We always enjoy shopping at Harps. They are a bit pricey on some of their items, so we also buy at other stores, however Harps has a much better selection of meats, fresh sushi, a great hotcase and meals at least in Gentry. They also have harder to find items Making the price more acceptable.

I just love this Harps and the one in Gentry because of how nice and friendly the employees are every single time I walk in. The store is always clean BUT I have noticed that they dont disinfect the carts but they provide disinfectant wipes for the customers to use to clean up the carts. I wonder how many people bypass the wipes without disinfecting... They have noticed taped to the doors and windows...I really should read them. Anyway, the store is always very clean! I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because their prices are very expensive!

Ordered a cake for my aunt,went to pick it up and it was not the same as the picture on their website, it was so ugly, it looked terrible. They quoted me a price and it was higher than they said it would be,she argued she didnt tell me that price. Anyway the cake decorator was very rude. Learned my lesson,wont order another cake there.

They have plenty of customer goods and groceries available.. along with tobacco products and alcohol products (alcohol is unavailable on Sundays) The employees were very respectful during my visit. This is one respectable establishment on the HWY 4-12 ... 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered a cake for my great nephew s birthdayWorst cake everMy Mom picked it up as I live out of townIt looked like IA kid threw up. Went to the Harps located in Siloam Springs, saw that sushi was made daily, but label said made in Texas. Makes you wonder.

The store is clean and the product is attractively prepared. The front checkout service is always quick and friendly. The deli always has attractive meals with great pricing. Service in the deli I have found to be wanting.

Great place!! Only place with a butcher! You want a 2-3 inch thick ribeye steak? They will cut it for you. Located in siloam springs on hwy 412, past the intersection light of Mt olive and 412. Its on the right if headed west. Did I mention they have a drive thru pharmacy?? Pharmacist Shelly and her team are awesome. They also have sales on certain items for limited time at the meat dept. Highly recommend

Every trip I make is great. The workers are very friendly in my experience. Very clean. When i need to pick up some meat this is the place I go. The only reason I did not rate a 5 star experience is because of the hot deli, I try to get the chicken mashed potato bowl but its never out and I ask and they say they are too busy to make one or they cant make any. Other than that Harps is great. Recommended for a friendly shopping experience.

Have been shopping here for years and always have a great experience. Staff is cheerful and ready to help. Just love it now that they have the grocery pickup and use it a lot. No more impulse buying. can check my pantry while I am shopping and instant loading in my car.

So glad we have Harps because its a local chain (feels like a hometown grocer) and because its located conveniently in the middle of town. The pace is slower so I can get in and out quickly. Its always clean and organized too. Friendly staff!

Harps is a great lil store to get away from the busy crowd at the local walmart. They have everything most of the big box stores have and some things you can only get at Harps. We love their meat specials. We shop regularly at Harps.

Friendly & helpful employees, store is very clean. It is easy to find things because they arent constantly moving them plus they have items you want. The produce is great & this is the only store in Siloam where I will buy meat, it is excellent they will even cut it how you want it. Great place to shop!

This store, here in Siloam Springs AR, is one of the best grocery stores that I have ever seen! It is clean, well-stocked, and has the friendliest employees of anywhere!

My place to shop for almost everything. The management is wonderful always smiling and helpful. Place is always clean.

We were shopping for Thanksgiving and they had a deal going you got a free best choice turkey for every 100 dollars spent. my total was 214.00. I ask about the free turkey and the cashier said i qualified for 2 but since I purchased a turkey of a different brand i couldnt get one. that is not what the add said. so whats up with that. I should have talked to a manager but had my 93 year old mother with me and she was tired and in a hurry to get home.

Its just ok. The management isnt friendly or helpful. Produce is rarely priced and the store feel dark, which makes it feel less clean. The cashiers are always friendly.

Good foods you cant find in other stores.

So much easier than Walmart. Only go to walmart if you need other stuff than grocery & basic household needs but Harps is where I go for faster, dependable grocery shopping. No crowded parking lots, check out lanes, literally in & out & no people begging for money on the corner like walmart has now.
