Took my truck for oil change drove for two days later total my poor truckWhy why why why whyIt was fine before oil change now am dealing with almost everything is wrong

I was broke down in Vermillion South Dakota and the mechanic they sent out was a real trooper. Even though it was cold he kept at it and he got the issue taken care of. Update 2-24-21. The very next day I had to go into a different shop to have the wiring issue taken care of by someone who knew what they were doing. Cost me more time and money. The previous tech got in a hurry to get warm and left the job not only, unfinished but worse than it started. 👎👎👎👎👎

Very bad service, I had my bus there for more than 5 days until they looked at it and they couldn’t even fixed it, very bad and charge 300$ more just to change the battery...

All troubles come in wrong time. My truck was derated to 5 mph, it happened after a New Year. So, when I arrived... it was long long line, I spent one day, but my truck was inspected and fixed in the next day! Thanks a lot for service personnel and specifically for D.J. Jones!

Great shop. Everyone from Scott, Tiffany, Justin, Jason, and Gloria. Great people who kept me informed of what was going in the whole time. They are trucker friendly and do what they can to accommodate the driver. And they stand behind their word. Thanks for all the help.

Going there for parts ask for Stan. This guy is a genius of parts he has a directory of inventory in his brain. He even call different manufacturers to get cross reference on parts. The other part guys are always bugging him for help and he always able to get an answer. The clue is pleasant at large

Wiper motor went out and i needed it fixed asap. They were able to get me in on short notice and had it done in an hour and a half. Maybe i was just there at the right time but they really helped me when i needed it.

I thought they knew what they were doing, here I am back in another shop. Ive replaced almost everything on my aftertreatment system. When I-State replaced the Inlet NOX Sensor, I asked if there was anything else that could be replaced that had yet to be replaced. They told me the only other thing was about $10,000. Well, turns out the Outlet NOX Sensor also needs replacement, so Im losing four days and another $1,000 in labour costs in Las Vegas to replace it. If this was their most knowledgable tech, I dont see how theyre still in business, because theyre putting us out of business.

Went in limping down the highway because of the first stages of derate, young lady wrote me up and by the time I dropped my trailer I was taking the key inside here comes the tech wanting to drive it in the shop. For me thats a big deal and thats only the beginning of great service I received. Got me in and out in under two hours. Got my load delivered on time😁. Now the quality of service was great my bill was around $450 but to show you how much they care about their reputation and customer service there was a young lady who called me to check on how I was doing and if the truck was doing ok. Folks Ive spent $1000x5 at some shops and no one has ever called to ask anything about the truck. This dealer deserves your business and will always get mine from now on if Im in the area. Thanks guys for the great work

This place is a real bad if you wanna loss your time came here try to avoid it 2 days I was held here by a head light is disgusting this place try to avoid it

The first episode, they put a new water pump on, did a lot of work flushing the engine out, very good job, however, they nelected to put antifreeze in the radiator and the truck froze up, luckly the block heater was plug in and I saved the engine, however it cost me a load and $150. To drain the radiator and put antifreeze and in on the road. I got a sorry from them is all. I next had the truck in for body shop work and they spent two weeks trying to match the paint, when they were told it was a custom paint, so the truck was there for a month, Scott took $750. Off the bill, the truck was only in for $3000. Damage

Nicely done at the state truck center great job and nice environment to stay when you break down.

All they are interested in getting the truck in to make money and dont care about getting back on the road and see if they have the parts ahead of time !!

I stopped in because my truck was making some noise in the transmission. They put me right in a bay. The problem was my leveler valve was stuck and the change in the drive train geometry caused a vibration. The tech wiggled the leveler valve, the truck raised up, and the vibration has never returned. For piece of mind the guy checked my transmission and diff fluid levels. No charge!

Parts guys know their job and have been dealing with them for 14 years. Havent dealt with truck sales tho. Ask for Stan or Russ in parts to get what you need.

Ridiculous 5 PM appt time and at 2055 PM got trk back and all that was done was a 15 k service grease and change fuel filters almost 4 hrs. Would I recommend this place? Not on your life

Tried the best they can to make truckers comfortable while waiting.

Would give negative stars if possible. Brought truck in with regen issue first week of October. Replaced scr and couple sensors. 7000$ first week of November back again with samse issue. Doze and dpf filter replaced almost $4000. First week December took too different shop same issue. Took them all day butt found faulty turbo which was probably originall problems to start with and was also 2000 miles out of warranty. Istate reason is they only go by what computer tells them to fix. I believe if they would have investigated why parts went bad instead of just replacing part would have saved me about 7000$ and 2 weeks downtime
