Utilized this store’s wide array of items and employee knowledge many times after I bought a fixer upper house in the area. Without a doubt, Home Depot makes an effort to educate their employees about products and their applications. That’s something that you rarely find at menards and only occasionally find at Lowe’s. The facility was always clean, organized, and clearly marked items and prices.

WAY BETTER than lowes or fleet farm. EXTREMELY helpful employees AND theyre pet friendly. We ended up finding a dehumidifier at a decent price that actually handles a bigger area. PLUS I went crazy feeding succulent addiction!!!!

Had an excellent experience.Needed to work on tile stuff at home and every employee was not only friendly and helpful, but they all were knowledgeable about different parts of the store.Thanks to them my project is advancing faster than if I had tried to go it alone. I will definitely keep shopping here.

I do like that everyone in there is required to wear a mask. Employees and customers alike.However I was able to find exactly four pairs of work gloves in the entire place for size small hands. Nothing heavy duty like I was looking for. Only two cheap pairs in the workload section and two in the garden section.Come on guys women work too! We do more than just garden.

I really like going to the Home Depot because you folks recognize veterans with your discount. I went there today to look for a replacement part in the plumbing department. this is a Friday morning and I honestly had to wait close to 20 minutes and there was one or two other people that went by said they were kind of looking for somebody to help but it seemed like you were really minimally staffed. That is my comment . for you today Other than that I really like your store and thanks so much again for recognizing veterans in working with us. thank you.

So, I go to home depot for some gutter guards but that section is roped off. I go off to pick up another item, come back and still roped off. No employees anywhere to be found, no forklift and no apparent work being done. So I moved the barrier and helped myself. Several minutes later some yoing boy comes by and says Excuse me sir but we have some work we need to get done in hear. He wanted me to leave so I did. Gone straight to Menards. Cant say that inane customer service cant be found everywhere but do businesses not teach thier employees that th customers come first? Was this ignorant little $@&% expecting me to stand by while he stocked shelves? Unbelievable!

Joan in lawn and garden is awesome! She was honest about you not carrying a product but lead me to another place that actually had the little part I needed for my mower Saved me a trip to town !

A place for hands on doers can make things happen. Basically, a toy store for adults.It’s the time of the year where people want to spruce up the garden. Home Depot has the right assortment and types of plants and soils. Your project will be amazing this year.

Oh the cashier was great but once I got out to my truck to load my drywall, that’s where I started to struggle. With your employees making out in the loading dock and my friend was busy getting the truck ready. I ended up ruining the corners on my drywall.

Went to buy a new dryer. Found the one we liked online and the website said it was in stock but when we arrived we were told they did not have any dryers in stock and the website only says that because they have the demo on the floor. Could not deliver it the next week because we lived outside the delivery range... Two trips dragging the trailer for an hour each way because their website doesnt know the difference between a floor model and what is in stock in the store. It wasnt just that model either. We were not picky. The guy told us they have no in stock dryers at all.

I like this store...clean and organized! I had a nice young man get me a cart when my arms were full! So polite!

I have to leave a review and publicly acknowledge how absolutely awesome Scott and the staff at HD in SC are. I came to the store and bought everything for a new bathroom, tile, grout, glue, shower base, plumbing, toilet, vanity everything! Decided at the last minute was going to include gutting and (quickly) remodeling 2nd bath and convert it from 1/2 to full bath with tiled shower etc. I came from an hour away. I got a few incorrect items, unknowingly with the help of staff that weren’t quite as knowledgeable (but did their best and were helpful) but didn’t realize it until Friday night when the tile guy came over and had questions. Bathroom had already been demo’d and they were starting early Saturday morning. I called and got Scott. He was incredible! Told me exactly what was needed, had it all staged and waiting at the front of store, and swapped everything out and made it right since we came so far. ALL of the staff knew what to do and who we were and what we were there for. They went far above and beyond making it all right. I will hands down continue giving them my business and will encourage Ann family and friends to as well.

Always have good luck finding what i need. Appliance department has been a joy to work with. The app is great in tracking down what you need fast.

