill be back...!!

Went in for a 12v battery, ordered on line, ready for me to pick up when I got there. Store looks clean and well organized.

Here at the store at 4:30pm.. doors locked,But staff still there. Staff says there closed.. advertised to close at 5pm.. two staff present.. needed to purchase 3 batteries.. oh well money lost..

I went there on Saturday at about 10 a.m. Lit sign said open, but when I got close paper sign said back in ten minutes. I hung around for a couple of minutes - but since there was no commitment for a specific time that they would be back- figured that I could be there for up to an hour

I took my iphone for a broken screen repair the guy in the counter took the phone said it was fixable an hour latet i come back and he did not fix it and said it was impossible and wanted to charge me 35 dlls for a screen he broke, i took it to another place on Carson / Cabrillo n got it fix for 60 bucks, dont ever take ur phone to this place for a fix.

Awful service. Bought a battery to run my cpap while camping. They promised they would take it back if it didnt work. Did not work at all and they wouldnt take it back. I got very sick as a result of defective battery.

Great service but the Brea store sold me wrong battery and Ive got to go to them to resolve the problem
