Office Depot must go out of business. I know they feel the need to exist. Office Depot is trash!!!! Put them out of business world. Shame on all that gave up freedom for something so weak and silly! I better see more people stop shopping at Office Depot do I make myself clear! (Update From 2 Days Ago) Those people will never say a word against mask requirements until those businesses are nearly empty. Tell them to get out angrily! Don’t say it the White flag way. Say it the black flag way.

If I can give no stars I would, I went in last week to send a fax and before that I called if I was able to send and receive a fax,there I was told yes. Long story short the first one I sent I sent it to the wrong number but before that I called 3x to see if I received anything they would check and nothing. 2nd time I went in to send a fax I called and nothing I called another time and this time I was told you can’t receive fax there! Mind you 2nd time i sent the fax I was told you can receive fax there as well. I tried telling the person I was talking to on the phone i was told by multiple staff there I can receive fax there and they would even check turns out I was speaking to the “supervisor” and he said who ever said i can is wrong then I guess everyone working here is wrong? I had asked multiple to make sure I received my papers since it’s important yet the only person who said I can’t receive a fax there says he is the only one right! Customer service is TRASH HERE !!

Office depot is great for back to school. They have all the right stuff for the children and have great prices too.

I have NEVER Shopped here Before and will NEVER Shop here again. The customer service is GARBAGE and the store employees were Rude and unknowledgable. I went IN the store, ordered a Computer Desk and was told it would arrive on a Friday between 8-5pm. I sat at my house for 10hrs ONLY to call and find out my Desk was NOT in Stock and would NOT be delivered until the following Wednsday. I called the 1(800) number to Track my Package 4 Times ONLY to be told 4 Different Things. The agents sounded like they were AT HOME Sitting on the Toilet doing business from some FORIEGN COUNTRY. I asked for a STUPIDviser and was Left ON HOLD for 38min before i just HUNG UP. I will be CANCELING this order and will NEVER EVER deal with Office Depot again.

Bad service to everyone in general. If you work in customer service, it means provide the customer with service! It’s embarrassing enough that I’m not tech savvy. I approached the young lady at the copy center, I needed to print from my email. She did tell me how. Well I got stuck and approached her again. It was clear I needed her assistance but she stayed behind the counter and by then a gentleman walked up and she was chatting away, not service related. I gave up and walked out, she kept on. Flirting isn’t customer service. I went to the competitor and was given exceptional service. May-June 2020 I was on a shopping spree. I needed everything new for my new desk. I did take a while and had a full cart. The manager kept following me around and caught him spying on me couple of times. It was being watched like if I was a thief. It was very offensive and hurtful. I kept coming here for years because of the inventory aside of bad service. Now I’m officially done with OfficeDepot and will take my business elsewhere.

This place gives poor service to black people!!!! Every time I go in here, I’m watched by employees, or at the very least, subjected to an awkward, silent transaction that doesn’t include eye contact and ends without a thank you. Even with the on duty manager! It’s so consistent here it’s disturbing. I NEVER write reviews but this place feels like the 1950s. Just an observation.

Office Depot is usually THE place I go for my office supplies, so it was natural of me to think of Office Depot when I started working from home.Today I was in need of an office/desk chair, and I immediately went to Officedepot.com to begin my search. I saw 3 chairs I liked but needed to actually sit in to determine their comfort. Unfortunately, all the chairs I liked were not available in store, but only available to order.I decided to visit my local store anyway to see if there were other chairs I might like. Nothing available satisfied me, but I noticed the ones I saw online were available in a box but not assembled to sit in and try out. I was very disappointed, especially because I was not even approached by a sales agent, which has always been typical of this location.Needless to say, we walked out disappointed without purchasing anything. I dont know why it is so hard to have one of each chair assembled at all times?

