Excellent service but plan on a week to get your machine back. Ive gone here several times but was just advised to stop using regular has. I had no clue about using Tru-Fuel. Glad they finally suggested that to me since I dont use my generators all that often.
I always rely on this shop to fix all my equipment. I buy all my stihl products there.they do all stihl warranty repairs in house.the staff is very knowledgeable and have never failed me in helping me keep my equipment up and running.i live and work close by,which makes it convenient for me..the shop is ez to get to .take 405 freeway and exit orange Ave ...store is located north of 405 on orange ave....
My rating is only for this places customer service. I didn’t get far enough to experience anything else. I don’t think my money was green enough for this shop. I asked for a 4 stroke blower made by Makita hip throttle not tube throttle. He said that they didn’t think they sold them here in CA. Instead of checking since he is a Makita dealer he walked away with out saying another word. Well I knew Home Depot sold them and was just trying to support our local business owners. I ordered the exact model I was looking for in his parking lot and they are delivering it next day. As they might be a good repair/parts place there customer service needs work.
Hara lawnmower is always good. Bought chain saw today. Told them what Id be using it for, type of cutting. They went over differences between 2 types and suggested the less expensive would be best. That I didnt need features on other one. They will suggest the one best suited for YOUR needs. And repairs are always good. This is why Ive been going there for over 10 years.
They knew thir stuff. I needed a fuel line for my weed blower, they knew exactly what I needed. Thank you.
For my first experience at the store, it’s also going to be my last. When it was finally time to pick up an order I placed online I went to the store and wait in line to get help. Well when it was my turn to be assisted I guess one of their regular customers came into the store and they completely ignored me. It wasn’t until they finished helping their regular that they assisted me. As someone who also works in retail and likes to be very understanding, this was very bad service.
I went this morning to get a spark plug. The lady without looking at it brought me whatever. I asked her how do u know this is the correct one? She acted as she didnt understand n I said I ll wait for her son. I asked him its this a matching spark plug? He goes we dont have it. I asked him why is it the lady selling me the wrong item ? Becareful with this business.

Very courteous and quick turnaround but I should give myself the 2 stars for not asking the price. The rope broke on my lawnmower, I took it apart myself and brought the recoil part in for a new rope. Turns out it needed a spring too they said at the pickup, and the total was $36.12 for a rope repair. Next time I will ask for a price, before leaving something i Thought at most might be less. MAKE SURE YOU ASK BEFORE LEAVING YOUR REPAIR FOR AN APPROXIMATE ESTIMATE . BUYER BEWARE

Stay far away from this place. I brought a portable Honda generator in for warranty repair. Honda repaired the generator for free. When I went to pick up the generator, the manager refused to give the generator until I paid a $50 storage fee. M-Hara did not inform me of a storage fee when I dropped off the generator. If I had been made aware of a storage fee, I would have dropped off the generator at another location. .
