Was next door doing some light construction and saw the shop. Picked up a few packs of Pokémon for my 8 year old son as a reward for good grades. The staff was friendly and open to help with any questions. Support local card shops folks! If in the area again, will bring my MTG for a few games.

Love this place. Great to sell magic and pokemon cards. Although, they dont pay the most but they are always buying.

A bunch of rpg card playing adolescents, a snarky kid in front of the counter and an adult who lords over them and subsequently has a god complex. They judge you the whole time youre there, in a what are you doing in my clubhouse manner and dont even think about bringing your cards if they arent ultra rare foil signed by the queen herself with a tiny manufacturing mistake...

So I just discovered this Magic the gathering store today. They have an unbelievable selection of cards! I was looking for dovin’s veto and they had like 20 of them.Great friendly service

I drive 40 minutes to play and buy at this store, and I have at least 3 lgs 5 minutes away from me, That should tell you enough of why you should come here

I came into ownership of my fathers extensive MTG card collection after his passing. Ive played Magic some but I was really over my head on trying to figure out what it was worth or where I should even sell a collection this size (7,000+ cards).I came to Finch and Sparrow with a literal suitcase full of cards, and Chris and his team graciously went through them and happily talked about the value and history of the cards. After spending over an hour going through them, he gave me what I perceived to be a fair offer, however I still wanted a second opinion. Chris never pressured me and in encouraged me to give a second opinion.I ended up coming back to Finch and Sparrow to sell the cards because it was the best price, I felt Chris was being really fair in his offer, and lastly I can tell he was passionate about his business and doing what was right for me, who is a not a MTG player.If youre looking to sell magic cards I will highly encourage you to visit Finch and Sparrow Games.

These guys are the greatest. They love talking magic, pokemon, or whatever game youre in to and will give you the best prices in town. Highly recommend the snack counter, it blows the socks off 7-Eleven.

I always try to trade in my old cards here. Every time feels like Im getting a better deal than other locations. They also keep picking up new cards, so I make sure I follow their Instagram so I can see what rolled in. Even if they dont have one of the cards I need, they usually are able to find others. Great group of people

This shop is on of the best ones Ive been to in this area. The staff are very helpful, the play space is fairly large and open, and the competition is strong.They actually have a rewards system, which is not something I think many would expect. By patronizing the store, you can save up points for things like free random rares and snacks, all the way to free store merch. Buying prices are fair and tournament priIng good as well.As far as Ive ever known, their selection for the latest Standard sets is comprehensive, with all the best cards available from the newest sets. The selection of cards for eternal formats can be a bit hit-or-miss sometimes, but they do seem to always be trying to get new singles in for those formats also.I have seen playgroups meet up for all the more popular formats and I keep seeing the same faces, so I think the community here are strong. From a competitive aspect, I would say that my average opponent is very competent. If youre looking to grind and get better at the game, coming to their weeklies is definitely a way to do so.Overall, I really enjoy Finch and Sparrow. I hope my review has nudged you towards want to come in and check it out yourself. I dont get out this way much, but I find it hard to believe that theres a better shop in the area. F&S definitely sets the bar high.

Great place, I was totally new to MTG besides a weeks worth of Arena. They helped me understand the rules better, get a better handle of the current meta and even helped me build my first deck. Great atmosphere, great employees, great selection and awesome players. Ill be there every friday!

The best

Warehouse space converted to a gaming store. Good assortment of Magic: The Gathering merchandise. A few other board games. Lots of gaming space. Theres a few games on a demo shelf including Super Munchkin and Risk that you can grab and play. The proprietors are quite friendly, as are the customers. While I was there, someone ordered a huge pizza and shared with everyone.
