Its always clean and organized, staff is always friendly. Store inventory was light.

The manager, Chauncey is super helpful and friendly as is the staff. She put aside some boxes for me which was really appreciated. I’m an artist and have been buying all my supplies from Micheal’s for years. I highly recommend the store in Smyrna.

I went there to buy a frame for an autographed movie still and got a nice deal on something better than what I went there for...investigated online first. The young ladies working there were very helpful, welcoming and nice. It wasnt crowded at all, lots of crafting supplies. I will be returning for some acid free tape & oil paints! Get crafting folks!

Clean store, good sales. I’m a little disappointed that many items were out of stock across the store. At checkout the line was long but the wait wasn’t, the line moved pretty fast. I shop at this Michael’s location at the time, the only qualm I have is items being out of stock. In all fairness, maybe due to effects of Covid, post reliability isn’t great and people are home doing crafts!

Whats up Google people ? Its been a while and its good to see your smilin faces. Im James Marky Mark and I am Georgia!! Now I dont want to get to deep into things because you know how that rolls. So let me say this. I think everybody knows if you have yourself a near death experience you supposed to go to Vegas. If by chance you cant get to Vegas,, there try be reasons.. Well then you make art. Having said all that I found myself over at this particular Michaels art supply. Now Im an artsy person anyway,, Yes Im artsy and have lived all over this state so I been in many a Michaels. This one felt more like one or them discount warehouse places. Not because the prices were all that great e[ither. It just kelt unoriginized and cluttered. Now you know what momma always said. Luckily an awesome selection and a fun kinda wacky crew made it worth my while. I did have to go find an associate to unlock some pens . I asked her if they carriied mechanical pencils and she was tellin me no as I was pickinem up. Then I was asking about a detailed eraser and she said she had never heard of that but was sure they didnt havem about the time I was picking it up. Ok ok its ok. I have worked in retail many times and I never knew where everything was. It was real close to closing time and I always hated them last minute so and sos myself. So Im checking out right and this lady keeps running my merchandise over the little demagnetize thingy and Im looking at her and shes looking at me. She says I just wanna make sure you aint buzzin at the door and I says not till I get home. Go figure

This is my third trip to Michaels in which I they did not have items that I had purchased before. They have cut the fine art materials so drastically that I cant even find the proper paint brushes any more. Gonna start ordering online I guess.

Horrible experience. Shelves barely stocked, almost 45 minute wait to check out, only 2 people working in the entire store. In their defense they were really nice, but they really need help badly.Wont be visiting this location again any time soon.

Great summer arts program, just wish they were better at offering instruction. Its kind of We grant you the supplies, and you figure it out. Although the classes range from free to $2 to $5 to $20, and also offers face painting if you ask. They have some worthwhile buy one, get one 50% off sales too.

The level of customer service in this place kills the whole experience for me. Please know where everything is because asking for help is a lost cause. Its as if no one went to training the day they talked about product placement in the store.

Since they are in a busy area they are usually out of a few things specific to a holiday. Their regular stock, for arts and crafts and scrapbooking however is always well kept.

My go to for framing! Service is always professional and prompt. Store is also well stocked and priced for everything you need! There usually is a sale or coupon for discounts going on as well!

Werent handling covid protocol. Had numerous people in the store without masks on. Actually caught a customer picking their nose and touching stuff. I brought it to an employee and they seem unconcerned

Staff doesnt have a clue about the products the store stocks. I askedif they carried a particular item, they pointed me too an aisle and said look over there. I asked Terri other cheeks again was told if i dont see it they PROBABLY dont carry it. No interest in assisting me. When i found the product on my second visit to the store the clerk looked at and said wow, so we do have those needles...amazingly sad.

They were helpful letting me know what I was looking for they didnt have it.

Their framer was very helpful and provided some guidance as well as recommendations. The store also has the full face shields and uses masks as you check out so it felt safer there.

I love Micheals. They are always so willing to help at this location. I couldnt locate my coupons in my email and they showed me how to find them on the website!! So helpful as I was grabbing supplies for my daughters school project and you know how that list can seemingly continue to climb.

Took my computer abroad first stop Paris we disembarked on the tarmac had to come down steep steps my computer took A beating, It stopped working. Back in US took it to Microsoft Store. I had the extended warranty .They retrieved my data and restored my computer. I am thankful for Microsoft Customer Service . They kept me informed they were kind and professional.

They always seem to need more help at the registers. It took way too long to check out, too many people congregating around with the pandemic going on.

I seldom leave reviews but the customer service at this location is terrible. A simple inquiry seemed to be a little too much as two employees were not helpful/very passive aggressive towards me. Ive never had a unwelcoming experience at a Michaels but this place sure made it possible.

Decent spot for arts and crafts. Framing prices are on the high side, IMHO.

Always friendly staff here. Has all the craft items you could need and always carries a nice selection of seasonal decor. Be sure to check their website for coupons before checking out! Theyll let you scan it from you phone. Theres always always at least 1 coupon out there for 20% off an item. They also have amazing clearance deals

A nice Michaels. Staff are nice and helpful. I read online Michaels is dog friend and have seen a non service dog here before. They have a soap making supplies section and reasonably priced Mason jars of unusual sizes. The baking section has plastic jars that are cheaper and perfect for giving gifts like dog treats in.

Labeled as a UPS location:It’s true, Michael’s has the capability to offer UPS’ services at this location. Don’t waste your time. They obviously have no desire to put anytime into this side of their business. It took about 15 minutes before somebody could help me and I already had a label printed and affixed to my package.Bummer.

I went this past Sunday and Monday, and Mrs. Vivian helped my daughter and I get a starter kit for Painting. My daughter is selling her paintings in order to raise money to feed the homeless and donate wigs for cancer patients (especially for children). Mrs . Vivian had very kind words for my daughter and her personality matched her smile. Wonderful place and wonderful people. Ask for Mrs. Vivian, she will take the time to help. I rarely Post reviews. But I think sometimes when you hold a company accountable, service gets better. I asked two employees for help; the first was moving packages and passive aggressively said “hold on”. The second walked past me then got to the end of the aisle and yelled “ go down there, and it’ll be on your left”. Needless to say, she directed me in the wrong place. I found the product myself 4 rows up, 20minutes later. I think Michael’s should do better. This is the Cumberland location located by PetsMart in Atlanta, Ga

Its extra crowded because hobby lobby is closed on Sundays but otherwise it was fine. On another note my small child didnt get lost so thats a plus.

Wandered around looking for what we wanted, had a hard time finding anything. Looked all over the place for someone working the floor, couldnt find a single person, anywhere. Found a couple little things anyways, although nothing we were looking for. Cashier was really nice and cheerful, made it better, but without being able to leave her check stand, still unable to help us on the floor!

This is a great place to go for any craft project. The store is adequately stocked with all the supplies you need. Ive never had an issue of this store not having items in stock.
