When it comes ordering light fixtures there is a lot involved in getting the order right so I work with Edrei from Lite Rite because she always goes the extra mile and I can always count on her when I have a question with a quick and thorough answer. I have had a great experience with everyone that Ive worked with down to paying the bill.
They were very easy to work with for ordering my items, but what sets them apart is the support after the sale. Ive worked in the lighting industry for 15 years and dealt with hundreds of vendors. What Ive learned in that time is that the true mark of customer service is what happens after the money has been taken. When I needed a warranty replacement, they were knowledgeable, quick and responsive. Jerimiah went above and beyond to take care of the issue and now all is back in working order.
This is my 1st time using Lite Rite, and I have to say Im very impressed! The customer service is like customer service used to be, where the focus is actually on the customer. I will definitely be using them again.
Great overall experience. I ordered a switch and gave the wrong email. When I called to straighten things out I got superb customer service and Jeremiah offered to help me program the electronic switch if it gave me any trouble. The part arrived quickly too.
Never written a review before but felt like Lite Rite was deserving of one. Customer service was next to none as I called multiple times with questions and when I needed an item not on the website they added it within an hour. Everything arrived as it should in 2 days! Will be ordering from them again soon!
I have worked with Lite Rite, Catherine for years and found them to be very useful and honest. There is a review that is negative and I cant figure out why. Sometimes people put negative reviews as competitors, etc. but I am always shocked when I have had exceptional service and someone says something almost nasty. Makes no sense. So, this company has always delivered for me and has done it very professionally. Thanks.
As the Maintenance Manager for a community college I purchase parts and supplies from many vendors across the country. Unfortunately too many of them act like they are doing me a favor by selling me something. Instead of them calling me about delays, out of stocks, etc I have to call them to find why my orders are not complete or didnt arrive as promised.Two weeks ago I placed a small on-line order with Lite Rite and have been totally blown away by their customer service! Right away Jerimiah contacted me to let me know there would be a one day delay in shipping my order, and he continued to follow-up and keep me informed thru the entire process. The customer service he provided was exemplary and although my order was only a couple hundred dollars he treated me like I had ordered thousands of dollars worth of product. I will be placing orders with this firm as often as I can.
Years ago I would jump from vender to vender until I discovered Lite Rite. I have now used them exclusively for several years and they consistently go above and beyond.Their transparency and honesty is unmatched in this industry.

I worked with these guys once and found them to be dishonest and down right sneaky.Theyll try to skip on payment if its not worth a court date. Dont take my word for it, just be careful.
