I placed a same day delivery order over the phone for a large fruit design with chocolate dipped strawberries. Angie was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Although they do not typically provide the service of taking pictures of the arrangements, she sent me a picture of the basket via a text as I had asked. The presentation was awesome and the basket was enjoyed and much appreciated by the recipient. Thanks for providing outstanding service!!!!

Placed an order this morning and its now 5pm and the stores closed and still have not received my order. Been calling no ones picking up.

My fiancée had wanted to surprise my parents at their store on Valentine’s Day with an order from edible arrangements. She had placed an order in advance of Valentine’s Day, and had properly placed the correct delivery address and contact phone number. After a guarantee estimate of delivery during the daytime hours, we discovered while driving to Valentine’s Day dinner that evening that the order was still not out for delivery. She had called the store and the corporate number and was left on hold for hours. After finally getting through, she employee had simply hung up on her. My mother just now received a call from the store asking if she was available to now accept the delivery. It is Presidents’ Day, and my mother is at home and not at work. As she is in the middle of communicating that she would not be able to accept the order today, the employee hung up on her as well. Some simple, basic words of business advice for this establishment - 1. Learn how to correctly anticipate and accurately predict the volume of orders on a special day, 2. Learn how to actually answer the phone and proactively work towards a resolution instead of cowering under a lack of social acumen, and 3. Learn foundational customer service and etiquette.

Had a very pleasant delivery and the yummiest arrangement of cheesecakes with fruit on top. Thank you!!!

I’ve ordered from other locations before with no problem on making some changes to stuff that I ordered and those other locations are very easy to get in contact with. But Sliver Springs location 1602 I will never order from again. Was placed on hold and hung up on multiple days.

I called on Friday re Saturday hours& was told the shop opened at 9, but when I arrived at 9:45am it was still closed. After a short coffee & croissant I returned & Mark apologized for the lateness & completed an order in 45mins. while I waited. This new shop was clean & attractive, with a nicely finished display of sample arrangements, however it remains strictly a phone order/ on line establishment as there is no seating.It is conveniently located next to a coffee shop & library where you might kill some time if you wish to wait for an immediate order.

I love edible arrangements from this place. It always comes freshly delivered. Teddy bear was a great accessory. I have about 3 of those from friends deliveries :p I’ve always thought edible arrangements was a brilliant idea when it first came out, it’s great to see a franchise coming out of it and the quality is still good. 👍🏼

I enjoy going here for my Berry Break. This is no longer just for orders and deliveries. This location has an option for single serve strawberries with chocolate for the Happy Hour. You can also get yogurt or a fruit cup!

The manager Mark was very professional and explained the reason why most people was unable to get anything don’t for Valentine’s Day. An upgrade was given to me for my order. I love this location and the staff.

It’s common for place of business to be particularly busy on holidays, but what isn’t common is for a customer to be blatantly ignored and put on hold for 2 hours. I ordered some items for delivery to my home and simply wanted an update on my order to get a window for delivery. I called around 1pm and was sent straight to VM, called again and was put on hold by the system so I waited on hold while checking my order status online (says order was being arranged). The call was dropped so I called back and was promptly hung up on. Called again and this time whoever wanted to hang up did not fully hang up the phone and I heard people in the store talking and laughing. Not a good experience at all, I simply wanted an update but was met with VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SPENDING OVER $100 dollars ...UPDATE - I have yet to get a response back from the store, I even emailed a complaint...NOTHING LOL. This place is a joke...not to mention I am on hold and have been for 2 hours today :D

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Edible Arrangements. The people I’ve ordered an arrangement for, have been very pleased with the arrangement. I would most likely order another arrangement in the future.

I placed an order @ 8 in the morning the day of Valentines Day so my son could recieve it later that day and its Saturday and my son has not yet received it. I tried calling and they had me on the line for an hour and a half. I shouldve ordered with sherries berrys like I normally do. Now I know never to order again. If they dont deliver it tomorrow Im going to have to send some one out there to pick it up and I want a refund on delivery. They have the worst service do not order from this location..

Horrible! If I could gve zero stars I would. I live out of state, ordered onlne 2/9 for delivery for Valentines Day for my son and daughter-in-law. They left a note that they attempted delivery. My son called them, they said they would deliver Saturday and a driver would call them to let them know when. 7:30 PM Sunday and not a word from them. The kids even went to the storefront in Silver Spring today during the hours they say they are open and no one there, no one answering the phone either. Needless to say I will be disputing this charge with my creidt card company in the morning and will NEVER order from Edible Arrangements in the DC area again.

Clint is the man! He very patiently got me thru the ordering process and was very polite and personable. After this positive experience, Ill be using this location again.

I ordered early this morning and needed something delivered to my wife before 2pm. My wife even worked past her time. I had been calling all day and at 235p I get ahold of someone who told me that cant deliver it.

I ordered an edible arrangement from this location and it was trash. The delivery was made from a personal van and delivery instructions were not followed. On top of that, the fruits weren’t fresh and the arrangement looked NOTHING like what was pictured on the website. I do not recommend to order from this establishment; it’s a waste of money.

My experience with Edible Arrangements was wonderful I ordered a arrangement for my sisters birthday on the day of and it was delivered with no problem and she loved it!

Poor customer service. Delivery never made. Will be filing a formalComplaint to corporate. Spent over $200 on a single item and no where to be found. The driver even informed me that the arrangement was missing in his truck.

Awful service. My order was not delivered, tracked the order, message Unsuccessful delivery, called the store, was on hold for 35 minutes. Unacceptable!

I was nervous about my order being delivered on time because I had placed a last minute ordered the day before Mothers day. I called the store twice: The first call was quick & pleasant....the second was not so quick (stayed on hold over 30 mins) but customer service was just as pleasant. Plus, I understand that it was a busy day with it being Mothers day. So I give this store an A+ for staying professional even under pressure and on a dead line. However, my ordered was not all as pictured. The Gourmet belgian chocolate pop was replaced for a balloon (no big deal) the arrangement still looked nice and they did tried to do something to replace it.....but some of the pineapples were spoiled and the melons and cantaloupes were not ripe (they were really hard). So thats the reason I give them 3 stars.....if it wasnt for the fruit (which is what we all wait to enjoyed) I would have given them 5 stars for outstanding service. But I was NOT at all happy with the fruits conditions!!!

I wish I could give a 0 star they messed up my order which was placed 17 days in advance for Valentine’s Day. The order was nowhere to be found.