The cashier was very nice, but the guys didnt even try to acknowledge us. Im pretty sure one was the manager on duty, because he was giving instructions to the others. I could understand if it was busy, but there was only maybe 3 customers in the store. I dont want to speak in a negative way, but if it helps with customer that would be nice. If they see this, remember whos paying your wages. Hope to see a smile and offer if assistance if we ever go back. I would love to see corporate send secret shoppers of different races, including a racially mixed couple to this location. They may find their problem with this store. Take a lesson from Starbucks.

After leaving best buy because I was being ignored, I came here and received prompt and courteous service. I told the salesperson what exactly I was looking for and he had narrowed it down to two items. And both were priced slightly less than the prices at Best buy. I was happy with the service provided. I have not opened the box yet of my purchase.

I like the experience of shopping there today...Its a great place to shop with a great selection of products Id be proud to buy. I went to the store located at willow/signal hills in Long Beach. The store was really busy and the Store Manager ( Jose Gomez) and a couple of his employees ( Rittoma super nice I do not remember the name of the other girl in customer service) they took care of my problem 👍🙏👍That is customer service at the top. Went to get some copies of my passport photo I had. Did a good job. Got a date stamp and my name pretty reasonable price.

Well good prices and the employees really helped me out. Had a 20% coupon but its only online. Didnt find that out till I got there and I told the cashier. She said well some people just order it right now and when youre here within 5 minutes we can look up the order and you can take it and get your discount for 20%. Well I made the order for some reason it didnt go through 15 minutes later sales representative or maybe even the manager looked at my phone number. Couldnt find anything so I dont know if it went through or I screwed up or something but he said you know what Im sorry youre having to wait here took me to the cashier himself and took 20% off without the coupon. The sales people there are great would gol here its worth it.

What an depressing store :~( the sign does not even lit up at nights. only half of it, was looking for very basic shipping item (Poly Mailer Bag) did not have it, unbelievable. Had to go home and order it on Amazon for $3 with free shipping.. Surprised those business still exists ! What a wast of time

Forget the mans name but tall big man at the copys n stuff station, man hes awesome. He helped me get some copys out my phone i learned something that day how to with my phone. Mad love to that one man.

Colored people beware. I was racially profiled at This store yesterday. They had the nerve to stand by the door while I was walking around because I was walking around slow because I was tired from working 64 hours and 4 days. I was lounging around and not really in a rush they assumed I was going to steal something. The guy stood at the door until I made my purchase and then had the nerve to leave as soon as I made my purchase. When I told the manager he did not even look at me you stayed texting on his phone and said he was sorry without paying any attention to me. I will not go back to this store again and I will be calling the corporate office to let them know that the racial profiling is not accepted.**************Update**************I never received a call back from headquarters about the incident either. Just goes to show how much they value how their customers are treated.

Complete ghost town and prices are 2-3x as much as Amazon, I understand having a markup but if +15% isnt enough you need to shutter your doors.

Love this store, they always have parking either in the front or in the back but they should always have at least 2 people at the registers overall clean, and organized.

Clean store but it is very plain and unappealing to the eye. It feels like youre in a back room warehouse rather than an office supply store. The staff pretty much ignored us and didnt offer any help unless you ask for it. But they were very friendly.

Called and a lady named Lisa answered and I asked if they sell scantrons. Needless to say she didnt know what a scantron was. I had to say it three times with an explanation so she knew what I was talking about. She said oh no, those are sold at colleges only. Her tone wasnt customer service worthy and she actually made me feel dumb for asking such a question. Ive bought scantrons at an Office Depot before and just wanted to know if this particular store sold them. I was frustrated but I kept calm and even said thank you only for her to say uh huh and hung up.

Staff is nice and this is office depot. clean and fast.

Every time I go into this store they treat me very badly. They are beyond rude and act like you are wasting their time. They roll their eyes and tap their nails on the counter waiting to get back to their twinkies and donuts. Another time I went they were all standing around one of the machines chatting and I stood there for about 20 minutes. I asked if I was interrupting something and then one of them came over reluctantly to help me.

Its a standard office Depot. 3 stars due to really slow service.
