Store was a mess. While browsing at least 4 employees walked by and not one said a word to anyone in my 5 person group. They lost out on my money because Nike right by them had the same shoes my kid wanted. So I paid $10 more to Nike because they had better customer service.

I had been calling to inquire about an exchange for a shoe they have in stick for 3 days. The phone line was always busy. I live 46 min from the store so did not want to travel there for an exchange if they didnt have the shoe in stock. I called today as I was traveling there..busy a few times, then FINALLY someone answers and immediately puts me on hold. I was on hold the whole time it took me to drive to the store and walk in and show them I was still on hold. I mean really...no store is that busy they cant be courteous to their customers over the phone. Needless to say I WILL NEVER shop here again! And I will forever tell others not to either.

One of the employees decided to talk badly about me to another employee while I was still in the store.... said that she loves how people think the back is just a magical wonderland... all because I asked if there were any other sizes in the back.Bogo deal is nice, but would be much nicer if there was not such a large selection excluded.I love my shoes though!

Love it! Super friendly staff and they raise money to help local underprivileged kids get shoes, and they match each donation dollar for dollar! Great experience every time!

A HUGE lack of customer service. I love the prices of shoes here, but no one was friendly or wanting to help, I ended up asking the male employee who was working today for help, just to discover he did not have a friendly personality as well. I understand everyone has bad days from time to time, but I did not feel welcomed here at all. I really hope things change.

Very reasonably priced shoes. I bought some Champion shoes from there, and they are so comfortable. I have had lots of compliments. Going to get me another pair

Store online hours are not correct and no hours are posted at the store. Even with people waiting outside and hour after their supposed open time, no employees acknowledged anyone or let them know what the correct hours are.

We were looking for a certain type of shoe and the employee that was helping us seemed to be having a problem getting the shoe from the backroom because it seem like he took forever to find the shoe only to find out that they didnt have want we wanted...

I googled their hours and specifically drove to this location as their hours stated they were open until 9p tonight. My wife and I drove from the Raleigh area to this location. When we got there, we entered and there were several other customers shopping.My wife and I then were told by an employee that they were closed. They were startled to see my wife and I in the aisle looking at sneakers. They already locked the front door. Why wouldn’t you check the aisles for customer? Also, why would you make such an announcement? When I told her about the online hours, she said that the hours were posted at the front. Well, thanks, I’m sure everyone wants to read every single posted paper at the entrance (wall is plastered with covid safety stuff). When my wife and I were walking out they tried stating that they updated it today but don’t know why it didn’t update. Covid has impacted your hours well before this I’m assuming? Why wait til now.At the very least you should’ve stayed open for the customers who were actively shopping and ready to purchase multiple pairs of sneakers.Before you shop here make sure you call them to confirm their hours. Don’t trust them to update their information online.I left this review solely on the basis that I had a long drive out of the way and I was shopping and kicked out well after they closed and locked up with no prior warning.

Although the store is clean and the staff reasonably helpful they do not stock the wider shoes that we were looking for...however they are not alone in this. We went to 3 stores and none of them stock them.😞

Assistant manager was rude.I was planning on buying some shoes that were advertised for 14.99 once I got to the counter to pay for the shoes they came up to be 39.99. I told the employee that they have a sales sign that says it is 14.99. Employee walked over to were I got the shoes and said they were in the wrong spot. So I talked to the Assistant manager and she was rude to me, she refused to give me the shoes for the advertised price. I will not go back to this store BOGO or no BOGO. To Rack Room Shoes you lost not only one sell of 14.99 which one have only lost the company 25.00 you lost 4 pairs of Converse two would have been at Regular price which would be have been 109.98 without tax and the other two would have been the BOGO price of 54.99 and that was just my ticket. My family that was with me also put down what they were going to buy I dont know how much they had and we all plan not to shop there again. And a sorry will not fix how rude your assistant manager was to me.

The rudest staff Ive ever dealt with in a store! The manager seemed like she could care less about anything that goes on. They had an over crowded store today with lines 20 minutes long. They were serving customers from the back of the line BEFORE serving the ones that had already been waiting 20+minutes at the front of the line! Several people waiting told them that wasnt right and they ignored customers that were mad and carried on even with people arguing. The manager just walked away instead of fixing the problem her staff created. I left and took my money elsewhere.

Rack room is one of my go tos for shoe shopping. Take the whole family and get something for everyone! Always some type of promotion going on so you can usually snag a good deal! Conveniently located in the pottery and on the end of the strip makes this store one of the easiest to park and go to. Recently renovated so it’s looking even better now!

I wear a 15 so not always easy to find shoes. Rack Room has never let me down. Always manage to find something in my size. Oh yeah I have a wide foot too. Still they come through

Some of the associates were helpful, Karhrrine the manager in trainee was the rudest person in the store. A lady was shopping and asked to have a sensor removed from the shoe to try on and the associate just said mam thats why we only do one shoe, so you can try it on. Where is the other shoe. She looked at her as puzzled as I standing by and then the lady said on my foot where else would it be? Im asking to try on a pair of shoes. It was pathetic customer service. The manager was more concerned about moving shoes then helping a customer.

Love them. I used to go to Skechers in the same outlmall, but the attitudes of the employees have gotten very unfriendly. I decided to go to Rack Room and theyre just amazing there. I could actually find shoes in my size
