Dude theres so much I would just like to say. Firstly, I was sold a phone with a bogus charge port. IVAN basically almost questioned my integrity. Then he says he will replace my phone. Both Ivan and Art laughed when my photos and messages didnt transfer over. They said they did more than they were supposed to. Really? Thats how you treat your consumers? I pay high dollar for good service and Im mocked? Ridiculous. I had to DRIVE HOME and return THE BOX that it originally came with. A box.. OK. And the screen protector I had taken off the old phone they said they couldnt replace. Come on man, you guys really dont care about your customers at all? They said they have the best verizon in the north chicagoland area. Thanks.P.S Amazon taught me how to keep customers happy, and this place unfortunately does anything BUT that. Happy holidays.

Me and my wife came to this location, my phone was not functioning properly and it was very important to me to have a functioning phone. This young man Max Garcia serviced us well and helped me fix my phone. He was an amazing help, very patient and listened to us. I highly recommend this location for Verizon customers. I’m in sales so I always appreciate full disclosure and honesty and this store is anything but honest. Went in to see why my phone wasn’t getting 5G wound up having to upgrade. Ok no problem. The heavier set salesman told me my bill would go down by upgrading and I fell for it. At the end of the transaction he surprised me by saying I owe $200 for taxes. Ok not happy. Then I get my next bill which went up $40. Now my bill is $10 more per month then when I started. Horrible customer service guys you are a bunch of liars and cheats. I’m in the car business home of the bad guy and I can’t believe these are the practices you use

I had a great experience with this branch namely because Alonzo was very helpful in accommodating all my needs. Ive been to other Verizon branch but never had a satisfied experience until now. Alonzo went to an extent on looking all the offers that Verizon can offer to me. I definitely recommended to look for him if you want to leave the store satisfied.

I originally stopped by the Verizon store to find out where the TMobile store was. I was greeted by the very helpful, professional (and devastatingly handsome) Dan, and decided to switch to Verizon after 20 yrs with TMobile. Dan assisted me with picking out a phone and plan based on my usage needs and and went the extra mile at every turn to make sure my new phone would be ready to use in a way that would be similar to my old phone and that I knew how to operate it. I am so impressed by the team at this store. No cocky, obnoxious techies behind the counter and super long wait times like at TMobile. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable about the technology and available products while offering the highest levels of customer service. I recommend this store 100 percent.

I had the pleasure of working with Samuel Mayne at this store. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He helped us figure out exactly what we needed and was very honest about what we DIDNT need. We went back to that store several times after our initial visit, and he was helpful and attentive every time. After my initial visit, I called ahead to make sure he was working so that I could meet specifically with him before I went into the store. They can get busy, and there can sometimes be a wait (particularly during Covid), but otherwise, this is an ideal place to fulfill your cellular needs.

I went in today to buy a phone and had the most uncomfortable experience, I was kindly helped by max and Alonzo and then another taller gentleman came to assist them whom not only confused me but also raised his voice at me in a very unruly manner and questioned if I understood what financing was. Terrible customer service. You have to wait for 1 hour to two hours for someone to see you. They do not have the same policy as cooperate which is stupid, 80% of the times these guys have no idea what you will be doing. I been to the store 5 times and have waited ATLEAST 2 hours each time I have visited because they have no idea what they are doing!!

This Verizon store is very unique in the comprehensive service they give. The sales staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to listen to my needed. Raj Patel was very helpful in setting me up with a new phone and informing me of all the promotions associated with my purchase. I have found all the sales personnel to willing and able to help. If they dont know the answer they have the resources to obtain a competent solution.

What a great team!I do not know anything about gadgets or phones and such but I left feeling like a professional! I was on my way to get my pearls hand-cleaned (I know a niche pearl cleaner) and decided to stop in for a voicemail mailbox issue. There was a kind fellow named Blake who initially helped me but had to answer the phone and a gent named Joshua I believe finished helping me. Funny, he looks like a guy I grew up with named Mike Jones.Anyway, they explained everything. I was kind of flustered realizing my pearls werent clean and my guy was not home yet so Joshua and Blake calmed me down (I was a little spicy at first but they won me over). They told some funny phone jokes too. Especially Joshua. Hes like a comedian or something or he should be at least.thanks again, guys! Keep up the great work!

