The first time I came here they were great. They were able to do a patch for $10 in a day or two. This time around the same work took 8 days. I dropped off on a Tuesday, they told me it would be ready on Friday. No calls, I came back the following Tuesday still not ready. So... I dont think theyre looking for small business. If you need quick work done, might be better to learn how to sew.

I went in on a Thursday, ordered 4 patches totaling $66 that the guy working there said would be done possibly on Friday but for sure the next Monday. I work in the film industry and have a lot of moving pieces to think about so I was counting on them calling like they said they would. I didn’t get a call from them on Friday or Monday, when I got to set luckily the clients were understanding and decided to shoot without the name patches. I decided to call them once my hectic schedule was clear to get a refund since they DIDN’T call me when they said they would. When I called them two days later the guy said “you should have called us” it’s their business and their responsibility to call me. Besides trying to blame me for their mistake he was extremely rude and argumentative and refused to refund me. I’d say go elsewhere with your business.

Great Business- FYI- you can see them from the start or see them after the other person screws up everything. They are great business +Great people.

Tom is very experience and has quality work good customer service and his staff is good and everyone makes you feel welcome

Ive been using Georges Name Your Game for a few years now. There is a new owner now, Tom. Name Your Game has only gotten better ! Team sportswear to Letterman Jackets, Embroidery, Silk screen, Heat Press and more. Always been on time and even early with my orders. Show room has been remodeled and you can now design your own on a lap top right there ! With George and infinite old school wisdom and ability ( hes still there in the office ) and Tom w/ up to date technology and digitizing...well they simply cant be beat. Pricing is about the best there is too. Janet, a new Manager there will bend over backwards to make things work for you too !

This place is amazing! I was extremely happy they are open on Saturdays now because most places around the Long Beach area are not open during the weekends. Im really busy during the week so it definitely made my life a lot easier to get my letters done on time.The prices are extremely good!!! I got a quote from another place in HB that my letters would of cost about 200 and here I got the same exact design for only 125!Definitely returning 💕

Tom did a great job with my work apparel. I brought in my own shirts and bought a hat to get logoed, and the work was high-quality, fast and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them moving forward.
