This place is Extremely welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond due to time Constraints. I also watched as they helped a few ladies out. As a husband, you worry about mechanical shops taking advantage of your wife.....I feel absolutely comfortable sending my wife and daughters to these guys. They will be taken care of the RIGHT way. Brought my truck to this place for a tire patch. They said they fixed it. 2 hrs later the tire was leaking air. So I then I had to go back so they could fix it again.They then told me I needed 4 new tires. So I got 4 new tires from them. Spent $650. After 7 days one the tires blew out from the inside wall of the tire. Said it was all my fault and wouldn’t replace the tire. Was very rude and disrespectful about the situation.I tried to shop local during these crazy times we are in but I will for sure never be going back to this business ever again. They don’t care about their customers.

Very good service at Williams Tire. I was pressed for time because I needed to go on a road trip to Florida. My mom passed away and I couldnt fd any other tire place to help me even after I explained my dire situation to them. Well not Williams! I told them my situation and they were more than willing to accommodate my needs. They also did an excellent job as well!!! My hats off to you Williams Tire of Slidell!!! Ty for your help!!! LOVE THEM!!! This is the ONLY tire shop I will go to. They are the ONLY tire/auto shop that have HONEST people. If they do not believe you need a new tire, THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU...unlike other places. They, also, offer GREAT USED TIRES for cheap if funds are low. They will work with you and help you. You have free balance and rotation when you do buy tires there. If you get a patch done and it still goes low they will fix it for free. I busted my rim and tire because a curb jumped out in front of me and they helped me find a new rim, for wholesale price. They dont even do rims but they helped me find one anyway. All the mechanics there are very friendly. The owner and manager are very genuine, personable AND HONEST!! Wish they did ALL mechanic work because they are ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!!

They do a great job on installing my tires

I called when I had a flat up the road. They jumped on everything right away. Priced tire quickly over the phone with no hassle. Pulled up and in 12 minutes replaced the tire and had new one installed.

While traveling to New Orleans I discovered I had a nail in one of my tires. I found Williams Tire on Google maps and stopped in. They repaired my tire immediately and made sure my other tires had the proper air pressure in them.

Great shop with outstanding customer service.I brought in a set of wheels and tires I bought for use at the drag strip and needed to get them mounted and balanced. I didnt want to trust a chain store with some young kid working with tires I am going to race on.Williams Tire took me right in without an appointment and answered all my questions so I was comfortable that they were the right place for the job. They were quick, very professional, and affordable.I highly recommend this shop and will be coming back to them for all my tire work.

My father passed away and I suddenly had to drive to Pennsylvania because an unnamed airline was not very accommodating. Not only did they replace my faulty tire, they checked all the rest (I actually had another which was dry rotted and beginning to separate), they made sure my spare was ready to go and checked all they could for me. This is not the first time theyve come through for me in a pinch and I would recommend their service to anyone. I cannot thank them enough for releaving such a burden from my mind. I will always go to them in the future

I am from Winston-Salem NC. We was having tire problems i got off this exit and a car dealer told me to go to Williams tires. I was so glad I did the customer service was the best I ever had and the employees did everything they could for me and my family. After I bought two new tires from them they rotated my tires to make sure my car was safe for the rest of my travel. Thank you all so much. I wish I could go to y’all for all my tire needs.
