Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Order was not ready at scheduled time and hardly any customers was in the store. Then to put the icing on top didnt want to pick my order. They eventually did and didnt say a word to me. Like it was a big inconvenience. All I ordered and 2 balloons and a few party supplies. Please do not spend your money here

Bought a strobe bulb that Unfortunately didnt work. Still a great place for all party needs! Also their Halloween selection is pretty decent and undersells spirit by a fair bit.

I went to this store last week to get some gender reveal ideas. As I was heading out it started to rain really hard. As I was waiting for the rain to let up (10 seconds) a older gentleman that worked there came to my rescue! He had a large umbrella and walked me to my car. I really appreciated it!!! I was so anxious to get home celebrate with my family. Date visit 5/26/20

This Party City is very organized and clean

Good location. Clean not terribly busy. The staff are nice and helpful. Free helium with the balloons makes it a way better deal then buying online and doing it yourself!

Good selection. Nice people. OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE! I just cant bring myself to pay 40 bucks for an Elvis jumpsuit that cost 3 dollars to make in Bangladesh and is useless without the wig, glasses, shoes (another 50 or 60). Ive bought there before but you really have to suspend all rational economic sense and REALLY need the items.

In and out very quickly! They had exactly what I needed for a little retirement party for my mom back in June. One of the store clerks was quick to point me to the correct aisle for what I needed, but was not overbearing about helping me get what I needed, even though Im in a wheelchair, which I actually appreciated. My only complaint was I bought a pack of helium balloons and the clerk who checked me out did not offer to blow them up. I did not realize they were helium until I got all the way home (shopped in Slidell, LA, and live all the way in Picayune, MS), already pressed for time until my mom got home from work, and I had to call all around town looking for someone with a helium tank and pay an extra $6 once I actually found someone. I wasnt too thrilled about that part but the rest of my experience was great.

On this particular trip we had to find some last second, but super important items and the staff at Party City was awesome in helping us located what we needed. All in all it equated to an already magical night being able to be remembered for a long time to come!

They had a very nice selection of Halloween costumes and party supplies in stock. We were shopping for my granddaughters birthday party and her two colors were rose gold and teal. They had quite a bit available in teal but to our dismay no rose gold. We had to basically retheme the colors. They said that this is a color they plan to stock in the future just not available now. We were able to pick up on some cute relatively cheap gift bag stuffers.

This place has ALMOST Everything that you need to have a Fantastic Party. Downside is due to the Helium Shortage they are Also not able to Fill Balloons with Helium gas.

Called about 40 times and it says lines busy or called failed but can contact anyone else. Is there A new number. Or is this party city closed too???

Had a wonderful shopping extravaganza at PC, on Airport Rd in Slidell. I had a little trouble finding exactly what I needed to make my Mardi Gras costume the talk of the town. The salesman, Chris, (who was totally rocking a man bun that makes most men look like a douche😻) Chris went above and beyond to help me finish my costume. I will definitely go back to Party City, to see Chris and get his digits. 😘 Manager, you need to give that man a raise.

Hit donuts in the parking lot and party city is neat and Ill go back

They have everything you need. Staff was freindly but they didnt have much knowledge of where things where or the products they sell. I blame that on party city not the cashiers.

I dont know if the staff is new or just incompetent. I placed 2 separate orders online for an in store pickup. I received a cancellation order for my 1st order after 30 minutes of the order being placed. I called the store to see why my order was placed. This was a 20 minute phone call of being placed on hold and that whole dance. Finally, a lady answered and every thing I asked, shes asking a person next to her and pretty much playing the messenger. WHY NOT JUST LET ME SPEAK TO THE WOMAN? Finally the frustrated other woman gets on the phone and tells me she only shows one order for me. I asked her 4 times to look up my OTHER order number and she continues to tell me what I ordered on my 2nd order. I KNOW what I ordered. I dont need it repeated to me. JUST LOOK UP BOTH ORDER numbers. I eventually hung up. So frustrating.

This is the best party city around. Big store with a lot to choose from.

They have a huge selection but never have enough cashiers. If you are in a hurry youre going to have to wait. They are so slow and never have the answers.

After purchasing our Halloween costumes and spending well over a $150.00. I tried to make a return on October 25, 2 days after our purchase and I was told that they arent taking returns anymore for their Halloween things!! Very disappointed

I have been here several times over the past 8 years. The customer service here is awful. I have been ignored at least 85% of the time, trying to check out, order balloons, or just have a question. Not to mention their prices are outrageous. If you can find what you need somewhere else, do that, even if its out of the way.

I love the decorations and everything the store has to offer but the employees lied about their balloon policy and when I went the day of my sons birthday 4 hours before his party, I was told it would be 99 cents a balloon to blow up. I already paid 6 dollars for a pack of balloons and you want me to pay 15$ to blow them up... I said it was fine misunderstanding but they needed to inform their employees of the policy so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. The manager begins to argue with me l, not even apologizing like you do in customer service. Telling me that “her employees are old and trained and they wouldn’t say that” I personally will not ever buy from this store again and I will let everyone I know about my awful experience on what is supposed to be a wonderful day. No wonder all the stores on this side of town are going out of business. Train your employees to treat people better. NEVER AGAIN.
