Always came here as a kid for the birthday Batter ice cream. You can add what ever you want and they have several sizes flavors cakes dishes cones. I was in awe. The people today were super friendly and let me have a few extra dishes and spoons to take with me. :) definitely recommend. Only reason i dont go there 24/7 is because it seems a little pricey. But its so good!

I cant have ice cream. Partially because I have no self control, partially because i am a grown man but mostly because if I eat dairy, i have to make boom boom shortly thereafter. Smells great. Kids love it. My kids. As in i have kids and I take them there and they eat ice cream. Not because Im creepy or anything. The explanation makes it sound more creepy. Meh.

Was great ice cream but service was slow. Only two people working on a hot summer day. They were very good and friendly! Would recommend them any time.

The workers were very pushy when placing order.. It was very comfortable to place order. The vibes were not at all friendly from one of the workers. He appeared to not want to serve me.. He also laughed out loud rudely when I placed my order. Please train these gentlemen on better customer service. But to point out the blonde hair kid needs some speaking to. Simply treating customers with respect will do. His snickering while I ordering was not cool. I love the ice cream and honestly that makes me not want to come back. I was there in the evening around 8:30 on 1/9/18. Lovely place ..poor customer service just ruins the whole experience. Maybe he was tired and they should work on giving the customer a chance to decide what they want to order instead of staring with impatience. I hate leaving bad reviews but that experience was not fun.

Whats not to love about ice cream? Always friendly and patient as I take half an hour to decide what I want and sample dang near every flavor on the menu. Only gripe is that I wish theyd clean the tables more regularly as sticky ice cream on the table makes it feel dirty.

Very busy, the workers were moving as quickly as possible, friendly staff. I enjoyed my visit!!!

Really great staff, had a new guy helping us that needed some special assistance, guy training him was a real champ and really took his time with him explaining, which was fine with us, will definitely go back just because of the staff, and of course the ice cream

Went to Coldstone a couple nights ago, this place has gone downhill, I remember this used to be the best for ice cream and sadly its quite disgusting nowadays. The tables were dirty, employees playing around with their friends and playing some really inappropriate songs. I dont recommend this place.
