We purchased a vacuum from Karri. Part of the deal was a mop attachment. We offered a trade of our old rainbow vacuum. She didnt want it but made the deal for the map attachment. We still havent seen the attachment despite three different promises to ship it. She is just a typical vacuum salesman. Anything they offer, you better get it in your hands before she leaves.

Cant say enough about rainbow and big easy air solutions! Did all 12 demos in 180 days and got my rainbow paid off! The customer service is amazing, if I have questions and I call I know my questions are going to be answered and not ignored! All of the dealers that I met and that ran demos for me were extras respectful and just fun! They made the demo enjoyable! I highly recommend big easy air solutions if you are in the market for a rainbow! You wont be disappointed!!

I have had my Rainbow for 3 months and love it! It has made my house cleaning so much easier and the air in my home feels cleaner and smells soo GOOD! Every time I call the company office, they are so helpful and kind. All of my demonstrators have been amazing and so knowledgeable!

Whats not to love about a Rainbow home cleaning system! When I first heard of rainbow I wasnt really interested. Then I watched a demonstration of one and 20 minutes in, I KNEW I had to have one. It makes cleaning so easy and oddly enough, fun! I was offered a program to get mine free! I was a little worried at first that I couldnt complete the program but Patrick promised me I wouldnt have a problem getting it done. He was RIGHT! Just like myself, once people see the demo, they want one. I got my Rainbow for free! Daniell did most of my demos and she is amazing. Shes very thorough, knowledgeable, sweet, and very helpful. Any time I had a question she was there to help. Request her if you decide to get a Rainbow!

I love my Rainbow cleaning system. It makes cleaning my home so much easier. I am halfway through my program and just earned my Rainmate and we attachments. Everyone I have talked to, from dealers to office staff, have been super helpful and so nice. Look forward to receiving that check to pay for my system!

I recently finished the program! I am so happy to get my rainbow for free! I have so many friends that are using their rainbows and working their way through the program. All of the staff were easy to work with and they were very accommodating with scheduling the demos.I have cleaned my grout, mattresses, windows, ceilings, etc with it! This thing really cleans the whole home!

Patrick the owner is a make up the rules as you go guy. With Witnesses present Patrick extended my contract past the original sales dates guidelines . Then later he approved two older people for my showings but when they did not purchase he denied them toward my first 6 qualified showings. I asked him why were they denied? I told him that he approved the showings? I had one customer purchase one and she was over 65. However that one counted! Patrick told me that under no circumstance could he change or break the contract rules. So when Patrick changed the contract and extended my days then I no longer trusted him with anything that came out of his mouth. I called the Baton Rouge main headquarters to speak to owner but after multiple attempts and talking to a guy named Sean, no one has called me.Patrick also at one of my showings kept coming up to me on the side telling me that my client wasnt going to buy. I asked him what makes you think so? I found it oddly unprofessional that he would judge my client and make comment less than 15 feet away from him. My client is a person that researches before he purchases. Patrick did come back and demonstrate to my clients Maids. Patrick spoke to me a bit later and was unhappy because he had to go back and demonstrate to the maids although Patrick told my client that he had no problem doing so. My client later spoke to me about a month later and said that he was going to buy a rainbow. At that time I told him about my experience with Patrick and Rainbow and he decided not to purchase. In summary I would not recommend pressure purchasing. I would read the fine print and understand it, and I would also research other similar vacuum systems at a fraction of the cost since I was told they were the only one of their kind, but it seems theyll tell you anything to close a deal before leaving your house. Read and research because all isnt as it seems!!

I have had a great experience with this company! We had someone come in our home and gave us a great demo. Of course, we bought the rainbow and couldnt wait to use it! This product has changed our household for the better by helping with allergies and dust accumulation. And best of all I decided to do their program and within 3 months I received my check to reimburse me the cost of the rainbow, my wet attatchements, car purifier, mini jet and I even got a free Yeti cooler and Amazon fire stick for a promotion they were doing back in November! Now I am going to book one more demo with hopes of a sale so I can receive the $1000 bonus! Big easy air solutions made getting my rainbow free super easy and they are fun to work with! BEWARE!!! Do not believe a word they promise! Book demos....get gifts, have demos....get gifts, if so many demos sell...your vacuum is free, BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! These people will say whatever you need to hear to get you to purchase the vacuum. I booked demos and NEVER received confirmation, just had to guess if someone was going to show up! When I called they stated they didnt have the capabilities to confirm appointments....ARE YOU SERIOUS???? We werent told that when we were told to schedule our demos online. So when I asked what their protocol was, the lady said, if you do not hear from us then someone will be out that day. Am I crazy or is this really the way these people sell $4,000 vacuums??? Cant even afford a system to confirm appointments? Havent had to use either warranty yet but I am sure that is a JOKE too! Wish I would have known all the lies and that this company was a comic show before purchasing but hopefully this review will save others from the hassle! I will tell EVERYONE I know not to do business with this incompetent business!