I came in for help with an App and lucky for me, I met Kenneth (Kenny). He gave me his undivided attention to help figure out which app would be best and waited while it loaded and was set up--making sure it worked properly. He must have spent at least an hour with me patiently while new customers were coming into store and other associates helped them. I am sure he would have loved the new business, but he was as helpful and patient as could be. If you want great customer service with your new phone go meet Kenneth.

My experience with this store was just devastating.We went there to buy 4 iPhones and when representative was doing “some kind” of set up on my old IPhone 8 in order to be able to trade in IPhone8 through there promotion - he deleted all my data for 5 years that I had on my IPhone8.Before he took my phone - my partner told him 4 times “Please make sure you transfer data first from old IPhone8 to the new one 11 pro” and then I’ve told him - please make sure you do not turn on iCloud on the new IPhone 11, that i was going to buy, because I’ve never used iCloud before and I don’t wanna use it and I DON’t have any backups at all!So, he proceeded with trying to turn off “Find my IPhone” option on my old IPhone 8 despite us asking him to transfer data first.So I’ve been told to enter my Apple ID and password- so I’ve proceeded with it but as far as I wasn’t using my Apple ID a lot - I forgot it, so I had reseted it to a new one and then simply saved it to my notes.Then I gave my phone back to the representative at this Verizon store and then he asked me a few times to enter my IPhone code - so I did and then again he asked me to enter Apple ID - so I’ve tried to open my notes and copy paste it but that wasn’t already possible - i had asked the rep a question if I can get back to my notes and copy paste it - so he told me no - I’ve asked if there is a data still on my old phone 8 - and he answered no worries you have your iCloud back up - and I realized at that moment I’ve lost my whole data for last 5 years of my life ... 15000 pictures, business receipts, numbers, all passwords and a lot of other things).Then he told us - my IPhone was reported as a stolen or missing and that’s why Verizon can’t take this phone in order to exchange it for 11 pro through their promotion.I was shocked because I’ve got my IPhone8 from official Apple store in Chicago and have a proof of that.So I drove to Apple store and asked them to check their system if they sold me a “stolen IPhone 8 a few years ago” which is absolutely ridiculous” and see if it is marked as a stolen or missing- so they did and it was 100% clear and never reported as stolen or missing.So I called from Apple store to Verizon store where all this situation happened and asked the same representative that deleted all my data to check my old IPhone 8 through their system again if it is still marked as stolen - so he did and told me right away it’s clean and he doesn’t see any problems anymore - which is weird cause Apple didn’t do anything except just run my IMEI trough their system.So I’ve returned back to the same Verizon store and asked how that happen but Representative told me that he did all the same as he does usually with set up of new IPhones and then he doesn’t know what happened to my data.So right now I have checked all my emails and I see at the same time when he was working on my old IPhone 8 - I’ve emails that all my data was erased at 2.52 PM PDT.I’m so stressed out, so frustrated with all my lost and what happened at this Verizon store.We ended up with buying 4 iPhones - we paid almost 3 K $ for 2 IPhones and other 2 - we financed.Please continue reading from screenshots attached below..

