Great sales today. Those candles were a great deal. One of my favorite places to shop at the Outlet Mall.

Came by at 7:50 pm to pick up a couple quick items since they are supposed to be open until 8pm and they had an employee standing outside because they decided to close early. Very disappointing and I know the mall management would not be please.

Great deals on discontinued items. Not all items are discounted but for the price you can’t beat it. Employees are usually nice and helpful.

Great deal on the single wicks was going on. Always check my email for specials too before going in. Used coupons too!! Always the outlet here. Got a good system going on with the hand sanitizer before entering too.

Stood in line for over 5 mins while 2 employees (one by the name of Kyle) continued to work the floor making no effort to help us at all. The store was literally empty besides one person in front of us checking out. Theres no excuse for this. I wont be back.

Even though there was a wait to get in, the greeter at the door who was counting people was very friendly and was joking with everyone and offering hand sanitizer and bags etc. She was very pleasant to wait with. Once in the store all of the employees were friendly and helpful, the store was exceptionally clean, well stocked and well organized. The cashier when checking out was also extremely friendly and took great care bagging our items and grouping them by type. This location is truly a credit to the Bath and Body works chain.

The best store ever lol I love Bath & Body Works its literally one of my favorite places to go. I have going on 4 totes full of products and collecting tons of your fragrances. Always a great experience when I come in to shop

The staff is always friendly & helpful. I am always greeted at the door - always offering a bag for my items and theyll fill me in on any current deals and promotions.

They have the best fragrances, in so many different versions. Body spray, lotions, body wash. I also love the wallflower fragrance for your home. The employees here are also very helpful.

We had to wait about 20min to get in, during covid, absolutely understandable. They gave out bags outside to use when u go in, to keep staff from touching them, an ok idea. EXCEPT that many people did not use them and there was a large box as you are exiting to throw them out. We asked if they are being recycled..nope. Extremely disappointing and incredibly wasteful, as paper bags can easily be recycled.. my 10yr old was so upset that she asked to write a review..she wanted to speak to manager, but Im sure they were busy. WE are not overly excessive advocates of environmental issues, but this is simple and can easily be remedied.2. Thankfully girl outside mentioned a 2 for 1 sale on a product i was buying, as there wasnt any sale signs visible, looked everywhere. I confirmed with cashier about by 2 get 1 and she claimed there wasnt any sale of that nature..when she rang them up there was..signs should be visible and employees should be knowledgeable about products and sales.

This is your typical Bath & Body Works store. They have the same items that other Bath & Body Works stores carry. They have soap, shower gel, candles, car air fresheners, lotion, gift sets and all kinds of things along this line. Their fragrances change from time to time and they also have holiday scents and holiday gift baskets. Check them out if youre in the market for a gift. They occasionally have sales on their items & have a great sale after Christmas.

Best time to stop by is when the store offers any type of discount. Beware because you could easily spend well over $100 thinking you are getting a deal. Watch the cashiers as well and always check your receipt because they intentionally unintentionally forget to add discounts and will charge you FULL price 🙄

I am highly irritated by the customer service provided today by the young woman near the entrance and the young man. They not only did NOT speak and welcome myself or my mother, but had the audacity to great others with high enthusiasm. We could have not been more up close and personal with the associate, unless we were on her shoes with her.I quickly found the door and I will not return. Im sure someone will set her straight by the days o . Blatantly rude!

The friendly, helpful staff always greets me at the door to offer a bag for my items and let me know of any current deals and promotions. The prices are amazing, and the selection of scents is unbearable. The prices are so low that my family can afford to use Bath and Body Works products in our kitchen and bath rather than settling for discount store products. Love this place!

They had an awesome sale going with wallflower scents for $2.50 each and body care fragrances buy 3/get 3 free. They had numerous tables with 50%-75% off as well as $10 off their three-wick candles. My daughter and I had a blast! We bought far too much but saved so much on some beautiful Christmas gifts for family and friends and of course some goodies for ourselves! 🤣🤣🤣

The customer service here was amazing. The clerks engaged in conversation not only with myself and guest but as i waited in line I noticed how each customer had almost like an individualized experience. Definitely will be returning!

Great deals!! Theres always a sale going on here. They also carry some of the fragrances that your local stores may no longer have in stock. I love the sale bins! Definitely worth stopping in if youre a fan of their products!!

Bath and Body Works is The place to go to get things that will make life easier for you. Some of the products there will heal youeduuuc temporary aches and pains. They carry products for men, women and children.It is also a clean, friendly, and educational environment . People of all ages love to visit this business. Products from this business makes our world a better place to live. The employees their are very polite and professional when waiting on their customers. It is a place that have great potential in the future. It is the place to visit any day of the week. I will see you there.

We visited on a Sunday. They were having a big sale so it was really busy and crowded. The sales people were still pleasant and helpful despite how busy it was. The store was neat and clean.

Many deals rang up less than advertised, but coupons expire at all different times and that becomes confusing!

I can always find what Im looking for and more. The prices were good and I was able to use a coupon. The associates were friendly and very helpful. The selection of merchandise was awesome! I love this store!

Social distancing, everyone masked up, sanitizer and monitoring the amount of people in the store.

The staff is always so nice and helpful and they have a large supply of everything. A friend of mine is one of the managers, shes awesome! Just today they were having a huge sale on candles, and she was working her butt off stocking the candles as they were flying off the shelves.

I love going to bath & body works at the outlet. When I want to have a girls day out at the outlet we always start with bath & body works first. They have great discounts on their products. I never leave the store disappointed.

Wonderful outlet store. This Bath & Body Works always has great selection, clearance merchandise, and carries seasonal scents for longer than other stores. Staff is always nice and helpful.

Went shopping with family here. We had the pleasure of being checked out by Avonlea. Deals here were great and Avonlea was patient with us and very helpful. She told us she was having an interesting day but we wouldn’t have known that unless/until she told us. She was friendly, attentive, and all around joy.

Years ago they made this an outlet with the stuff they couldnt sell, but now theyre the Bath & Body Works we all know and enjoy. I really like their collection of mens fragrances, aftershave, and lotion, my husband stays fully stocked now and as a fragrance lover he always smells fabulous! I keep a variety of their body sprays, lotion, and most importantly the hand sanitizer. .thats what usually makes me stop in here when my hand sanitizer is running low, and then its my excuse to restock everything else. They carry the old favorites and always have the newest items as well. Plenty of bath bombs, and plug ins, youll be in this store a while.

This place used to be a true outlet, meaning items were displayed and sold out of boxes. There werent any frills, but the products were genuine. Having just stopped again while on I95, I realized this outlet is just like all the other Bath & Body Works. There were a couple of old products at 75% off, but that was it for being different. I wont stop there again.
