Everyone is so friendly and helpful in assisting in looking for updated hearing aides, however, not pushing them on me. A big change from 9 years ago! (Not here)! Recommend to everyone!!

Dr. Michelle Macione was AMAZING!! She was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Also equally important, she made adjustments to my hearing aids effectively and quickly! I am extremely pleased with Michelle!

Dr. Michele is a very knowledgeable provider. She educated me on hearing aids, the pros and cons of each unit and what was best for my type of hearing loss. I would highly recommend her services to anyone contemplating hearing aids.

No complaints other than how hot it is in there. Difficult to wear a mask when it doesnt seem that any air is circulating. But, they see you on time and everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Went in because left hearing aid was not working properly and paid $60.00 for visit because hearing aid was not working to not get problem corrected. they are still working eratic making static so that i have to turn volume off until static stops and blue tooth is always staticy.this is very poor customer service

I was sent an email for a free visit at one year. They did a hearing test but did not check my hearing aids. To me that was only a half check up. When I have a problem I will go back and pay for my visit.

Told my sister she was lying about not being able to hear. Insulted me too. Dont go they are very rude.

The lady is very nice and very thorough and she speaks loud enough for people that are hard of hearing to hear but the equipment is very expensive
