Always gives us great customer service. One of the workers we see all of the time, loves to give my toddler a balloon. Not only is he doing his job, but he is going out of his way to acknowledge my babbling 2 year old. As a mother this makes me so happy and we love to come here. It may just be a balloon, but it lights up his little world. Kindness goes a long way, and workers who do more than just their job make a difference. This store is dirty all the time an the bathrooms are disgusting. There is toilet paper everywhere toilets are clogged all the time. It stinks in that store every time I go there. The manager is rude the whole staff is rude. Everything is out of place an there is stuff all over the floors half the shelves are empty an half there food taste like its old. There is so much dust on the shelves an the ceiling looks like it needs a good cleaning. They need to even work on there parking lot an clean it an repaint the lines for the parking spots. This store looks like it is just going to wast because nobody takes care of it. I know when i go shopping I want to see a nice clean store outside an inside. They could honestly do better staff an all. I will not be coming back to this store till they start to fix these things.

The staff was so great! My nephews birthday is today and, unfortunately, he has to quarantine as his dad tested positive for covid. Happy birthday to him :/ but my sister is making it the best birthday she can from home. 13 balloons last minute? This store said no problem! Helped me pick out the best balloons for him and were so genuinely nice. Thank you!

Great location and well organized.

Store was dirty and the woman at the register was rude. Wanted some balloons and she never offered any help just rudeness. I walked out and will do my business elsewhere. Of course I know she could care less whether I shopped there or not which was obvious. Ever who is giving these good reviews are either family, friends or employee themselves. Always rude! My last time fir sure!

I have been going here out of my way for a long time because I like the store and management. Yesterday there was 2 registers open, one was a young boy and the other was the white woman who always packs my breakables nice. However a black girl opened the middle register and just started serving customers. A man jumped the line, I did not say anything but when I noticed he had a return, I asked if I could go first. This was not a problem but the cashier who screamed at him we dont return food she served him over me and then served me, clearly since he was black it was a race issue. Then she started screaming at me that the other lady in the other line was here first, so when I challenged her as to why she did not say I am open over here she got angry and caused a scene. Then she said I do not have to serve you if I dont want to. So why are they paying her then? Why even work there? I will be talking to the manager about this and calling corporate.

Got what we went for except 6pk of water..... needed stocking but understandable because of weekend shopping.... our clerk was super friendly & great personality!

This store has a good variety, such as frozen goods, to not be a large store. Easy access from the highway and other dept stores.

I found it to be a little digny. Everything is 1 dollar, certain cards are 2 for $1. Sometimes they have items that would cost a lot more., Ie: Desk lamps with 3 settings, brite, norm, nightlight. All settings is by finger/s touching the base. I go there mostly for cards, birthday, graduation etc.

Worst dollar tree ever!! Employees are rude & completely ignored my mother & i. We wanted to get some ballons blown up. They saw us didnt even bother to ask if we needed help. Stuck up broads

Really fun Halloween stuff at a great price! Also a good place to stock up on non-perishable goods to send to the rescue efforts in Texas. If everyone spent $10, imagine the difference it would make!

Best Dollar Tree in Greenville. Extremely spacious. A lot of products to choose from. Great customer service. Very clean. Love it.

This Dollar Tree seems a bit smaller than the Greenville and Mauldin stores but I usually find what I need here. The Crafters Square section has been expanded. Fairy Garden added with many new items. Large garden section with good amount of containers and seeds including some galvanized and galvanized with rope around the tops. Many seasonal Easter items remain including very cute Easter baskets in many colors and styles. Large toiletries, cosmetics, haircare, and food section. Food items include both shelf stable and frozen. I usually find cute bananas and hair treatments here. I scored big time during the holidays on special salt I needed to make my bath salts. I also pick up my online orders that are shipped to store here. Cindi is always very helpful as is Doravan (sp). The only negative I can say is this store is not as clean or well organized as the Mauldin store on Augusta Road.

I get a lot of my makeup here! I usually find Hard Candy Brand, Revlon, Maybelline, and the craft section has some great stuff! Tonight they have the Sunbeam Lamps with shades and the Flex Desk Top ones. Both in black or white, lets not forget the Kodak brand batteries! The staff was friendly!

Always find what I need

I dont understand the good reviews. Perhaps people are paid to review good, are related somehow to the owner, or are writing reviews for another store and dont realize their error. This store consistently has empty shelves. It seems every time I go there looking for specific products that they are not there. I walk through and am dumbfounded at the emptiness. It looks like they are going out of business and selling out of everything. I dont understand why someone would have this store and not keep it stocked. Lets talk about cleanliness. Its not clean. Its really disappointing. Ive been to the Dollar Tree on Woodruff Rd by Walmart and it is unbelievably immaculate. Every shelf is stocked. It was a pleasure to shop in there. Whoever is in charge of DT in Simpsonville needs to call up the Woodruff Rd team to find out how to be successful and keep the store clean and shelves stocked!

