Contractors who still pride themselves on customer service and quality

Excellent would highly recommend them to everyone. Dave said when our project was done it would look like it was original to the house and it definitely does. His crews were all professional, prompt and neat with cleaning up after themselves.

David and his crews were extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire deck building process. His experience saved us a lot of time and money and told us the dos and donts of deck building. It was great having all the materials delivered the same day for a very nominal cost. ($25) I would strongly recommend the Deck store for your deck needs and design. Dont go to the box stores ! Im glad I didnt!!!Lane F.

Im in the market for material and i Realize that Covid has everything on limited supply but customer service shouldnt be limited the folks inside Deckstore simpsonville South Carolina are hands-down some of the rudest people Ive come in contact with in the customer service industry..Getting them to answer a question with Harder then going to the dentist and getting your teeth pulled ...I wouldnt recommend doing any business with that store and Im surely not going to spend a dime of my time or money in that store again .. if my question and need for answers for my project annoyed you guys my sincerest Apologies....

David is the decking authority. Very impressed with his knowledge and experience. You would never get this type of experience & service at a big box store.

Our deck was falling apart and we had been trying to find a couple of businesses to come out and give us a replacement estimate. That was more exasperating than I could have ever imagined! I stopped in at the DECKSTORE thinking maybe someone could help us. I knew they were a supplier of Outdoor Living Building Materials but hey maybe they may be able to assist.I walked in with an exasperated attitude and there sat David. I explained my issues and he listened like a champ and said he would come out that evening. David was on time. He took one look at the deck and told me right off that my original deck was not built to code and should never have passed initial house inspection!He listened to our design, ask few questions and then presented us with our new deck configuration. David was the type of professional we were looking for someone who knows how to design and build a deck.He gave us a fair estimate from his awesome company Fenix LLC. The whole experience with everyone involved was flat out professional. The Fenix team came to work on time and cleaned up after themselves every day.We could not be more pleased with both the quality of wood, work performed and the stain purchased! Truly we are thankful for the good folks at the DECKSTORE!

There are many deck builders in the area, but David is the authority. His vast product knowledge is head and shoulders above any other and the material cost is as good as it can get which will save you money!

Great people, great system, and by far the best quality material Ive ever dealt with.

Paid for two scoops of mulch, got 1/2 a truck of mud.Stopped by a few days ago to pick up some mulch. The price per cubic yard was about average and the guy in the yard seemed nice enough. But, when I got it home, I realized the mulch was about 1/2 mud. I spread it and am hoping that it will clean up a bit after it rains but am doubtful. My next load from a different place looks completely different next to the mud mulch (ie. it looks like mulch and not dried mud). I will probably end up double-spreading over the top of the mud mulch to get a uniform appearance.I uploaded a couple of photos of the mud mulch that I got from the DeckStore on the google page.Summary: Dont buy double-ground hardwood mulch here.