I absolutely LOVE my Rainbow!! Cleaning has been made 100x quicker & easier since I have been introduced to this product & what full time working momma out there doesn’t like there house work made easier?! My reps were AMAZING, especially Daniell & Gerard! I was able to complete the program in the 180 days to receive my machine completely FREE & I was also granted all the other goodies as promised, 12 demo’s wasn’t as hard to book as I thought it would be. If you are having concerns, it’s definitely worth giving it a shot & going for the Geaux Program.

I took my power nozzle in to be looked at. Turns out it was clogged.. Whoops!But when I asked if they found us in the system to know we have the warranty.. I was told if you didnt buy here we cant find you... So with that if it was a bigger repair we would charge you .. Im surprised my mouth didnt drop thankfully it wasnt a big repair but we paid 3k back in NC for ours.. So I dont want to spend extra on repairs thats just crazy...But thats why Im giving them 4 stars.. Lost a star over that... Everything was quick and they were super professional and friendly on the phone/ in person.

Love my rainbow so much that we did the program twice. One for our home and one for my son. The team is great, friendly and know their products. I would highly recommend doing the program, you can’t beat a free rainbow! We were able to complete our first program in less that 30 days 🙌🏽💃🏾 Love the incentives which we went to LAs Vegas, ( had a great time) lodging was all paid plus a $1000. for spending $$ for getting our last sale.Hubby loves to vacuum now, and clean the house top to bottom having the house clean (with a large dog and a cat) and have the house smelling so nice with the awesome scents. We use the rainmate every night and the wet attachments is so easy to use!❤️#rainbowworththeinvestment

I only gave this shady business one star because I couldnt give it zero. We went to a home show in Biloxi and signed up for a free aromatizer. When we won they said nothing about having to spend an hour and a half listening to their spiel about making us sell their product to other people to make it free. They also didn’t tell us that both me and my spouse had to sit through the spiel instead of watch our kids or make dinner on a Sunday afternoon. When confronted about it we were told by the owner that we had been informed of all these made up rules beforehand and that basically I was a liar. I warn of all future pawns in their “business” plan to watch out for the silver tongued serpent that is Big Easy Air Solutions.

Did 11 demos had my last demo scheduled 3 days before my 180 days the dealer text me that morning and said she was on her way and 45 minutes before she was supposed to arrive she text me she was throwing up and wasnt going to make it!! There were no openings only stand by before my 180 days was up and they would not give me an extension or refund and take the rainbow back even though it clearly wasnt my fault!!!!!

Hey y’all! My name is Laura Bryan! My husband, Jason, and I started the “Geaux4It”program on May 6th, 2018. Entering the program was a pretty easy decision for us to make after watching the Demo of the Rainbow Home Cleaning System, especially since we love FREE!Our representative was Dainell, who by the way is AMAZING. Daniell took the time to show us the rainbow and explain the program to us even though we put her on a massive time crunch due to lunch plans we had with Grandparents. She also left me with all the information I need to contact her personally and the office with any questions I may have. Before leaving our house she made sure we had the links to the calendar, to set up our appointments, and request our gifts; on top of the connecting us with the Facebook group. She also handed me our free gift, 2 night- 3 day stay at a resort, just for watching the demo.We had a wonderful experience with the “Geaux4It” program (Finished June 20th 2018)and everyone we worked with at Big Easy Air Solutions, Daniell, Patrick, Wendi, Brandi, Anthony, Tyler, Sherry, and Robert.Keep in mind while working the program that some people will say no but don’t get discouraged there are plenty of people who will say yes. It’s not your job to sell the rainbow the representatives are amazing at their jobs on top of the fact that the rainbows sell themselves! Just “Geaux4It!”

I was confused how this works at first but the owner patrick takes the time out his day to call you himself.. so if you dont understand it just call the office and talk to him.. he explains things alot better ..