This location is organized differently than other ones that Im used to. But I like it! There was a decent selection of products to choose from. They do also stay open an hour later than the locations Im used to. And the workers seemed to be friendly.

I really like this Dollar Tree as it is conveniently located near my office and carries several of the chemicals I need for my business. They have a great selection when not challenged by COVID. However, one area is consistently lacking at only this location and has been happening for some time. The parking lot and exterior condition of the building is absolutely disgusting. I understand being short-staffed, but its like this all the time. It is a poor reflection on our city. I hope that DT reads my review and has their folks use a trash grabber and a bucket to grab the mounds of trash in the parking lot when they have some downtime. It would be greatly appreciated!

This is by far one of the best Dollar trees around. All the employees are as sweet as they can be. The new remodel looks great. Lots of new things every few days. Sometimes it can be a bit hectic with boxes needing to be stocked. I would definitely recommend stopping by and seeing what all they have.

A good place to buy things that I will give you that if you ever in the Dollar tree in Simpsonville as for Miss Jackie or Ramona or Denise then are the three ladies that are nice and sweet to everybody the manager there in the morning you have to watch out for her sometimes but she can be nice to your face and stab you in the back all the same time I wouldnt recommend working there cuz I have trust issues they dont trust nobody I think everybody is out doing everything like everybody else and youll know what I mean its a good place to buy things is the cheapest but I wouldnt work there

Messy for sure......but some of the things that you can find their definitely make it worth it. And yes everything is only $1.00 not like dollar general.

Good stuff, stays stocked up

Dollar tree in Simpsonville is fairly good but boxes are always blocking the aisles and last time I was there I bought a small red basket. When I picked it up to put it in my car it broke on the side. I took it back and told the cashier and she said it wasnt broke when it was in here and took it from me. I told her I was going to get another one and she just shrugged her shoulders so I got a blue one and showed here on the way out. She just nodded her head and didnt say anything. I still have that blue basket and it is much more sturdy than the red one. I will more careful next time to check the sturdiness of things before I buy them. But it has always been a pretty good store. The rest room was out of toilet paper but I found a small roll on a shelf. Thank goodness it was there. They do need to check the rest rooms more often. And I have seen people standing up front opening boxes or just doing nothing when the lines get long. Sometimes they will open another register and sometimes they dont. But I will continue to shop there unless things get really bad.

Has a lot of things generically that you want for $1.00. Big store and always helpful personnel. Easy and quick to get out of. 4 star because sometimes they are out of stuff that I want and are waiting on a shipment.

I went to the store on 1/6/19. I could barely even walk through the store due to boxes EVERYWHERE. I finally got the aisle I was looking for and couldn’t even barely see display shelf’s without moving tons of boxes MYSELF. I ended up just leaving and going to Dollar General.

Nice selection of items. Bought glue and shaving cream for slime. Cant beat a buck. And the kids found fun water toys for the pool. Not a bad visit.

Biggest dollar tree Ive ever been to. They have lots of classroom, teacher, and homeschool supplies, frozen and packaged foods, movie theater candy packs, and nifty gadgets and toys out the wazoo. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. There are lots of parking spaces and the store is easy to get to.

Dollar tree is a good place to shop. Associate in Simpsonville S.C. store, ramona at register is very rude, racist and lazy. I stood back and watched her. Just before a non black person went into her line she would stock shelves, meanwhile the customer waits. She is also very lazy, I had to reach around the counter to get my receipt.

This is by far the biggest and nicest dollar tree I have been to. They are always stocking the shelves and are always very clean. Great selection compared to other stores. They have a freezer section as well.

Largest location Ive been in! But the place is a MESS! Unstocked shelves, carts loaded full of items to be put on shelves, can barely walk through some aisles, stuff is everywhere! But there is a lot to choose from!

Very messy and hard to find items. Staff has no idea where anything is. Most stuff is junk but can find a great bargain if you have time to spend looking. You must know brands and prices before you shop there.

I’ve drive 40 miles to this dollar tree twice because it has a crafters square section. Both times shelves are empty and stock is still on U-boats! Very disappointing!

Always love the bargains I find at Dollar Tree! I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income & Dollar Tree is one of my favorite places to shop.

Gone down hill a lot recently. Staff is always nice but its always a mess. Never have enough working and nothing is stocked (huge stacks of boxes everywhere constantly). Doesnt seem to matter what time of day I go. I know its a busy season currently but this has gone on for a while.

Nothing on the shelves, stinks, and mens bathroom was filthy with poop on the toilet seat. Looks like the place hasnt been cleaned in months.

Decent selection of items, but the place is extremely trashy on the outside. They dont have a lot of people working the checkout lines so its a slow process.
