I was stuck in a bind and had to drop off 20 boxes for a client for work. I was told by one location they couldn’t take me and told me to try this location. After arriving here Joan was amazing and sympathetic to my situation of being two weeks postpartum, needing to work and help take in all 20 packages but also relabel a few of them. I can’t express enough what a god send she was for me today!!!!

Our family’s GOTo FedEx / Shopping location for many years. The most convenient and timely pickup slots as well as easy parking, overall great. However, the real notable benefit of this FedEx is Rubin and his team. His patience, attention to detail and overall enjoyable work ethic is unmatched. Thanks!

Customer service culture here is tremendous. Have had to ship a few awkward size/weight items over the last year and these folks have gone above and beyond to help me pack and ship effectively each time. I happily go 25 mins out of my way to use this store.

Showed up last nite the doors were closed.. people inside.. thinking it closed at 8:30.. looked at my cell phone.. it was 7:59..another client was right behind me.. three employees taking care of one.. all waved were closed..This place used to be open 24 hours at one timeWe conform to all the rules .. wear a mask.. stay socially distant.. this pandemic has brought out the worst in people..I ship a lot with this company.. I will advise my lab to use another shipping company

Everybody seems so nice and caring my cashier Keisha I feel could it at a lot better she came off as rude to me.

Great spot to get office duties done.

Store manager Angela refused to accept package at 113lb stating the limit is 100lbs and that the delivery drivers wouldnt take it. Quick search on FedEx website shows limit is 150lb as confirmed by customer service and nearby Howard St location, which did accept the package and said their delivery drivers go to this location as well and regularly take larger packages without issue. Not sure why she lied.

Ruben provided the absolute best customer service. So kind, making sure that I received my tracking number on my receipt. Will be coming back to this location just to work with Ruben.

I went there to send international shipment. The staff and store manager were so rude, and illiterate about international countries.

Horrible customer service. This guy answered the phone first before finishing his transaction with me, then after 5 to 10mins of waiting he told me that I have to filled the box with fillers. He just wasted my time. I received my shoes without fillers in the box and he demands fillers for shoes. He can’t even help me use their paper wastes instead wants me to pay $4 for fillers. Don’t go to this place. Horrible staff.

Great service and usually quick to help. Parking can get crazy and most times its super busy.

Bathrooms absolutely atrocious. No toilet paper or paper towels. Cleanliness must not be priority for the store manager. Bathrooms smell like urine. Horrible.

Quick, great service returning some RCN equipment. Ruben was really fun to work with and I left with a smile on my face.

Called at 7:59 PM -!; spoke with a young lady to let her know that I am at the stoplight which enters into the parking lot. The material I had requested to print was time sensitive to that day. At 8 PM I was in the parking lot, she refused to open the doors while I was on the phone with her and turned off the light and went home. I lost a few hundred dollars Worth of business to her choice, aside from the price of the product. It is the small things that turn a business into a great, and this small detail will help me support local printers rather than a big business.

Paid $100 to print 100 pages. Okay thats fine, thats FedEx. Pages needed a half cut. Asked for another $3, really? And then said if I fill out a survey, I would get $5. If you would have showed common appreciation, you would have been better off than asking for a paid service. FedEx is becoming less and less personal on their service

They have no idea what they are doing I mean seriously! How hard it is to understand to print the paper? They make you work on your project which is fine but they charge you to work on their computer hand them over the work you need to print. Find else where never again.

Very good customer service the older man always help people and good customer services. These guys did an awesome job helping me make a spiral bound notebook for an interview that meant a lot to me! Compared to office max on howard street these guys are the A team thank you so much.

Ignore the bad reviews. People always get online and write about a random bad experience. I just left there this evening after getting amazing service from an employee Bryan. I had a large and oddly shaped order to get out, and he was professional and courteous. He was helping out so many people at the same time, and everyone was loving his service. I used to go to ups, but I really like this location and all the services they offer.

Person I interacted with was very nice and helpful when I went to return my RCN cable equipment.

These guys are really helpful and quick! There is never a line and they even pack your package for you! Great customer service and always come in here when I need to ship something that I actually expect to get on time and have proper tracking (USPS & UPS are not very good). Great location and it seems like they are open 24/7!

I called in today checking on a status of a package and Kevin was wonderful and really informed on just a number of things. I couldnt be more appreciative of his help and follow-through! I called with a fussy nanny child on hand and Im thankful for the grace shown too. Thanks Kevin!

I went into that FedEx location today. Once i went it I got an bad and rude attitude from a worker.I don’t know if she was the manager or supervisor but she was very rude. She didn’t even greet me she right away was unfriendly and didn’t help me out in a nice way! She is not supposed to treat customers like that.

Bryan helped me ship a bike and was extremely helpful. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone.

Some joke of an associate made me pay for a cell phone box regardless of Samsung stating I can use the same box my original phone had been shipped to me. Not only did this associate ask another person that was already being helped, he simply turned away and went about his business. I had to ask him to help me out while I stood in front of his register. Dont remember his name because he is a human being not worth remembering. Old balding guy with glasses.

Large store, organized and clean. Helpful staff to get the shipping needs taken care of. Whats not to like?

I came to FedEx because the UPS store by my office didnt have color printing. But I think I will stay with them instead. The staff are pretty friendly and they seem to be on top of things. I got what I wanted and everything was explained to me in a clear and concise way. The only thing that threw me off was the self service copiers actually double billed me. But I think thats just the quirks of technology. I would definitely recommend them of UPS based on my past experience.

If they had bothered to ring my doorbell for any of the past 10 packages Ive had delivered, I wouldnt think you guys are a bunch of F***ing Retards.

Ill never go to a fedex/kinkos again. Slow, almost no service. Charged me almost $2 and I didnt even get my print out of one short email.

Terribly slow service by employees who cant multi-task. Usually only staffed by 1 person at a time.

I just called at 8:50 AM on 1/25/17 and got no answer. This is unheard of.

Avoid this location if you are dropping of pre-labeled packages. If they can hear any movement at all in the box they will reject the package. Ive actually had them accept packages only to call me back to come take them back because they decided there is too much movement (of which there was none). Manager is a jerk.

Efficient shipping service.

Employees have no desire to help...I came in and asked for the email address to send files so they can open it and customize it for printing, the employee just brushed me off and pointed at the print and go machine
