Helping my best friend find her dress here was a wonderful experience. A great range of dresses at good prices, deals on tuxes, and bridesmaids selection with in house alterations makes this a super convenient option. Most importantly, the people were so nice and helpful. We felt very relaxed and comfortable!

Very sweet shop. The young lady on staff was really nice and helpful. She offered to help find dress on line if the color wasnt in shop. The stock of beautiful wedding and occasion dresses were reasonably priced and large selection of styles. Dressing room afford the chance to find your perfect fit. Shop local try this shop. Fun shopping.

Ordered a bridesmaid dress at the end of April for a wedding I’m in. The wedding is the beginning of oct the dress I tried on in the store fit fine when I received the dress two weeks before the wedding because the owner didn’t order the dress until august the dress barley fits after losing weight! I was over charged and had to keep reminding her for my refund! I have never had such an unpleasant experience when dealing with such a big event!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place so glad I’m not the bride!!!

I dont typically write public reviews, but I do believe a few things need to be addressed in this shop. While the owner is very happy go lucky and kind, the shop as a whole really needs to work on their communication with customers. Bridesmaids- beware. I dont think this shop is well equipped to deal with the bridesmaid end of the wedding industry. I placed my order for a bridesmaid dress in April and the shop did not place the order until August when the wedding in question is in the beginning of October. I did not have a great experience with this shop as a bridesmaid. I do not recommend this shop.

Ordered my dress in April using the measurements from a previous bridesmaid dress that fit perfectly. Was originally told I didnt need to pay right away only to be called two days later to put down half a deposit with no warning. Every time I called, the owner either was not at the shop or didnt answer. Despite ordering/paying in April, I did not receive notice of my bridesmaid dress being delivered until 2.5 weeks before the wedding (September). I was not able to receive my dress until a week before the wedding, having to expedite my extreme alterations because somehow my measurements did not match the dress I received. It should be noted that no bridesmaid in our party had their dress labeled so its possible we didnt even receive our specific dress. I was upset with my experience because no one seemed to show any remorse or professionalism for the situation they created.

I had a great experience with Bliss. We found a dress for our bride and 3 bridesmaids dresses. We had so much fun trying on dresses. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all.

For the past three years, I have been apart of the Bliss family. I am certainly not stretching the truth when I say that Bliss Boutique & Bridal is truly one of the most welcoming places on the planet! Back in the day when they still sold prom/pageant dresses, I purchased 2-3 dresses. I remember just how welcomed I felt the moment I walked in! The owners (Mandy and Robin) go out of their way to brighten your day. I have never worked with two people that care so much about an individual. The new location is absolutely STUNNING! The store carries a variety of gowns, and despite Mrs. Robins glitter/sparkle obsession, they will never try to force you into a mold. Mrs. Robin and Mandy really know how to find the perfect dress for every bride! Also they have the BEST variety of bridesmaids dresses and tuxes for great low prices! 1000/10 highly recommend this wonderful family business

There are SO many good things to say about this place I dont know where to start. I came from a boutique up the road, and found this hidden little shop. The moment you walk in, there are GORGEOUS dresses as far as the eye can see! They specialize in the designer Maggie Sottero. Robin, the owner, is extremely friendly, kind, knowledgeable, generous, and goes above and beyond for each bride. No pretentiousness, no attitude, no pressure to buy, no rude comments, NO negativity! Even if you dont like something shes still so incredibly sweet and professional and will help you find something else! I am so incredibly grateful to have found this shop! I said yes to the dress after only visiting twice! I have nothing but good things to say! So relaxed, so chill, and so so so much selection! If you cant find something here you must be crazy! 😉 Even if youre not in Slidell it is worth the ride! 👏👏👏 SO happy I chose bliss bridal!
