They had a black Friday deal spend 50 get 50 back so went out to get it last night good deal now if you spend $250 get 250 back thinking of a new lawn mower

Yeah as long as you Automotive stays there Ill be happy I dont think the store itself is going to survive but they have a decent Auto Center always have taken care of me. just dont think its Square Tire Tires Plus because its going to take a little bit of time to fix your vehicle they dont have all the extra help those places have their Limited but do a damn good job and managed well.

I am not impressed with their lack of wanting to provide customer service in any department the day I was here. Granted it was open later during the Christmas Holiday shopping season so maybe they were all tired. I would have bought jewelry and a new dishwasher but no one would offer to assist me nor could I find anyone. Every size I needed in clothes was unavailable and no one knew if they had any more in the store room or offered to help. Yes I am happy the store is still open as they do offer some good deals & I hate to see another flagship store close at this mall.

Let a good thing go, need to instill pride and promote value.... lost a lot of vendors I think. Sears was set for the internet sales long before any others and failed to build the needed infrastructure. Hope they can turn the corner.

Will someone please close this store already. I feel sorry for the people who work there and I feel sorry for the people that shop there. Hey, I use to be a big Sears customer, so please dont think I am hater. No, Sears is committing suicide and we are stuck watching. Hey Sears! Hurry up and jump, your holding up traffic!

The womans dept not so great. But I love to shop for my grandkids here. To get them their school shoes and clothes.

Going out of business.. every thing is cheap as can be.. I got a new pair of dressy shoes and a nice dress for $20.00..

Bought 3 large appliances from there. Delivered 9/29. Stove had a dent so refused it. Have dinked around with this store since then, get people who dont speak English well enough that I can understand, on hold for average of 29 minutes, and never any call backs. Today, another call to Sears, again another 25 minutes on hold to research the history, have to have this person preach to me how long he has been in retail and how they are better than others. Hogwash! So today, I learn the stove will be delivered sometime on Friday, the 20th - I will hear when on the night before. I have a doctors appointment on Friday in another town. Again I hear how thats better than other places who call the morning of, Not the time to tell me how good they are. We have more appliances to buy but it wont be from Sears!Follow up. Get a call Thursday - delivery time between 12:30 and 2:30 PM. Had plans for that time so adjust things to before lunch. 7:45 AM Friday - they are running ahead of schedule - now delivery at 11 AM. Quickly change plans but had a low tire so running 10 minutes late. They get a little huffy and are obviously in a big hurry. Not my problem!

Went there with the wife. Neither of us was that impressed. Sears had really gone down hill from what I use to remember.

Unfortunately this visit was for the store closing event, so in no way does the review actually eflect Sears necessarily. It was a madhouse thats where Ill leave it with how the ale was going. Just a big mess, but then again, what more was to be expected?

I seriously dislike their customer service by phone. I couldnt understand the English of the 3 calls I made. They did not speak understandable English.

Very poor customer service. Knowledge was extremely limited. Went to Lowes.

Cant even call it bad service, I wouldnt know. I stood next to a product waiting for an employee to come around asking if I had any questions. Saw several walk by and look at us but never say a word. Dont have that happen at any other stores.

Store is closing. Not much left to see. Will be the last time I visit this Sears store.

Nice wide open layout makes it easy to navigate threw the different departments. Prices are on par with other department stores.

Cant believe I couldnt exchange a pair of jeans purchased at Sears just for a different size due to having been purchased 31 days ago. They were a gift.

Best department store in town.

Only shopped here one time and it was years ago but unfriendly and unknowledgeable staff that honestly did not care if I purchased something or not, would not help me load the weight bench and equipment, felt like they really did not care. I hope it has changed.

Mens clothing was picked over and could not return an unneeded item from installing a dryer...I dont care if I ordered it from your website Sears is Sears get it together.

If you have any respiratory issues do not enter this mold feel disgusting store you can smell it from 30 feet outside of the store it is absolutely disgusting I am definitely calling the mall to make a complaint . There is no reason that people should have to work in that condition
