I walked in at around 6:15 and left around 6:45 with a mattress delivery planned and coming in a few days. There was an ease about it that was quite stunning. Gabe, the representative, was patient and professional. He showed me many different options and was quick to tell which mattress I would like best. One thing I appreciate was the no pressure attitude in the store. When I said I didn’t want a bed frame, it was accepted and not pushed. All in all, I had a great experience, and while I hope to not need a mattress for a long time, I know where I will go!

I ordered a mattress online. Due to COVID I was not comfortable going into a store so I read reviews and selected a mattress I thought would fit our needs. After the 21 day comfort time we found that the mattress was not a match for us unfortunately. I sent an email for assistance online as that is how I ordered it and received the worst service. I was unable to speak with anyone and no one would return my call. I spoke with Collin, manager of the Smithfield and Garner offices, who heard my complaints, listened, and most importantly helped me! I am now the most satisfied customer ever. The pandemic has caused a lot of issues but if you are in need of a mattress still reach out local. Online customer service for something so expensive is not worth the madness. Thanks Collin for being AWESOME and making this customers day. I have worked in customer service for over 25 years and he did everything right to fix the issue!!

John from the Smithfield, NC location was very helpful. As soon as we walked into the store he greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. We decided to start with Mattress Firm but also wanted to check out other places. When we spoke with John we told him that we had no idea what we were looking for but he was very knowledgeable in helping us find the perfect mattress for us. He was kind, professional and respectful. We didn’t feel pressured whatsoever and he answered all of our questions. We ended up checking out several other stores but the customer service that we experience with John was really hard to compete with. The other stores didn’t give us the help we needed like John did. The next day we went back to Mattress Firm and purchase the mattress. Thanks to Johns help and willingness to get us in the right bed for us, we are thankful! He is a great asset to this store!

Ive had my mattress for 2 years and 3 months and it seems like it is 10 years old. The mattress is sunk in where I lie down. The mattress in my grandsons room is 4 years old and it is awful too. His box spring makes loud noises whenever he moves on it. It has been doing that since I bought it. I WOULD NOT recommend this place.

So my husband and I went into MF in Smithfield NC to check out their adjustable beds. Their sales associated Peyton greeted us and was most helpful in answering all of our questions. Jai Jackson was excellent all around. My family and I were looking for a mattress for my 2 year old daughter as we transition her into an actual bed and we ended up leaving with a mattress for her, a queen headboard/ footboard, rails and the whole 9 yards for us as well, and a very nice pillow for my wife. He made the hour we spent in the store seem like 10 minutes. He was very helpful, very polite and very knowledgeable. Anytime we need anything sleepy related you bet we will be back here!!! My husband and I wanted a new mattress, tired of waking up with back and neck pain, so after much research decided on the Tula from mattress firm, went in on Saturday, February 24, 2018 and were met at the door by Jai Jackson, who turned out to be a wonderful salesman to work with, no pressure, listened to our wants, showed us everything, and we made our purchase and decided to drive to Garner warehouse to pick up, got home, wrong bedframe, however called Jai, he apologized for the mistake, had us a different frame to pick up after church on Sunday at no extra charge, even had at his store so we didnt have to drive back to Garner, told us to try it out since it was a different frame and just let him know if we want to keep it, and did I say, @no extra charge to us, he had already given us a great discount on Saturday, all in all, he fixed the small hiccup and not only are we pleased thus far with our new bed but I think we have a new friend and I would highly recommend this store, Jai and his fellow employees...... Thank you Jai for being honest and a man of your word, not merely a salesman trying to make a sale....
