BAD BUSINESSDo not do cash business with them without a receipt and count your change. I purchase 2 co2 exchanges for the discounted price of $15 each, total $30. I gave the guy behind the count $100 bill and he gave me my change with no receipt and I put it in my pocket, grabbed my cylinders and left. When I got home I happened to count my money to find only $60, ten dollars short. Bad Business.

The store is great, the employees are friendly and knowledgable, Ive never had any issues going into this store. I see reviews saying that theyve had issues with getting refunds or whatever else, I never had any issues, anyone that says that probably had a more underlying issue on their end, not the stores, like tampering with the product. Just be nice and they will take care of you! You get more bees with honey! The owner always seems like he is willing to help! GREAT store! I always got a refund when it was necessary.Replying to the guy who said he had an issue with the pricing, that $15 dollar product you got from somewhere else was most likely a lesser quality product verses a much high quality product at this store.Grow stores carry 100% neem oil, Home Depot does not.

Everything in store is overpriced, I went to go get neem oil at “Organic grow hut” and upon arrival the guy at the counter try’s to charge me 56$ for a $15 product, that’s three times the profit!!! I went right on Home Depot and found the same product, witch they even had on shelf. That’s not even the worst part!!!! When trying to return my product, I later found out I was not given back my money, but double charged and threatened while trying to retrieve my money. I called my bank witch told me to wait 24H to see if I was double charged, after I confirmed, I called the bank and they told me to wait a full day for a refund. It has been day 3 without a refund at all. This buisness is full of thieves, do NOT shop here.

Prices and marked up and then they offer you $ off. Staff is not friendly. The parking is awful. They are only open till 6pm. I dont get out of work most days and end up at other stores that are not as close. They are always out of something. Im not coming back here again.

Let me tell you something, and I won’t go on and on. If you need any, and I mean any gardening supplies(generalized to anything) this is the place to grow, I mean go. Whether your growing vegetables for a farm, yourself, or growing medicine make sure you stop in. Don’t be intimidated, just do it ✔️
