I found this shop as the closest ducati service around me. But what I ended up with was a next level rude customer service. Greeted new customer with a very unfriendly attitude, listened to me explaining the issue with my bike for less than 5min, then suddenly, (quote): haha, have a good day, bye (unquote), and shut the door on me.
Im so glad that this place is still open. Scott is 👍 great, a little on the shy side but still great. The office phone is disconnected but its still open 10:30 am - 6:00 pm Mon - SatHe has a working cellphone but I havent gotten an okay to give it out, especially on social media. He only works on Ducati and doesnt charge like you would at the dealers.
Scott is the best. Reliable and knowledgeable like Ive never seen at a Ducati shop. Worked on my 900SS and my 748!
Honest and reliable. Been using Scott since 2013. Couldn’t ask for a better mechanic for my Ducati motorcycles
I took my 2007 S4RS Monster to him and he rebuilt my engine better than new and way less expensive than the dealers. Dont believe the negative reviews you see here, These guys are just idiots. Scott is the best Ducati mechanic around. He is a one man shop so be patient he will get to you. You will be taken great care of.
Extremely happy with the service. First thing I want to mention, this is a shop run by one person so of course customer service might not be their forte but does that matter? To me the customer service at Duc NB was nowhere near as good. Scott is experienced, knows what he is doing and will treat your bike right. Thats what matters to me. Will be coming here soon again
Ive been riding Ducatis for 6 years and have gone through many mechanics. My brother recommended that I try Scott @ Motoservizio a few years ago. Scott is hands-down THE best Ducati mechanic in Southern California in every way.
This guy Scott is a joke. I took my Ducati to his shop to work on it since I recently bought the bike and I wanted to perform and overall inspection on the bike. First of all, getting a hold of him on the phone is difficult. After several tries and finally leaving a message he returned my call. We went ahead and schedule an appointment. Upon arrival to his shop and just looking at the bike for one minute, he told me the bikes mileage was wrong and also the bike was crashed. Amazing eye I guess. Also, he told me to sell it right away and didnt offer any options. Save your time and dont go here for motorcycle repairs.
This guy lacks any professionalism. Do yourself and him a favor by not calling, he has no patience or time to work with potential customers...
Scott is a Ducati guru...nuff said.
One man shop for your personal Ducati needs.
Beat bike shop Ive ever used. Figured out an electronic issue in a week that Newport ducati couldnt in 4 months.
David is right. Unprofessional. Lost a customer in a matter of seconds.