Home Depot is an excellent store at least with my experiences their staff is very knowledgeable and if somebody cant help you they will find somebody that can but yeah thats how I feel about home Depot let me know what you think

Customer service is top notch!!! I bought bathroom flooring and they cut it to size for free!!! I will be shopping here more often and highly recommend others to do so as well!!!

This is our favorite big box hardware store in town. Employees are always friendly, and if they cant answer your particular question they will get someone who can. Prices are fair without the Menards hassle of rebates, and the stock is good. The inventory online matches what they have in store, so when it says its in stock, its in stock. Great for projects big and small.

Instead of asking if he could help me a senior associate asked me to get out of the way so they could move a forklift through.However, when I realized I left my wallet there I called from Sloane and they looked for it while I drove back, so they get a bunch of stars for the relief I felt when they handed it to me.

Ordered a washer and dryer about a month 1/2 ago. Was expected to recieve it today. It did come today however the experience with the delivery men was TERRIBLE. I had three haul aways listed on my recipet and the men immediately said we aren’t taking all three appliances if that’s what I paid for then that’s what they should be doing. Just by their body language when walking through the door you could tell they didn’t want to be working. They then go downstairs and say there are not hooking it up either because I didn’t buy the hoses needed for it. The lady I bought it with said I did not need to buy new hoses I can use the old ones I had. So the guy proceeds to turn off the water to the washer which he did and then says it’s still leaking a little bit and turns it more to tighten it which is when the entire knob popped off. He came upstairs to tell my boyfriend they will not be hauling anything away because they broke a piece to my washer and dryer and that I need to call a plumber to fix it and when I do so I can then call again to have it redelievered but it won’t be today because they will not drive to Omaha and drive right back. My boyfriend proceeded to tell him he will be sending the plumbing bill to them because they are the ones that broke it. The two men got very rude with my boyfriend saying they will not be paying for anything and we need to figure it out. It ended with me paying 2,000 for a new set the delivery men coming to my house to break my old washer and dryer and me being left with nothing. Called the manager at Home Depot said I can only file an insurance claim and that there should not of been 3 haul aways because they only do 1 for 1 and that it’s also a liability issue for the hoses so I have to buy new ones, I was not told that in the store by the lady I bought it with. I cancelled the entire order and plan to take this further because it was not handled correctly and still hasn’t been to this point.

Dont shop online with this store, they simply call you and say Hey were out of that item so I canceled your order No recourse or anything. HORRIBLE customer service.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing for their credit service of Citibank that the runs Home Depot credit card. Other stores gave us $1200-2000 limit but only $500 from Home Depot. Word to wise...PAY Cash! Or dont expect to apply for credit and use a coupon. Asst. Manager Scott made it right. Everyone was a lot nicer than the other 3 stores we tried looking for an in stock refrigerator.

I went in with a return and to buy a few other items. There were about 9 or 10 people waiting at the service desk and four people working there. Three of them were standing in the same area seemingly trying to resolve some problem and ignoring the patrons waiting for service. Dont go in this store on Saturday if you dont have a good bit of time to kill! Guess Ive learned a valuable lesson.

Great prices and professional people at your service to help with any project. I have always been impressed when I ask for help. The lady at the paint counter was especially helpful. Not only did she help me pick the perfect paint color for my house, but she also gave me great advice on the correct brushes and equipment I would need to tackle the job! Extremely impressed by her knowledge and professionalism!

Find what you need but to find someone to help is a hassle all on its own.

One of the few stores here in town where employees are not wearing face masks except for maybe one or two ( rest are local markets) compared to Lowes where the majority are wearing them, they have a fancy protector at the check out aisle but its useless since cashiers dont use it properly. When Walmart is enforcing more safety procedures than you, then you have a problem. Shame

This is the first time I was at this home. I usually go to the Sioux Falls store. As usual no regular checkouts open. Only self service. I dont go to stores to buy things to check myself out. Thats what the cashiers are for.

Good place with competitive prices. Once I finally found someone to help me, they were very knowledgeable and friendly.
