Great set of tires, fast and at a reasonable price. They forgot to remind me to retighten lugs on my aluminum rims, but i new better. All in all, a great experience. My 2nd set with these guys and Ill be back.

Took my dads truck to get a oil change filter they were quick convenient its first come first serve dont have to wait long maybe 45 minutes to an hour at the very most very sufficient friendly clean plenty of parking space and a guys are awesome I need a tune tune up oil change whatever you need service to take it there these guys are awesome

I took my car in for an alignment, told me my car is too low. When I pick it up, there’s a hole in my exhaust from scrapping! They told me they didn’t touch the car. I literally dropped my car off the day before and everything was perfect minus the alignment!Edit: Adam went ahead and called me back and had my exhaust replaced at no charge.

I called in advance to fix a tiller tire was told they have time to give it a shot. Got there not even 15 minutes later and they said they couldnt look at until Tuesday and they didnt have the tubes. They proposed I go to bomgaars get the tunes and then wait until Tuesday for them to try and fix it. Wasted trip...did it myself.

Oil changes are always fast but with COVID-19 now the appointment list gets kinda long. Go early way better

Were absolutely amazing, I broke down,and being from out of town, they got me in and out in less than 24 hour. Other shops were a week out. Not only were very fair on their prices!

I have been a customer in this repair shop for couple of months. Last month I took my Toyota Camry SE to get its oil and brake noise fixed and they told me i needed to replace the rotor and brake pads for all of the wheels to get rid of the noise and so I did accept and agreed and got it changed. The noise kept coming and i took the car back and told them it did not go away and the mechanic claimed it will after the brake pads break in and so i waited for a couple of weeks and then still hear the noise. I was so angry and went back and told them it was not fixed and they told me to put it there and they will check it and so i did, only to get call back about the noise being normal and wont go away after i paid almost $600, it got me so furious and i went back and asked why they charged me for nothing and asked the guy in the front to either give me refund or get the car fixed and he after some pushback looked the car himself and told me he will check it himself and so i agreed. After some hours i got a call and again he told me there is nothinh they can do and that i have been refunded. I went and took my car and noticed my steering wheel was so stiff but i thought it was just because i was driving another car but it turns out it is indeed a new problem on my car just after they worked on my car. A noise started showing when i trun the steering wheels and also i checked where the noise was coming from and found it a liquid which seems to me is a power steering fluid was also leaking ( remind you the car has none of this problem before the repair). Eventhough i noticed the problem i did not suspected the mechanic sabotaged my car on purpose since i got in feud with them because of their inability to fix my car and lost money on parts and labor. But the story continues, on Thursday i took my dads car to get its brake noise issue from the back get fixed and guess what? The next day i started noticing a clicking noise coming from the front when i turn the steering wheel to to the right. What a coincidence ha? Not realy it is done on purpose and i feel very foolish trusting those people. It is just horrible thing to do this kind of stuff to a customer. It is unprofessional and remind you I am not even an adult and they sabotaged a teenagers and his dads car. How can any adult do this to a highschool teen? Never goinb back. I suugest you dont either.

Ruined a 3 month old tire but, instead of owning it they tried saying it had been patched in that spot before and someone had ground it down to far before.. They thought that because it was a company vehicle they could say what ever. Not knowing I was the owner and I know exactly whats been done to it.

I called yesterday, to have my AC looked at. A gentleman says to me, I cannot today, but if u get here first thing tomorrow we’ll get you in. So I get there first thing this morning 0700, which is when they opened. The guy at the front desk, says nope! you’ll have to leave your vehicle here until tomorrow. I said what? and explained what was said over the phone yesterday. And he said, I don’t know what to tell you. I have 13 cars ahead of you, and we aren’t doing it today............

Very friendly and helpful! My daughters brakes went out on her way home from college over the weekend. They were able to fix them on a Sunday and were $200 cheaper than one of the other shops in town. Thank you Square Tire!

Oil change was good. A little lazy on inspection

Took my car there to have brakes looked at told me it would be $1200 then after I left I had NO brakes had to run into a snowbank to stop!

Here is the place to go to repair the vehicle. Reasonable price and always straight forward with why and wherefore of what is needed for your vehicle. No appointment needed but first come first serve. I quit going to other places because of Square Tires.

I got some work done here and they ended up breaking a couple things on top of it what they fix a bolt snapped so I had to take it back after not having it for a week for the first issue

Called to make appointment. Was told, first come first serve. Got there on Saturday morning 40 minutes before they opened, to be first in line to get Front End alignment. When they opened The guy says it will be 2 1/2 to 3 hours before I can get to you. I asked what about first come first serve. “Oh these were booked yesterday.”Very unhappy with Square Tire. Will take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been trying to call these guys over and over for 2 hours straight to get an oil change for a family members guy both locations Hamilton and Gordon and they never answer the phone. Poor customer service.