I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles. Patrick is new but was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help me return my LG V20 for a Pixel XL. Since he was new, Chris the other individual working in the store was happy to provide his knowledge to expedite the process. He was there the whole time answering questions and providing assistance. Great team work and awesome personality. They didnt try to sell or push me to purchase any of their products. I felt comfortable and left satisfied. Saturday afternoon I went to the Verizon store in Northbrook Court to purchase a new I phone.I was told I had to go online first and determine which phone I wanted to buy. Then I could make an appointment to come back on Monday to purchase it. I asked if I could just come in and meet a Verizon representative to go over the types of phones and programs they offered. I was told, because of the Covid, I could not come into the store before deciding which phone I wanted. That is why we have an improved online web site. (By the way, there were 6 representatives milling around outside.) I left and went to the Old Orchard store. I was told that I had a 2 hour wait. I went to the store on Skokie Blvd in Northbrook. I met with Josh who sold me a new phone, and a package with the protection film, case and car charger. I asked if he could sync my phone with the new one and set it all up. He told me they don[t do that anymore. You can do it, its simple. I ended up losing all of my business emails, all of my messages and many of my apps. I phoned my companys tech help line.After 35 mins of trying, he could not connect anything. I was in pure panic! I phoned the Verizon Cellular Sales Store in Skokie, 9328 Skokie Blvd. They were still open, the other stores were closed.Nick told me I could come into the store on Sunday morning and he would help me correct what was happening. Yes, it IS open on Sunday! Nick was Amazing!!! He synced my phone and my computer. I have all of my emails again!! He made sure all of my apps were working. I was SO impressed with Nick, so different from the other service representatives I had met on Saturday! Nick was not pushy like the other, who I actually compared to a flimflam man, pushing everything he could think of.Cellular Sales Skokie was absolutely The Best! Nick cared, he wasnt just interested in pushing products, he taught me how to work the new phone, he took his time, he was a 12 out of 10!! I highly recommend Cellular Sales Skokie and Nick! I will never go anywhere else in the future!

I went to pre-order the iPhone 11 Pro 256GB. I was told by Verizon representative Christian:1. The cost of the phone is $1100.2. I could trade in my iPhone 6S for $100, even after showing him the crack on the screen.3. I could avoid a $100 fee by using a loan, instead of paying for it outright. He said to get around the $100 fee, I could finance $1 and pay the remaining $1099 by credit card. He would set that up immediately, so I wouldnt need to wait upon pickup.When I went to pick up the phone, I spent 3 hours there dealing with the following:1. The cost of the phone is actually $1160, a difference of $60.2. The trade in value of my phone is $31, a difference of $69.3. Additional service fees of $35 and a $40 upgrade fee, a difference of $75.4. The loan being set-up incorrectly.Thats a difference of $204. Because of not being told of the $35 service fee, representative Ozzie waived it and gave me 10% off of the case that I purchased there, which amounted to $4.I called Verizon corporate to complain. They gave me a $100 credit, which means I still paid $165 more than I was told originally, plus aggravation, with a 3 hour wait. When I tried to contact the store, the number on the receipt is wrong, so I have no means of contacting the store owner to remedy the situation.I am beyond frustrated. Hopefully the manager will see this and reach out.

Amazing service as soon as I walked in. I was nervous because I was buying a new phone for my son and updating mine. Right away Eder made me feel at ease. He took me through all my options and was really patient as I decided. There were two other sales representatives there that night Jason and Raj. It was great. We stopped by to get a new Bluetooth headset for my car, as my original had been stolen when my car was broken into. Our salesperson was Miguel, and he was awesome, explaining the difference between the options, and illustrating why I might prefer one to another. He was right and we were in and out in a matter of a few minutes.This is our favorite Verizon location, and this review demonstrates why. Great products, excellent professional staff who are also cordial and friendly. We will continue to think of this as our Verizon store.

Im normally NOT a fan of Verizon Authorized Dealers as I believe in going directly to Verizon corporate stores but the staff Cellular Sales exceeded my expectations. Coming from a HORRIBLE experience at the corporate owned Verizon store on Milwaukee Avenue in Niles, IL. The experience with the manager and the young woman who tried to assist me left me feeling I was on a used car lot! After almost 20 years of service with Verizon Im very aware of the proper protocol and interaction that should happen with a customer.Once I walked in the Cellular Sales door the experience was the exact opposite. They were courteous, knowledgeable and helped me with my questions and DID NOT have the same used car salesman pitch that I previously received and I really appreciated that. So RAJ and the other gentleman at this location thank you for your help and I will be back to this authorized dealer :)

