Didnt seem to concern bout making a sale had to drive back home away from my baby in the hospital to replace my phone.. thats over an HR away

Redesign almost fixed this store. More selection of flagship phones. But employees are still the root of the problem

Guy named shawn there was very rude, and unprofessional, made a doctors appointment right in front of me and said he doesnt care

Only wanted to buy a simple phone...fast talking and upselling was beyond belief! Walked out without buying anything!

I was literally ignored while clerk was on the phone. After standing there for quite awhile someone walked in & asked if I needed help.i live 3 blocks away & will go out of town for assistance.

Dont go to this Boost Place the service is horrible, Ive been waiting for a month for a phone case for my phone. Been there three times and they never want to help me. Once they sold me the phone the custumer service went out the window.

Great service by staff

Horrible store, staff is rude . Will not honor boost promotions and on top they mark up the phones prices . Once they make a sale, don’t expect any help from them unless your ready to pay up again.