Three hour wait for a flat repair, they would let you make an appointment so i had to sit in my car the whole time. once complete, i couldnt get over 35mph without my car shimming apart because they didnt balance the tire properly. went to fremont in south sioux to have them correct their terrible work.

Needed help fixing my vehicle. Im from out of town and Scott helped me out in a big way. Got me in right away and let me know where this GS were at with my repair. Great company!

I always come here for oil changes, high quality oil for a great price. Work is done quickly, and the staff is always friendly.

It is definitely nice to have a walk-in auto repair place even if it is a little more expensive. From my experience they mark-up their parts about 25%, but their labor price is on par with the rest of the City. The customer service overall is not great. Most of the guys are pretty surly and act as though they are doing you a favor. Overall middle of the road service shop as of now.

Over the years Ive been satisfied with theses guys. From recharging air conditioning system, oil changes, and tires. We had a manufactures defect with one of the tires and these guys fixed it no questions asked. I recommend them to everyone

Not happy w them. Went in 2 weeks ago to get my tire fixed n had to wait 4 to 5 hrs. Plus they said they sealed the tire. But it still is leaking air out of it. Went in yesterday to complain about it. He said they will look at it. But im not going to wait again..so I walked out n they will not have any of my business again. Not a happy customer.

Brought my blazer down since it was having trouble starting. They were able to get me in a little later then expected but what really made it a good experience was two things. One of their associates came to me after getting the prices it would cost me before they install the parts and the second being that since I didnt have a ride home Scott gave me a ride to my home. These two actions made my experience awesome.

I completely trust these guys! Ive been coming to this place for 10 years and have always received great customer service. Theyve never added on unecessary cost or work and always go above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is safe to drive! Im worry free as long as I come here.

My low tire pressure light came on and Square Tire found leaks at the the bead on two tires with one leaking valve stem. They repaired all three problems with a minimal charge despite spending nearly an hour trying to reset a defective sending unit. Because the repair required a trip to the dealer, they called ahead and arranged a repair at no charge. I have bought several sets of tires from them over the years and have found them to be competitive in price and excellent in service.

Well lets just say they saved our day they fixed lug nuts that discount tire couldnt and wouldnt they alined it and changed the oil and four new tires for $22 more then discount tire wanted for just4 tires thank you square tire folks you are truly a blessing and it earned my business for good

You have to be prepared to wait to get your car in, and then wait an additional 45 minutes for an oil change. But they have great discounts for college students and a ladys night special.

Price for the service was not reasonable.

I tend to be an easy going trusting guy. When I worked for a government agency and had to take their vehicle in for mainentenance they treated me horribly. Nasty attitudes every time. I asked my supervisor to either find another shop or take the vehicle in himself next time The staff seemed to take great pleasure in having some kind of authority over me and jerked me around terribly. Prior times I had taken my own vehicles in for new tires with advertized free allignment specials they found some reason it cant be done unless we replace some expensive parts first. Do yourself a favor. Check out the kind hard-working guys at the little Chicago Tire places. You will LOVE them!!! Only place I will go now. BTW look at all the one stars Square Tire has. That should tell you the story

Poor management they charge a lot of money like if they were professionals they dont know nothing.....I dont recommend this place its the worst tire place ever i which i can give a -1000 stars thats how bad is this place and im not the only one who said it theres a lot of people trust me.

I came in at 7:30 a.m. They stated it would be a little bit. It is now 11:30 and is not in the shop with no explanation. Do you think I should get a discount for inconvenience?

Notice my car squeaking when driving through bumps, I took it to squaretire to check the problem. Told me it was bad struts and qouted me About $300 for parts more with labor. The next day I took the car to the dealer Where I purchased the car, they found out it was the front hood latch causing the squeaking and fixed the issued at no charge and the struts were fine. Always get a second opinion dont rely on place like squaretire to fix your issues.

Frustrating & exasperating! Inexperienced mechanics that inadvertently strip nuts and bolts and fail to properly diagnose vehicles. They didnt charge me for stripping my bolts, nor the $60 of labor for changing the distributor rotor or for not fixing my vehicle (the bolts they couldnt get out because they stripped them).... so thats something, wouldnt you say?

Had a flat, walked my truck over to them. Showed up there at 1pm an they told me i would have to wait till they closed to get my tire fixed. Will never so business with this company ever. 4hr wait time to air up my tire?

I guess I cant give them a minus rating there isnt minus star. They just cost me $300 and shrugged their shoulders like so what. Let alone try to blame me. Ill never go back and Ill tell everyone I know never to go there.