Phenomenal customer service. Blake and Julia were professional, friendly, courteous, and all of the above! My very old LG G3 phone finally gave me the blue screen of death. Im not sure what kind of magic Blake performed, but I walked out an hour after entering the store with a brand new LG V40 ThinQ, the desired accessories, and (most importantly) all of my previously downloaded contacts/apps/bells/whistles that I thought were lost forever. When i walked in the place i noticed it was set up nice and welcoming and even though the sales representatives were busy w other customers they made sure I was comfortable and occupied during my wait. When we went to this store we just saw that it was a verizon store But this is a franchise store, not a corporate store so you do not have the items or benefits offered by a corporate Verizon store. We had many issues with the store which ended up costing us a great deal of money. They charged us a $35 per line set up fee (4 phones) which was not disclosed up front.This is in addition to the $40 per line activation fee that Verizon charges. They also charge you for a sim card ($19.99 each) which Verizon says is free at corporate stores. The salesperson sold us a screen protector at $55/per phone (4 phones-$220) which comes with a great warranty, but failed to mention that the warranty is voided if you have the Verizon insurance which we have. And to be effective, this product also needs to be replaced annually at the same cost which was not mentioned. Zagg screen protectors have unlimited replacements for the life of the phone. Lastly the salesperson told us that if we bought a case/cord/screen protector bundle for $250 we would get a $250 rebate back. It turns out we will get the rebate but that was actually a rebate for adding a 5th line and porting the number, so we did not need to buy their overpriced add ons to get that rebate. Although the salesperson was gracious, he had no power to override all of these fees which showed up as we got the final bill and were ready to leave. He freely admitted that he did not know about the shortcomings of the screen protector and thought the rebate was for the bundle. Clearly much of the issue was lack of knowledge/training of the salesperson. But the owner would not refund the screen covers which are worthless, nor the charges that were not disclosed up front. Verizon did come through and reverse their activation fees but it took a great deal of time and effort to get this accomplished. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Denisa was extremely helpful and was an absolute sweetheart to work with. She was very considerate of my time and helped me set up my iPhone X. I would strongly recommend you ask for her when you visit this location, you will not be disappointed.

Went to try and get something on the phone fixed which was not able to be done as a result of more that has to be know about problem.Greeted by Raj Patel who immediately tried to assist me.Good man and did all in his power to get whats wrong resolved but still not know which part of the many things it could be was aware that the phone itself was not at issue.Product still working so other areas have to be explored in which Raj also was instrumental in helping me locate what they may be.Will use the Verizon store again and hopefully deal with this gentleman Raj as my preference. That rather than,having to deal with others, but that will work if Raj is not available and the immediacy of the issue at hand.RECOMMENED.

I would not recommend signing up for a prepaid account at any of the Cellular Sales Verizon locations. I brought over my unlocked phone and simply wanted to join Verizon prepaid. I was charged at $30 activation fee ($35 after taxes), which I now found out was only a payment to Cellular Sales, and is not actually a necessary fee associated with my Verizon account. Im disappointed this wasnt made clear, as there wasnt any added value to them signing me up, so I didnt really get anything for the activation fee. I will advise friends and family who are similarly wanting to switch over to Verizon prepaid to work directly with Verizon in the future.

Excellent they go way beyond the normal sale they make sure your satisfied and all based are covered. Definitely 5 stars. Raj, Jaritza, Mark, Adrian, Alejandro, Randy, Miguel, Cindy, Kenny, Blake, Alex, Jason, Brianna, Mindy, Robert, Corey, Eder and Angel were all so much help! I mentioned everyone I remembered because Ive been helped by nearly everyone in my many visits!! Everyone is very qualified and know what they are doing! Highly recommend this place!!!

Recently my wife and were at Verizons Norwood Park store, to upgrade her phone. There, we worked with Kenny Smith. Kenny was very knowledgeable, affable and made the process simple. We were so impressed, the next day I decided to add new service and make an upgrade, too. I made contact with Kenny to discuss options, and learned in the coming days hed be at this Skokie store. I made arrangements to meet with Kenny at the Skokie store, which was modern and welcoming. Just as before, Kenny made the process simple. I highly recommend meeting with Kenny Smith for any of your Verizon needs.

Kenny was amazing! He showed me my options based on my needs and got me to switch from Samsung to Motorola. Best. Decision. Ever. My new phone is light, has a ton of storage and the camera quality is AMAZING! He took the time to get to know me and made the whole new phone process stress free and actually enjoyable. He even showed me the ShowBox app so now I can cast tons of new movies and shows for free. Id give him 10 stars if I was able to. Thanks so much Kenny, I appreciate your help and am so excited to play around with my new phone!
