If you have love for hookah and enjoy smoking the VIP hookah is the one to get. There is a sharing fee which is reasonable overall great place recommend anyone to come here. Open seven days a week 7-2am.

An expensive joint with a ton of hidden fees. Right from non smoker charges to repetitive service fees. We ordered one hookah with 2 bottles of water- smoked for one hr and paid $70. If youre looking for value for your money there are tons of other joints around that serve good hookah. Just google- some on Devon are a lot better.

At one point this Hookah Joint had reputation for being the best, I went after 3 years and it shocked me how my Hookah was Awful and I had to wait for initial Charcoal set once I got my hookah Charcoal less, once I asked for the stick so I can do it myself I was refused, second time around I had to wait 10 mins for Charcoal, that when I just walked out, place wasnt busy at all.

Lots of options and cool atmosphere as well as awesome staff. However seating isnt very comfortable and for some reason it was very coolly like the temperature was kept low. My group had to keep our coats on to feel comfortable

The owner and the staff are amazingly friendly. They will always give recommendations based on your likes for hookah flavors. The atmosphere is great for a conversation with friends. There is music but its never too loud you cant hear your thoughts. The lights are also perfectly dim. Lastly, Mary has the best personality and will just brighten your day whenever shes there.

I have been to maybe most of the Hooka bars in the Chicago area, but was never satisfied over all, until I recently I found this place, which has a truly excellent service, super inviting staff, owner himself always approach and ask if we need something, I also like the vibe of the place, most importantly to me the place looks super clean, and not to mention the hooka is very good

I rarely leave bad reviews but I’m absolutely furious with the service and the prices. We ordered 2 hookah’s and 4 bottles of water - our total was $118. BEWARE of this place! And one of the hookah’s weren’t even smoking properly. He came to fix it 4 times and we finally gave up on it. If you want to pay more than you get then this is it. I’m soooo disappointed with this is. I’m from Dallas and there are hookah bars that are very fancy and nice and if a group of us went we would barely be paying $40 TOTAL WITH TAXES! Wish they had the decency to inform that they take only cash. We had to use the atm in there to take out cash and had to pay service fee for the atm. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

My friends and I loved this place. We had a big group of 20 and Tim the owner took really good care of us. Hookah guy was so helpful with flavors to pick. We did have a problem with a hookah but it was quickly fixed. Service and ambience is wonderful. It wasn’t too expensive at all our bill was $280 for 20 people, can’t beat that. Will be visiting the spot again

I’ve been to many hookah lounges ok, and pretty good, but this is the best hookah lounge I’ve been to yet. Great place, if your looking for a place to chill and have a good experience this is definitely the place for you. Amazing service unlike any other place. Also, this place in not overpriced like all the other hookah lounges in Illinois. Their are multiple different hookahs to smoke out of on top of a variety of flavors. The establishment was amazing. Very clean with great music. Came with 15 people and we all had a blast. Our bill came out to be $190. For 15 people that’s cheap. Hookahs hit great and lasted for 1 hr and half. Various drink selections and they also have BYOB with a small service charge.

What an experience. Never have I ever smoked such amazing hookah. The flavor lasted for about two hours. The place was very busy and very classy. Customer service was excellent the waitress always check on us every 15 minutes.It wasn’t too expensive for the four of us we spent $80 which is not bad at all the music was perfect they played variety of songs with videos. I definitely recommend this place for people to try.

Great hookahs and a lot of flavors to choose from. It was Cash only but the ATM only cost me $.07 cents to pull put money. I dont understand how others complain to pull out cash when other ATMs charge $2.50..very relaxing environment.

This is by far one of the BEST Hookah Lounges in the Chicago Area. The owner Tim understands and knows how to keep his establishment successful. The hookahs are top-notch KM hookahs from Egypt. The staff is amazing and has no problems answering questions. Its normally packed on the weekends so make a reservation. The atmosphere is elegant and inviting. Its worth every dollar spent.

Definitely not a fun place. Over-Priced for the Quality of Hookah, Not enough flavor options, and their pipes don’t release enough smoke. Everyone appeared to have a hard time releasing smoke from their hookah. Their coal burns way toooooooo fast. There’s no brush to clean the burnt coal from the stand, and you’re left alone to do the work.

Was so disappointed with my service. The hookah was unsmokable the entire time. The male waiter was irritated every time we asked him to change the coal and would roll his eyes even if we asked for water. He does not belong in customer service. Should have been comped for the hookah since we couldn’t even smoke it. On top of that, they only take cash... which is shady. Probably because everyone ended up disputing their charges for the lack of service. Will never return or recommend this spot to anyone else in the future. Garbage hookah bar. Ruined my birthday.
