This is one of the best experiences Ive ever had at any outlet mall. And Sammie was amazing. From the 1st time I walked through the door she was right there to help us, and she really wanted to make our honeymoon trip something special. We ended up buying over $300 with the stuff just because I enjoyed shopping with her. That was one of the best experiences Ive ever had. And I thanked her Just for being an amazing person.

My favorite rest stop on the way to Florida! I usually pick up something at the fossil.

The associates will bold face lie to you and push your warranty service issue next door to a jewelry repair shop. The issues that thier warranty information (found online) state is covered, they show zero accountability in aiding or finding a solution. I would not recommend doing business at this loaction.

Fossil, it has a history of providing beauty and elegance just as its store does. Ive been a long time costumer starting with the Gen 3 smart watch (very beautiful) and I regularly buy gifts for birthday here. Everything is amazing the shipping is well done and comes in a beautiful tin container. If they make a mistake they will take a little off the order as an apology. Every gift Ive given from then is loved and cherished so you really cant go wrong.

It was pretty enjoyable they had exactly what I was looking for (it was a watch/jewelry case and it was the last 1!) Plus I was able to get a nice watch as well both were on sale which it was a very good sale. 40-70% off on a lot of stuff at the time of this review and everything, as it being fossil, was of high quality. The associates were super nice and helpful. Honestly it was everything you would want in a retail experience. Definitely would shop there again if im in the area.

Great prices

A great outlet store with prices vastly cheaper than online! The only disappointment (and understandably so) is they sell what is dictated to them by their corporate entity. Meaning... Their stock will rotate... No coming back if you miss that item... They will offer to order on store, just youre not getting it that day.

Very knowledgeable and GREAT service !!

Took 4 watches to have the batteries replaced and they broke all 4. They broke the hands completely off one, cracked the face on one, said one was not the battery (sent in off and fossil said it was just the battery), and the 4th one was not put back correctly and ended up getting full of moisture. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to get them back and it would be free of charge. They didnt tell me they only send them of every Tuesday by USPS ground (which took 16 days to be received at the warranty center). I called to check the repair status and was told I now I have to pay $135 because the store didnt wave the fees at all. I now have to go another 3-4 weeks without my watches and pay $135 for their screw up. They need to train their employees the correct way to do repairs in store or just stop doing them all together. When I called to speak to the manager I was treated horrible and was told they could not do anything about it because they didnt have the watches. They told me to take it up with customer service. Then hung up. Horrible service in store. LOST A LONG TIME FOSSIL CUSTOMER!!!

Ordered offline last week, says delivery in 5-7 days standard. Its been 5-7 buisness days and here I am still waiting. I check my tracking number and now I have to wait till next week. Amazon can 3rd party this product and have it at your door in 2 days. Very dissapointed and unsatisfied with the way fossil handles online sales and shipping

HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT-BITTER EXPERIENCE. Me and my roommate spent more than an hour in this store. It took us so long just because we took around 7 watches as gifts to our friends. we made around 800$ bill at the closing time when their store was running slow and empty. what do we get in return? - bitter experience. At the end of the day, we were so unhappy even after shopping. Whole the time, we were thinking about why they treated us in such a mean way. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO TAKE RACISM. :( They are least bothered about customer satisfaction.

I love, love, love, coming to the Fossil store the staff is always so patient with you.They have the best sales along with in store sales, the email and postal sales reminders you cant help but jump on their sales.Waiting on my next email sales reminder now...

Be careful if you have a return! They give you a coupon when you walk in to use for that day only but use it toward the item your returning to give you less back, just lost a customer!
