First time going here, so ill post an update when i go back. Ended up buying a couple generic silver rounds, and the one ive been looking for, a 2021 American Gold Eagle. Theyre prices are way more reasonable than online, and I love the thought of keeping a local coin shop in business. Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and they had quite the selection.

Bought some scrap silver coins for my son to start a coin collection and got a lot of early mid 1800s half dollars and quarters and a half dime and dimes and 2 Morgan and 2 piece dollars for under 200 bucks I weight them and was 380.7 troy grams. Just over the 373.2 pound... not bad at all and the young guy there was very cool and added a free free coins since I bought a lot... liberty coins is a must place to go to!! Even some gold coins I got cheaper there than ebay..oh not to mention he tossed in a free 1847 large cent to my sons hands and the guy there said good kid there sir..

Liberty Coins is a highly arrogant, dishonest, and unreliable company, the worst that I have dealt with by light years! I highly doubt that real customers wrote the good reviews. I ordered a $1,300 item on their website which they CONFIRMED. I then found out a few days later that they did not want to sell it to me even though they had CONFIRMED it, possibly because they thought that they could sell it for slightly more. Liberty Coins makes it extremely difficult to order anything online; if you make a mistake on even one character, the whole page gets deleted and you must reenter all of the information again. Liberty Coins has the highest prices that I have seen for anything. They charge retail on steroids. And their buy prices are very low. Liberty Coins treats customers like the enemy unless they think that they can make a huge profit by overcharging you. Avoid Liberty Coins unless you like wasting your valuable time and dealing with crooks and liars.

Yesterday I went to ask an expert in this place about the condition and the value of my coins, is a small lot of Australian coins some silver some brass, copper. I adding a pic of my coins just for you to judge for yourselfs. The old man look at my coins for about 10 sec and said: 4 dollars. I smile and left the shop. When I handed the very young man my jewelry piece, it concerned me that he didnt weigh it in front of me, and when i asked him if it was gonna be weighed by the ordinary ounce (28 grams) OR by the Troy (31.1 grams) he got flustered. They used the pennyweight system which is equivalent to 1.555 grams. ****You need to make sure its not being weighed by pennyweight but being paid by the gram, since that would allow the buyer to get more gold for less money.Was disappointed that this was their practice. Seems to be coming for the area. :(

Old man with old eyes used nothing to zoom in on coin. Looks at it and throws it back at with the remark “ quarter”. When I know for a fact the only way to tell on this coin is you have to magnify the coin. And to throw it back at me like that. Horrible service and questionable on knowledge

Libery Coin is a Scam! I ordered 20 - 1 ounce American gold eagles and paid via wire transfer. They claim the order was shipped, 3 weeks later I still dont have my coins. Every time I call its a new excuse. Do not trust these people. They are Tulving Co. in the making. Very dishonest and crooks

I remember i went there to sell some gold coins. I had some MS70 gold coins that are mint condition coins so you pay more for them. When i tried to sell them i was told that the coins were worth no more than any other gold coin. I told them that was a bunch of bull and walked out

I wish that I could give this corrupt company negative infinity stars. I had a terrible, costly experience with Liberty Coin of Signal Hill, CA. Do not deal with these lowlifes because they will scam you in my experience. The good reviews are highly suspicious to me because all of them make the same sales pitches. I hope to spread the word to STAY AWAY from Liberty Coin if you do not like being taken advantage of. This place uses every sleazy sales trick in the book to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, even if it means blatantly lying, breaking their so-called promises, and otherwise deceiving you. Please save yourself from extreme disappointment; avoid having any dealings with crooked Liberty Coin. There are so many honest numismatic firms to deal with. Why deal with thugs? You can thank me later.
