Absolutely outstanding service! Ryan, who was with with customer when I arrived, still took the time to greet me. As someone from a customer service background that means a lot! She then came and asked if I needed any help and went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle needs. Very professional, kind and quick service. I would recommend using this AutoZone for all your vehicle needs. I would highly recommend having Ryan assist you as well .

Went into O’Reily’s the night before to do a battery trade in and had the worst experience ever. Spent 40 minutes going back and forth with the manager while he tried to bully us into an upcharge. Came in today and Ryan and Dennis were so helpful. Traded the battery in 5 minutes and got more help than almost an hour at O’Reilys. (Never going there again) Both of them were so helpful and I never felt pressured. Even recommended a better battery at a decent deal. Very happy, will be recommending this location over their lousy competitors. Thanks again guys!

I went in to but a refleter to strap to my power chair and the 2 guys that was there purchased the reflector and a key ring out if there pocket and I went mamorial day and took the guys cupcakes thanks for everything you do for me

I cant thank Larry and especially Daniel for helping me to get back onto the road in a pinch. I had a dead battery and they willing and kindly replaced the battery check the alternator. They treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. If you want great service with super cool employees heres where I recommend you go! Thank you Daniel for your hard work getting the battery in on this hot 94 degree day. And for allowing my pup to sit in the cool air of the bldg while you squared me away!

We were traveling to Pawleys Island, stopped for gas, went nextdoor to Berger King. And our battery died. A local stopped to help us jump start our car. He told us there was a Auto Zone 3 miles away. We drove there, walked in, told them our problems. They sold us a new battery, AND installed it. We were back on the road within a hour. Very polite and friendly, AWESOME.

This one star is for the Smithfield NC location only they was not able to process my return for a refund...they left me standing there while they waited on other customers, speaking to themselves in their language I felt very uncomfortable!!! They rudely told me to go to another store claiming it was a computer problem. I dont know if they changed management or what because I have been going to this location for years and never had a problem like this before. Thanks clayton nc autozone for your excellent customer service 5 stars for you all.

Horrible customer service from the store manager. On Saturday 2/10/18 my son had a flat tire and my husband and father was having a hard time removing the tire. My husband went to Auto Zone to purchase a 28 socket. By the time he returned home with it my father had already removed the tire. So the next day 02/11/18 my husband went to return the socket because it was not needed. The manager acted as if he was breaking a law and stated Someone must be desperate for money if he is returning a socket! Well that is not the case. If its not needed why keep it. My husband did all he could to not make a scene. Not only was this embarrassing but the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We will never return to this store and neither will anyone else I know once I start sharing this.
