Not a good place to get your vehicle tinted at i came out in a loss had to go back 4 times and still didn’t get it right had to go to another place to get it re tinted because he doesn’t do any refunds

Called about a special on marketplace that is being advertised and then was told it’s not valid. I messaged the ad 4.5 days ago and just wanted a good deal. See pictures below. They denied the ad and told me it was from months ago. Delete the ad and stay aware of what’s being advertised for your business. I knew someone that went here and was told about it but I’ll go somewhere else. At least offer me something.

Terrible customer service, this is the worse service I’ve ever experienced. If I could give a rating it would be -10, they were completely unprofessional liars. DO NOT GET YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE. If trash were a business it would be them as far as handling situations. If you want your window off track, go here. It’s so bad I’m thinking about SUING them. Deep South about to be in some DEEP stuff they can’t get themselves out of if I have anything to do with it. & I dear them to comment.

Brought a New 2020 honda accord to these irresponsible people, who were suppose to tint the windows. Well they did that and it bubbled up and my daughter wasnt happy with it and asked them to remove it. I took it back to have it removed and the young lady didnt know what she was doing and she broke the continuity of the defroster and ruined the rear deck with scratches. They refuse to take care of the damage they caused. We had to replace the rear window and the deck in a new car. These kids have no idea how to run a business. Will never go there again, not even for car wash. TERRIBLE!!!!

Very friendly people! I got tint here and it turned out amazing. I also got a car wash a few weeks later and I was even more impressed. I was like a new car. I highly recommend this place. The hospitality was the best I have ever had. Really felt like home. They had complementary water, coffee, and hot chocolate.

While on vacation from VA, we got our car tinted here and are thrilled with the results! After a no pressure but informative talk with the really friendly staff about the benefits of ceramic tint, we didnt hesitate to upgrade. The cost was extremely reasonable, and we could tell a difference as soon as we got in the car! (Plus it looks great!) When we return to VA, we plan on getting our other car hooked up with ceramic tint!

THEM GIRLS! Bri & Fab were the most professional and Amazing girls Ive ever met! When walked in, They both greeted me with a smile. They answer every question I asked without a problem. My car tint was nice. Also They have the most amazing refreshments! I felt like I was at home! I will be back again for Ladies Day.

After bringing my cars back and forth because installation was not right for 2 months and was told I would be getting some tweeters for the headache that I never got because I was told he did not feel like installing them, I can kiss that $3200 goodbye. I have to bring my cars somewhere else to be rewired but this is what happens when you try to support your own people, but never again will I go here or recommend this place. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would, but they’re way better places to get your audio and electronics installed... and the customer service was dumpster trash too very unprofessional place...

I highly recommend Deep South for window tinting. I was so satisfied that 2 hours later I had my Mothers car windows tinted. The staff is very helpful and super friendly!! The waiting room was clean and had a TV. AND if you get hungry while waiting the best poboys in town are across the street.

I borrowed an audio book from our local library. Our car radio stopped working and I cant get the last CD out. I called all car audio shops. They were the only one who would work on it. However they were very busy so Ill have to return soon

This was my 1st time visiting Deep South Audio of Slidell for service. It was a very clean and friendly environment. Everyone was very knowledgeable of their particular jobs and areas. Love my tint and the owner was exceptional. I would highly recommend Deep South Audio for any of your Audio needs.

Not happy with the fact that I was told one thing was going to happen but it didnt. I am in vacation and my son vomited in my brand new car. I was told the seat needed to come out and everything needed to be shampooed. I come to pick up my car and was told thats not what I did. I was trying to save you the trouble and money of a full detail. My seat still smells like throw up, but Im told that is the disinfectant cleaner that smells like that. I still had stains on my seat and seat belt. I am very unhappy with the service given today. I just wanted the throw up smell gone and my car returned to the newness it was I would have paid for the full detail if I was informed that was the case. Very poor communication. I would not recommend for detail services, but the outside of my car has no more bugs so thank you very much it was an expensive car wash.Update: I went and got a portable carpet cleaner from Walmart and cleaned the car myself. The water was nasty and smelt like vomit. Deep South you could have done better by your customer and I recommend that you do going forward.

As a retired veteran, I’ve lived in many cities and owned several cars. Ricky and his team at Deep South are doing exceptional work in the auto industry and in the community. I love the ‘mission’ behind this company. My stay in Louisiana hasn’t been the best, but these guys always make me feel welcome and I know that I’ll always get a quality product every time that I go!

Quality work at an excellent price, from knowledgeable people in the auto detailing business! Im a thousand miles from home and they made me feel at home! If I lived here, theyd see me weekly! If you need your car cleaned, detailed, alarm installed, etc, then I would definitely suggest you stopping by and checking them out!

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment for window tint. Dropped my truck off the night before. Arrived about 3:30 in the afternoon and they had not even moved the truck. They said it would only take 20 minutes. Umm, NO that’s why I left it there to be done. Horrible business and the lady working could care less.

Wouldnt recommed this place for anyone paid 200 for some window tint on my truck the brought it out tent on windows had fine cuts and they re-done it and now its all peeling up

Friendly staff! Actually the two girls inside that you pay and an older man that washes the cars. The owner is a nice guy.However, those Groupon coupons are a trick. They DO NOT wipe the insides down. Only the outside wash and vacuum the inside. No trunk vacuum. You have to do your inside yourself. I just went off on them because day before yesterday they had an old radio they took out of the car to place the new one I bought from them and paid installation of $65.00. No information given on the radio but they had it for said. Mind you, I purchased the radio kit off line as I was told by the Deep South staff that was the only thing I needed. I returned wit it and now it’s the whole radio to buy from them. We’ve had no problems with the installation of the radio but how can they just throw your old radio away without asking the customer? I stopped by Tuesday and the owner said he saw it. He didn’t know where they placed it but he remembered seeing it. Now (Thursday) today they cant find it because they “threw it away”. Im never coming here ever again except to wash the truckwhich is prepaid already? Deep South Car care and Groupon can stick a fork in me, I am done. !!

Brought my truck to get tinted here was 100% satisfied with the work. Good people great work!!!

My son ordered a radio and it did not arrive until a week later. Then, when I took the car back to have it installed, I sat there for 6 hours. The guy was an hour late to begin with. Another negative is that anything paid for in advance is non-refundable. Service is not that professional. I do not plan on ever allowing anyone in my family to return there.

I was greeted when I first came in after that waited 45min too 1hr before I went to talk to someone and I had a appointment very unprofessional will never go back

Called to see how much a radio install would be and at first they told me $40 and I was going to bring my truck to have my radio installed but I called the next day to verify how much it would be and tell them that I was about to head there and they changed the price and told me it was $65. I just don’t understand how they can just change prices on me like that. So I just decided not to go.
