I came in with my son who is autistic, to find a mattress. The salesman was very patient with me while I tested mattresses, but also with my son, who was very restless and sometimes loud in the store. Luckily, it was evening time and we were the only customers, but I really appreciated the kindness. Unfortunately, after I received the mattress, I opened the plastic to let it breathe over night, but when I woke up, I found the mattress was torn open. My son (who has compulsive disorder with his Autism) ripped out a layer of the memory foam on one side. After sleeping on the other side for over two weeks, I have not been able to sleep because the mattress is very uncomfortable to me. I am very sad that he did that because I cannot return it now (120 day test) and it will take a long time to save up enough money to buy another one. I had my last mattress for 13yrs and now I miss it dearly.

Its been almost 3wks since I bought my mattress from Nawar. This was my first mattress purchase in 10 years and I was feeling overwhelmed. Nawar was super patient with me and took time to really talk through what I liked or didnt like about each one I tested.
