Presentation was nice and fruit was fresh however delivery was made very late in the day

I had placed an order for Fathers day and they were not able to deliver at a reasonable time - even the next day Monday they did not make an attempt meanwhile I have paid and not received the goods for my man! Not cool at all to ruin his special day

Love this place and so do the kids...Snack cups are perfect for an after school pick me up treat. Looking forward to the Easter basket Strawberries

Horrible experience with this particular Edible Arrangements company. I was a recipient of a fruit bouquet . The delivery was made last Saturday - 90 degree weather - and I wasnt home. It was left on my front steps (in the sun) even though delivery person had my cell number on the receipt. He never called. If he had, I would have had a neighbor bring to their home. I came home, probably several hours later to melted chocolate and brown, soggy honeydew, etc. On Sunday I called the store. They promised to have owner contact me. By Monday afternoon I had heard nothing and called again. Sales person apologized and said she would send a new arrangement on Tuesday. I called late afternoon Tuesday and was told order was not processed and was now promised for Wednesday delivery. I said I wouldnt be home until after 4 on Wednesday and sales person said that was fine. I actually got home at 3:30 on Wednesday and once again fruit bouquet was sitting on my steps. Fortunately chocolate was only starting to melt and other fruit looked ok. I called store and same sales person apologized again. I told her no way to run a business, especially since delivery ticket stated right next to address - delivery after 4:00pm (and again driver could have called me as my cell was on receipt). She said morning staff must have screwed up. She said she would have management contact me --- Its now Friday (almost 2 days later and I have still not heard from anyone).

A large arrangement was delivered to our home, from a friend, this morning and placed on the ground in front of the door, even though we have been home all this time. No one rang the bell. Ants and a spider had found our sweet treat before we did. Once we opened the fruit, there was a moldy piece of melon, and the majority of the fruit used was dated, squishy and old. We have tried calling all day and no one has answered. Wanted to give the store the opportunity to fix this. I do not recommend this particular store Based on poor quality of product as well as customer service ( never answering the phone despite holding for 30 mins, and trying to call at different times until 1:36 pm.) We feel terrible that our friend has spent so much money on an inedible arrangement.

Order did not arrive on the day it was scheduled and no one bothered to call me or even let me know the order would be delayed. Customers understand that things happen, you lose their business when you don’t do the right thing. If you can’t handle the orders coming in, then maybe you should limit it.

We just used your service to send my sister in law An arrangement for her birthday What a mistake Omg The picture on the web was so nice We ordered strawberries covered with chocolate and Balloons First they came almost 8:00 pm Second the strawberries were delivered in Cardboard potatoes box It looked like a delivery from grocery store Not a special delivery Made us look like cheap skates It cost $150 for a cardboard box and strawberries Will never use this again Nor should anyone else If you want to impress someone do not use this service If you have extra money to through away and make someone mad go ahead Oh by the way we called to complain and was told we ordered to many strawberries so what could they do but use a cardboard box Very classy response

We have ordered at least 2 fruit arrangements on 2 different occasions from this Sleepy Hollow local. Both came out very satisfying. My only issue is driving with the top heavy arrangements in the car. The last one flopped over every time I turn the car. Next time I go to pick up, I am going to need a cardboard box or something to put the arrangement in to prevent the thing to falling in its side.

I ordered edible arrangements and it was never delivered never a phone call nothing that is poor business practice I will never order from them again horrible !!! 14 hour waiting for a delivery absolutely crazy I would like a full refund I will be call corporate

I placed an order to be delivered on August 2nd to a hospital for a dear friend. I was leaving for vacation and felt assured the get well chocolate dipped strawberries would be delivered. On August 25 th I saw my friend and asked how she enjoyed the gift. To my dismay she did not receive the gift as she was discharged on August 1st. I called the location spoke with Kat and she assured me her manager would return my call, he did. Soose, the manager called, I explained the situation to him and he immediately took care of the problem. The get well strawberries were delivered and my friend was extremely happy as she loves chocolate!!! She also said they were very delicious!!! The professionalism and courteous nature of the manager and his staff was superb!!!! Thank you so much Edible Arrangements of Sleepy Hollow!!!!!

Was very disappointed with original order I placed to have delivered but they have made the effort to offer a new arrangement to be sent. Thank you for striving to satisfy and earn a better review.

My experience with them was bad! .. on mothers day we were waiting for the address until 8 at night, when I went to ask what had happened because the address did not arrive, they gave me the bouquet of fruits but they told me that already there was no one to take him to the address given to them ..... it seemed very little serious and more at such a special time for someone.
